No, not really.
See, you have 2 things, the pillets and the gun powder. The gunpowder is struck by the firing pin, it ingnites, that creates compression to propel the pillets or bullet to hit the target.
When the bullets or pillets is not there, all you have is the bang with nothing coming out. If the gun is placed very close to the skin, you may have a little burn from the ignited gun powder, breeze from the compressed air etc. Guess that was why he felt some powder like substance on himself.

The court will grant your request and keep you in jail, the court will fifa your assets ie confiscate them, grant order for it to be disposed and settle the gold digger. That means you lose your freedom and still pay the money. Even if you decide to kpai yourself, your property will still be used to pay. Lol

The question you should ask is how many flights does Iran air and it's other airlines make to Europe, UK or US. Very very few. Rather it is BA, Air France and others that dominate that route just as they do to us here in naija. The major loss of business will be to the Europeans and not Iran. Yes, you may say there will difficulties for Iranian travellers, but don't forget you have Emirates, Turkish, Qatar Airlines that will fill the gap with a short transit. The gain will be to them while the loss will be to European carriers.
If Iran wants to escalate, they could close their airspace to European, British and US airlines and watch them bleed. These same colonisers stupidly decided to block their airspace to Russia, Russia reciprocated, are you aware few weeks ago BA and some European Airlines had to stop their flights to Asia as their loss was too huge due to the long distance they have to follow to avoid Russian airspace. Even China airline is cashing out on flights to the US since they can fly over Russia but the US cannot.

The story in that other thread did not really add up and i lost interest when the writer tried to whip up etnic sentiments by creating victim mentality.

The writer claimed that the rider ran into a heap of sand and the bike slide and hit his father's vehicle and caused a dent. The Police must have seen how improbable the story was and that prompted them to carry out further investigations which must have proven the fellow's dad was the cause of the accident.

Another issue that disgusted me so much in his troy was that they are being victimised because they were Igbos.
Why bring tribe into an accident situation. Why play the victim card when you know an accident can happen to anyone irrespective of their tribe or religion.

It pains me that the writer of that story is a very wicked person that is trying to poison Nigerians from helping accident victims forgetting that he himself or his family members could be a victim of an accident.
