By drinking, do they mean alcohol? They should be more specific. Cup/bottle holders are in vehicles for a reason. Africa is a hot place and you are even more dangerous driving dehydrated. Are they saying you cannot drink water while driving? I always have a bottle of water ready for drinking in my cup holder and a pack of water in the booth. |
NOETHNICITY:Listen to it again "For the Senate to consider lifting the suspension or reducing the tenure of the suspension senator Natasha shall submit a written/ letter of apology to the Senate before any reconsideration by the Nigerian Senate" According to you and I quote "The prayer being read by the SP is a motion that for Natasha’s suspension to be lifted she has to first issue an apology" wrong. The apology as said by apabio is for the Senate to to "consider" lifting or reducing the tenure of the suspension. Ie when she apologises only then will they now meet to see what will be done. It means she has admitted guilt and shown remorse which may complicate her legally. Senators voting no, means she does not have to apologise through a letter before her matter should be considered. The question was posed to deep seek AI for analysis; This statement means that for the Nigerian Senate to even **consider** ending or reducing the suspension of Senator Natasha, she must first **submit a formal written apology letter** to the Senate. ### Breakdown: 1. **Condition for Reconsideration** – The Senate will **not** discuss lifting or shortening her suspension unless she first submits an apology letter. 2. **Formal Requirement** – The apology must be in **writing** (not just verbal). 3. **Process** – Only after the Senate receives this letter will they **possibly** review her suspension. The apology does **not guarantee** her reinstatement—it is just the first step. ### In Simple Terms: - **No apology letter = No discussion** about ending her suspension. - **Apology letter submitted = Senate may then decide** whether to reduce or lift the suspension. |

joshjc:The biggest market in Europe for German cars was Russia. Guess what, the Germans joined America in sanctioning Russia and banned sales of their vehicles. Closed down factories etc. Today they cannot sell in US, neither in russia. They should go and sell their cars to Ukraine. |
RecentHistory:Sad to say, but I concur with you. |

Dronedude:He even says he misses him, abi he misses the 100k monthly salary. Imagine having to renegotiate increment to cover inflation. Lol. He is lucky the uncle no be deadly guy. |
ResidentSnitch:How naija wan take suffer am? 90% of our exports to US na oyel, either oil exporters to the US also have tarrif increase, even more than the 10% put ontop naija. This means our oil will still be competitive even more that the other exporters. Putting tarrif will not stop Americans from buying crude to run their cars, ships, factories etc, they will only pay more. The truth of the matter is that trumps tarrif is good as it will only hasten the decline of America, it will cause inflation and recession. Who pays for the tarrif? Americans as the cost for American companies to clear their imported goods through their customs will increase, of course it will be passed to the consumers. Some say tarrif will cause an increase in production in the US, economists think otherwise. American cost of production is extremely high eg labour cost. What about supply chain materials imported that will be used to produce, tarrif no de ontop? How do they replace medicine or it's raw materials with supply chain heavily linked to China and India? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwZT_nisxsQ?si=pRYCewzvZ4mGCvzG |
Catapault:Oga, it will a general probem. My local justrite stores in Alimosho, boku stores too are no longer filled up as it use to be. Make your enquiries and you will find out their sales has greatly reduced due to poor low purchasing power. Basic things are off the chart for Nigerians, a tablet of detol soap is 2k, 300g of dano full cream milk is 4800, can of baked beans 2k, bar of butter 7k, bottle of olive oil 25k, peach fruit 700 per 1, sardines 1300 etc. The one that shocked me, was turkey, my pikin called me say he had a craving for turkey (as they don't give them in school), so I stopped at a shop and asked for 2kg, omo, I was told 19k!! Howwww!!!, since when?? How do people on salaries survive these days? 50k barely runs daily expenses. |
Beothers in crime. The want to do dorime with quick money. |
eepeepook:Some may be slow, but most are sudden, quick. They just slump and die. |
