Is Omokri (Beaf) a real pastor or another 419er?

Are the abused girls used in the baby factories impregnated by their husbands? Does Omokri's kind of religion allow for willy nilly sex outside of wedlock resulting into multiple pregnancies for the purpose of making money? Does Omokri not realize that the baby factories in Nigeria do not get the girls pregnant by artificial insemination?

Shame on Omokri who, once again, stoops very low for cheap publicity. embarassed

OrlandoOwoh:
If the lecturer wanted sèx for just assisting the girl to gain admission, as you infer, will it be right to say the father of the girl was aware, because he sent her to him in the first place?
Whether it is right to say the father was aware is a judgment call which I do not believe anyone has enough information to make, particularly given the statement that the father said he trusted the lecturer. If that is correct, the lecturer betrayed the father's trust and the lecturer is lucky that the said father did not react in a most negative manner.

Since the judgement has not being rendered. Do you think it is right to condemn the lecturer and call him all those silly names and abuse his family? What if at the end of the day, he is declared innocent by the courts?
I can only speak for myself and would rather give the girl the benefit of the doubt. As far as the lecturer goes, his actions are morally reprehensible at best.

There is no evidence that the sex was what the lecturer wanted as a reward for wanting to assist the girl for admission. Mind you, it is not everybody that seeks admission assistance from university employees that are not qualified. Nigerian system has bästardized everything. Most schools peg their cut off marks at 200 for candidates legible to sit for post UTME, do you know that some candidates with less 200 not only sit for the examination but also get admitted?
Why didn't the girl shout that she was being raped to draw the attention of people?
You don't have enough information to conclude that there is no evidence that the sex was what the lecturer wanted as a reward for wanting to assist the girl for admission. This is just an opinion you have based on published articles. Lets wait until the courts determine the lecturer's guilt or innocence. In the meantime, I reserve my rights to continue to give the lady the benefit of the doubt and respect your to do otherwise.

Could you kindly tell us what remedies you'll seek from a court of law and for what specific infraction against you or whomever you'd represent? Please educate us and show that your lawsuit would not be summarily thrown out as frivolous and an attempt to get cheap publicity.

Secondly, public records appear to show that you do not have a law license in any state in the Unites States. If that information is wrong, please tell us the state(s) where you are licensed. If you are not licensed, which law firm will represent you, abi na only you go waka go court without license?

While I condemn the lecturer for being immoral, I won't absorb those, and the girl in particular, that hold that she was raped when there is no evidence (as far as the legal definition of rape is concerned) to support it. This forum should be a meeting point where people are educated, not where people pour their emotion.
In my view, having sex with a teenager in the process of taking her to a University for the purpose of getting her admissions, though she is unqualified, because you purport to have power by virtue of your position, is tantamount to having sex with her in a room where a big knife and a pistol is visible to the girl. While you may not have used the knife or gun, in this example, you still wield as much power as a rapist who would punch the girl out and then have sex with her.

I simply disagree with the OP's assertions, nothing more. It is for the courts to determine whether or not, the girl was raped. It is Ok for forumites to hold opposing views.

What if the attraction was spontaneous? What if the girl actually took advantage of the situation to live out her fantasy? or you think small girls do not fantasize doing older men?
Oga, the fact that you continue to give the shameless lecturer the benefit of the doubt and didn't do the same for the girl shows that your view is biased.

Your reasoning is typical of male chauvinists
Politics › Re: The Unilag Rape Case - I Think It Was Consensual - My Opinion by nduchucks: 10:28am On Aug 08, 2015
@OP, are you the lecturer who took the girl to Unilag? You have gone out of your way to justify the sexual assault perpetrated against this girl. For this, I say shame on you.

The lecturer took undue advantage of a girl who was desperate for admission. The man has no excuse for even attempting to have sex with the girl he never knew and met for the very first time.

At the very least, the lecturer is a shameless Pervert and at worst a cold blooded rapist.

