UncleJudax: as i answered the other guy. This is false. I moved from AOK to Mawista and now with another public insurance.
Generally, if you intend to work here and contribute towards retirement (aka work for a long time), you will have to use public insurance. You moved from AOK to Mawista and now to another public insurance that don't have a name. You have to mention the exception that made you to switch such as low income, age etc. |

UncleJudax: from 30 years, the rate changes. i guess you are below 30. Best bet is to go private and switch back to public after schooling. If he switches to private, he will never go back again. Private pays more on the long run. |

MrAAA2: If you want to continue working, I will advise you continue with TK and I don't think you will be able to move to private again with the new Jan 1, 2021 policy. By the way, why are you paying up to 175? TK is 110 for the first month and about 104 subsequently and if you're working, it rises to about 153. Perhaps you should call them to ask. The TK at your backyard you meant. What he pays is normal. I was paying 180 - 200 after graduation. Employers like people with public health insurance. |

Arhmiee: Search for "Msc Adult nursing Uk" on Google, you will see results of different schools offering the program. It's a pre-registration nursing program. Most schools take people from any disciple but having a 2.1 and above is needed unless u have work experience in a healthcare setting then 2.2 may be accepted. I hope this helps. Hi Arhmiee, I found your post using Google. Are there other lucrative options apart from adult nursing. My sister has a degree in nursing Bsc and I plan that she goes to UK. I read that university of Bedfordshire is not that expensive. What's the school fees like? Is it paid monthly? What are the steps? What about securing a job after studies? You can leave bullet points for me to Google and research myself. |

Paying that money for netherlands is a guarantee for the visa..
Provided he has been accepted by a dutch University which is an accredited sponsor.. the IND would always approve the visa application.
The major tin for netherlands na the money...once the money is ready...visa is 100% guaranteed The things you people argue here. I know someone his MVV was refused during my own time. |

If I am the VO, I will deny it because its fishy. If you are going for a conference in Germany then go through the German consulate. |

Go to UK visa website. You can apply through one of their partner website. Tls contact. You need to have at least 1 semester result. Then apply for their 6 months tourist visa. Make sure you book a hotel and your to and fro flight as back up and attach them as proof during your interview . I really don't know how this email thing works in nairaland. It says you want to send an email. But there was no question. You can also post the question here for others to learn too. |

This time last year.

now it is
€1 = N602 (June 7 2021) N6,219,864 In a year, we have had to have an additional N1,736,496 to the blocked account.
Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute I think I know you as Eke47 that year? Are you now in Deutschland? This is quite terrible. We left when it was just 213 or so. People should really apologise to Goodluck Jonathan! Buhari has done a lot of damage to that country. |

michlins: let me tell you, ozubulu is a very close town to Nnewi like they're neighbors. You can get a plot for 6ml in a very good location there but no, people will prefer to pay more for Nnewi lands.
Talking about that, Ibeto bought and fenced more than 50 plots of land at Awka etiti just a town close to Nnewi. No one knows what he plans on doing there but trust Nnewi people, the whole lands around there are now premium. You want to buy land close to Ibeto property, you have to pay premium for it. E no easy but that's So I am paying because I am buying a land close to Ibeto. I don't have the mentality that my destiny or growth is tied to anyone. If he decides to build an industry for production there and you have other plans, what happens then? This is following the crowd. Sometimes it pays off, other times it is really stupid. |

spyder880: In business, its all about location. You might want to site your factory in an area where the raw materials, other factors and sales outlets are arranged in a single point. Nnewi imports and offloads, they also arrange exports from there. Vehicles come in from neighbouring countries to buy stuff in Nnewi. So you see that you can benefit from group arrangements and from other customers coming to buy from Nnewi also buying your stuff because of proximity. The only reason why most big companies in Anambra are not in Nnewi is because of scarcity of lands. I beg to differ. I consider strategy and packaging to be more important in business. I grew up in Onitsha and the reason most people travel outside to get what they want is because it has been packaged and sold to them at a price that location at some point becomes irrelevant. I get your point. The only thing that's stalling people building companies in more than one place is because we're Nigerians. And then things like good road network and the rest fail most start up and entrepreneurs. What brought this topic is getting approval for building a house? You have knowledge of it as someone who have experience building houses in southeast especially Awka and Onitsha. |

michlins: if you want to build with ease, Nnewi is your sure bet. Their lands are expensive but once you pay, you don't worry about anyone stopping your works. The usual issues of area boys stopping work and forcing you pay stipend anytime you bring material to site no dey. ..
Just buy your land, do the tradition of killing a "he goat" and settle the agents involved. Secure the land with fence and anytime you're ready, you can start building. That's one of the few things I love about this town Thank you for your advice. I am an Anambrarian and I consider Nnewi to be a village despite the fact that I haven't been there of recent. If I want to build in a rural area, I might as well go to my home town. No offense meant. The land in question has been bought. |

I hope the person has experience on the cost of things in South East because I think these things vary from region to region as I can see from example that the cost of a bag of cement is not the same everywhere. |

Also will it be that problematic removing the tiles in case there is electrical problems? And will that type of tile still be found in the market? |

spyder880: Welcome Sir,
The windows here are quite adequate for the size of the house and the living room, when combined, this window is more that the normal 1.5 meter window we do in the living rooms of flats.
The piping for waste here is internal, as demanded by my client. Since this is a two floor building apartment, I think it might last a long time before any serious maintenance. I am using the best pipes to ensure zero leakage.
The rise is a normal Nigerian phenomenon, we are used to it, it's best to continue building through the rise, and continue when the prices drop (if it ever will) Waiting could be more costly as the costs may rise further in this weakened Naira regime.
Thanks. Thank you Oga Spyder for your explanations. I really appreciate! Jisie ike! |
