For a while now, I've been hearing people condemn the act of masturbating and linking it to problems that they face in their life ( I consider it to be funny ).

There's nothing wrong with you masturbating, it's a healthy habit. If you are the RELIGIOUS TYPE, you have problems with it because of your beliefs and the guilt that results within is as a result of YOU THINKING YOU'VE DONE WRONG!!!

Try to practice healthy masturbation as there are no negative sides to it ( The only negative part to it are the ones you create).

If you have something to do with your life ( something useful) I don't see how masturbating would be an issue.

I do it three times a week and it doesn't affect my work. It makes me even sleep better at night and even in the afternoon. I drink lots of water when I'm done and I feel so relaxed afterwards. It is a nice way to let go of that sexual tension.

I'm not your TYPICAL CHRISTIAN but I'm happy with the way my life is. I pursue meaningful things that add value to myself and masturbating has never been in my way.

My advice is if you are in a tough place in your life and you are masturbating, don't think it's the reason you are there just look for the real problem and address it. Stop blaming poor ol masturbation.