"This is an example of the disgrace that parade himself as a police officer. The time is 12:00 and he was so drunk that he fell inside that dirty gutter. This happened along old Ife road in Ibadan. To make matters worse, he is a traffic officer that was attached to Onipepeye Junction. I hope something can be done about this."

This incessant vilification of our Police Officers, the majority of who are hard working and risk their lives daily so that many of you will not get robbed, maimed, kidnaped, or even killed by criminals, is becoming quite lame.

The police officer in question was probably so stressed out and in real pain, some of which was inflicted by the stress you people caused him, to the point that he had to resort to Alcohol. Instead of demanding that the authorities provide more funding to help those of them who need medical assistance, you are here abusing the entire Police force.

The Police should go on strike in your cities for just a single day so that you people will recognize that they are truly your friends and protectors. nansense! embarassed

This is a great development given that our currency of record is the Naira. Members of the public who have dollars to deposit should follow the process and show the legitimate source of the dollars.

The days of open money laundering with impunity are over. While I have some dollars stashed away for speculative purposes, I am willing to give up some profit for the greater good. It is the patriotic thing to do.

OPCNAIRALAND:
Why is Nduka scared of these rituals? I'll tell you why.

In the tradition of divining for a human sacrifice that will be buried with the dead king, the head of a foreigner or non-native is preferred. The preferred stock has to come from a land East of Ife. Since after Kiriji and thr Yorubas formed a new alliance under a political commonwealth, no Yoruba of any stock is acceptable for the divine sacrifice and a non-Yoruba East of Ife ..or Yorubaland must be presented for the journey.

Ibos fit well for this divine call to serve as slaves to assist the errands of the Ooni in the hereafter.

This knowledge is what has unsettled Nduka and got him edgy.
lwkmd.

Oga, I opened this thread as a concerned Nigerian as opposed to an individual from the East, North, or South. The life of every Nigerian matters and your rituals which threaten it should be banned ASAP.

I call upon the authorities to demand an inspection of the burial artifacts and jail the Chiefs if the head of anyone, black or white for that matter, is found therein.

Pls be highly in formed before coming on line no oba is buried in a casket, that is a fact.
Thanks; then the authorities must inspect the contents of the burial artifacts. The point is that, human sacrifice must not be allowed.

In the olden days, human sacrifice was observed when an Ooni departs. Ife elders are on record that when Oba Sijuade ascended the throne, he declared that instead of human beings, rams should be used. We want to see this ram. If humans are used instead, the chiefs should be jailed. Period.

Yep. Any such cult activity which impedes the constitutional rights of Nigerian citizens to free movement and assembly at any time they choose is illegal, hence I am calling for the authorities to outlaw this archaic act and arrest its organizers if they continue to break our laws.

There has been confusion as to whether the Ooni of Ife is dead or alive.

The Ooni was flown abroad for an undisclosed treatment when he reportedly went into comma and was essentially declared brain dead abroad. Sources reveal that he is technically still alive and on life support. The life support system will be removed when he is returned to Nigeria after which his death will be announced by the Isoro traditional chiefs. Rumours abound but I have confidence in my own sources.

Be that as it may, it is no secret that rites of passage for any late Ooni of Ife, traditionally involve human sacrifice. If anyone expects these chiefs to break with 100+ year old tradition, then that person must be naïve.

As a full blooded proud Nigerian Citizen, I call upon the authorities to keep a watchful eye on the ongoing Oro festival in Ife. There is a real fear that this festival will be used to capture people for the said human sacrifice.

I'll go even further to call upon the authorities to ban this Oro celebration with immediate effect. This celebration is usually observed by Oro cult members during which people, particularly women are required to stay indoors. The restriction of free movement of any Nigerian is a violation of the constitutional rights of such Nigerians.

Cult members who decide to practice some illegal ritual and hence break our laws should be arrested immediately. I also call on security agents to inspect the casket of the Ooni before burial to ensure that the chiefs have not murdered any Nigerian because of some archaic tradition.
