vanbonattel:Uni Ibadan is a federal gov owned school. Your comment should be addressed to the ogas at Abuja. |
sylve11:No be say na bad business financial wise, but over time I taya and chose to do other things with the space. At first, I equipped the place, employed gym instructors. But since I was not there, it was hard to manage. I then saw it better to give it out to gym instructors to manage and pay an agreed amount monthly, giving them space to also make money. It went well over the years. The problem as I explained to someone earlier is that it is a capital intensive business, you have to replace your equipment every few years due to wear and tear, also to upgrade to new ones. With the current economy, exchange rate, it would have cost me a fortune to replace the key machines of which I would not be able to recover my investments based on how much customers around the area were willing to pay. Omo, na so I close am move on. Rented out the space for a year pending figuring out some other business to do there. If na as per woman matter you mean, it is not bad also. In my opinion oga and madam should go to gym together ie if they cannot afford to have the equipments at home. No allow madam enter temptation by going alone, if not last last what you will hear last last na say "devil cause am" lol |
Hmm, telling someone threaten to shoot you to shoot. When he shoots you then shout he has shot meee... Lol Bold guy that stood his ground. But he should be wiser next time. |
gare:Lol, No ohh. I just taya for am after many years. Na business weh every 2-3 years, you replace the equipment for new, up to date ones because of wear and tear. But with the current state of the economy and exchange rate, the cost of replacing those equipment compared to how much the place de generate, e no make sense. |
Lolz, this one never tey for UK. By the time London boys deal with am, na she go cry say no man de UK. ![]() |
gare:Bros, I said it once on this forum. Never allow your wife or fiance attend a gym. People attacked me. I kept quite. With the little life experience I have had, before I talk of any topic, I don see. My gist na authentic. ![]() Eg, I owned a gym for over 12 years, stopped the business last year. I have employed lots of instructors over the years. Omo, what goes in there with married women? Let me just say "hmmmm"". Do you know one lady, a pharmacist for that matter, made me loose a good instructor I had. To have him exclusive to herself and out bargain the other women, she told him to leave the work, rented a flat for him, changed his wardrobe, placed him on weekly allowance. Her hubby was always abroad, so he had free access to her house. Guess what? Her kids called him "uncle". Lol Anyway, having randy gym instructors was good for business as they attracted lots of women. |
Metcheew. Olosho. So should we understand and feel sorry for her? ![]() |
Fuckyoumod:You don't get it. The point is not the cooking, but running her down in front of his family. What if he visits her own family and she talks of Eg how the guy is lacking in one thing or the other Eg how his is not a go getter as her father or her brothers seated at the dinner. How one bro is a doctor, the other an engineer, both earning million, how when the father was the boy friends age he already owned 5 houses, had a family and was well off. How will the bf feel? Will he sit there like a dummy or excuse himself? Truth of the matter is that some women will be natural good cooks, some will learn but will still cook crap. Some you give them 1m for a pot of soup yet give another 2k and she will make a sweeter meal. That one that can cook might not be good in bed or may not be ambitious, may not contribute a dime to the family, might even be dirty, while the other lady may be neat, a master in "za oda room". Bottomline is to find the good part important to you which you feel you can live with, having in mind the spouse also has to make a compromise on you too. |
Nonexisting1:Oga, this is seems to be a topic for adults. |
mandax:I applies to only commercial vehicles. A lawyer once told me so. |
CodeTemplarr:The story has kleg jare. |
casualobserver:Adeleke family disfunctional? Aside dancing, which in any case shows a happy heart, what make you consider that family disfunctional? Even if you remove money, what makes them in your opinion disfunctional? Do you hear of polygamy, scandals, queer behaviors, divisions, etc? Last I know, that family is the perfect example of what families strive to be. Have you not see the unity between the older Adelekes? The bond between the brothers? Respect, unity, pulling themselves up both financially, politically etc? Nothing like rivalry between them? Now look at the children ie David and his cousins, brothers and sisters how close they are. Look at the love when david meets any of his uncles or siblings. Omo we as parents of grown children and also from large families wish to be "disfunctional" as the Adeleke family, if that is your definition of disfunctional family. |
Even if wiz kid uncle dance for street, who know am? Comparing David to this guy is like comparing alsatian to mongrel aka bingo. It is like comparing agric foul to okukor, cognac to kain kain, child to pikin. |
Kukutenla:Na juju be dat |
Love800:Bros, sugar na poison. No damage e no de cause. I have not researched that, but since a consultant nephrologist advice against it, I no question am. |
You think he send una? |
See mumu boys. To prove they are real mumus, they kukuma identified themselves by showing their number plates. Lol Shebi they want to create content, we will soon be watching their content while at police headquarters during press briefing. ![]() |
Ficeo:Oga eat normal foods, reduce meat, poultry if you must, eat the chicken breast. Generally food that with create less creatinine. Healthy protein could be gotten from Eg beans ie plant protein, not the one from red meat. If possible, don't put salt on your food, at best very little. Eg I do not season my eggs with salt, rather garlic powder, pepper, curry. Salt is a major destroyer. Next thing is sugar. Avoid carbonated drinks aka minerals. That one na major killer of kidneys, beers, spirits etc all contain lots of sugar. I stopped alcohol 1.8 years ago, guess what, I use to be 117kg, today I am 94kg, just by eating and drinking changes. No exercise! Drink plenty of water, me I drink atleast 6 bottles daily minimum. The only challenge I have is cigarettes. Once I overcome that I will be a lot better. Nb: guys also check for uti ie urinary tract infections. That one too na kidney killer. |
FireUpNow:Op forgot to add that. Local herbs and concoctions are also major factors. On your first visit to a nephrologist, the first question they ask is if you drink agbo, perfume water aka cele water. Lol They will tell you the most patients they see suffer from damages caused by those concoctions. Next is pain killers Eg panadol, ibuprofen and other Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NASIDs). |
nabegibeg:Lolz, them make guyman, credit card fraudster in charge ie costodian of the treasury, the vaults. It's just like making a thief the bank manager of a bank containing money. A goat made the gateman of a barn, then you expect the yams to be secured. Was it Al pachino in a movie where he robbed a bank was asked why he chose to rob the bank, his simple honest answer was that is where the money is. Ie why rob a gas station, supermarket, mall etc when you can go to the bank? Look at all the people incharge, one kleg or the other in their past linked to money, be it credit card, bribes (gandollar), drugs etc As asari will say "no be juju be dat?" |
Debater:You think it is everyone on this forum that is normal? |
IconsConnect:Yeah, better to listen to music about algorithms, algebra, physics, architecture, history etc. It keeps the mind knowledgeable. |
Akinboboz:Omo, smell the coffee. The only home at the tunnel is for you, the current reality is for him and his family. Coastal road is t him and his puppy who seats on the board of the company it was awarded to. You are told to be having hope, yet he purchases a presidential airliner normally used to ferry 400 passangers, meanwhile Nigeria Airways does not exist. South Africa still uses the Boeing business jet our man said was too old and unservisable. Infact their own is 5 years older than ours. Forget about Nunupeecee, it is practically a one man business. The puppy s said to have all the choice deals. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:Cotonue money we use to laugh at before now has more value than naira. Anyway, we did this to ourselves putting 2 buffons that have never ran any real business as presidents. |
t2luv1:Hmm, you would have paid nothing less than 30m as duty. Crazy thing is that we are poorer here in naija, but we have to pay more than those better than us. If it is not wickedness, I wonder what it is. Ohh, this apc brought Tinubu, buhari has destroyed nigeria. How can people even support this fellow beats me. Oga, £10k was just N2.5m before this charlatans came in 2015. Our friends in UK will call us here in naija to loan them money, the reverse is the case now. |
tunjijones:Omo, make we face reality. Tinubu go win the next election and overwhelmingly too. Abi you no see say apc win Edo state "clean and clear"? That show Nigerians de lie, they are not suffering as Tinubus policies are satisfactory to them. Abi which normal people will reward failure, mass inflictiom of poverty etc? |
danvon:Someone detained overnight in a Nigerian police cell should not be worried, even under threat that they will be sent to prison? Do you know anything about the police and judicial system in Nigeria? Anyway, you are probably an abroadian. |
Iruis:so it is untill you start eating trash from dustbin you will finally judge the president? Osibanjo was in power for few months when buhari travelled, naira appreciated by half, sars and dss behaved, the whole country had a breath of fresh air. Immediately buhari returned, everything reversed. Even the Bible says when the wicked are in power the people groan, but when the righteous is there, the people rejoice. Anyway, your account shows you registered 2days ago, which says a lot. |
As said by another useful idiot. |
kingsways:Oga, on gumtree a UK trading site just as jiji, I saw a cheap 18 year old car for £300. The owner wanted to add to his ticket money traveling to the US, so wanted to sell for nothing. £300 is normally pocket change few years ago, so I did a costing. Buy £300 Miscellaneous £100 Ship £1000 Ie @2150 to £1= N3,010,000 Clearing N3,500,00 Total=6,510,000! So on a dead cheap 18 year old car you spend 6.5m. If it is a normal 5-10 year old car costing £15k you need atleast 40m to ride such vehicle! Apc, Tinubu have completely destroyed the purchasing power of nigerians. Even banks, big companies can no longer buy brand news vehicles, not to talk of ordinary citizens. Accidented vehicles bought on copart some of us use to look down on before, now we cannot even afford them. |
iluvdonjazzy:Abi ohh |
So where is the 5 trillion? |
