Majesty7:Oga, that video is a threat. Even if was made by her normal friend, eg a co- actress, her driver, a banker etc, it still is. But the individual in this video talking raises the warning light to full amber level. This is obviously a street thug, a person of violence, and she rightly considers his video a threat. I am sure if oluomo makes a video like this about you, you will relocate for your safety. (oluomo probably wount personally as he seems to be more exposed). Did he not say if they meet, she will be thought sense and then they will drag themselves to station? In local Nigerian context, it means there will be "two fighting" which will end up in police station. If she no Wan fight nko and chooses to go by her legitimate affairs? Anyway, whatever those fellows do with actresses is irrelevant to this matter of personal safety. Anyway oluomo is an American citizen, most likely this other fellow. They know the implications of assaulting or harming an American citizen here in naija. I know, because I have seen British authorities act on my paddies case when he had just health emergency in naija, not threat to life as in this case. |
Despacito1:Sanwo olu is a good man worth voting for. Some say the issue is the over bearing oga taking all the glory along with a hefty commission. So if someone else, same Yoruba is voted in, the crap will be broken and there might even be more funds in the coffers for development. Nb: Na the tori I hear. ![]() |
Goodlady:I think sanwo olu personally is a good man worth voting for. But come to think of it, the other folks ie Gandor, Rhodes etc, aren't they Yorubas too? Where then is the hate? Besides is it only ibos aside Yorubas voting in Lagos? |
netmillionaires:Rightly said. But the main issue here is the open threat on the actress. Even bold enough to make a video evidence. Is it impunity or stark ignorance of the implications? If it is both, then the actress is in grave danger. |
juman:Yeah, the perfect gentlemen in their circle. |
placeofallure:Ok great. |
placeofallure:So if she called out people, it means that fellow should threaten her? Not just ordinary threat but to do it in the open, as in make a video? Lol, when they told them to go to school they were driving danfo. Well having money without education still get as e be, e show here. I know oluomo and this fellow are likely American citizens. Hope they have tangible assets there. (someone intrudes on you and you survive, take their assets through litigation). The only problem dealing with such charlatan is that they are dangerous and could cause harm without knowing the implications on themselves. If he is not American also, hope he appreciates the implications of harming that lady. |
shegzhkn:Abi oh. Funny thing, those thugs too seem to have American citizenship. Oluomo has and I have seen pictures of a bunch of his goons with him over there too. Anyway, they will settle it in yankee. |
BigBrother9ja:You and who is the "we" that knows that charlatan? Even if you know him, what concerns bringing up persons from her lineage? Do you know who she is? What family she comes from as this is a faceless forum? Abeg oga, this fellow on the video ought not to be in your category. |
Totilopussylick:Lol.. No mind me, all depends on hustle. If naija were good, you sef no go japa. Few years ago, $1 na 5k ie early to mid 90s. 2012 I go Dubai, naira na 120 to 1$. Persin 60k salary was $500. Now 60k is not up to 80$ One can therefore feel the frustrations that will make people wish to relocate and it is understandable. |
oz4real83:Yeah, it might be funny to you, I never expect all folks to comprehend my writeups. And yes, I know what nukes are and what they can achieve. Yes, Israel has been bombing Iranians in Syria, soft targets. Iran will not escalate as it will be folly to. But why do you think Israel has been screaming for the past 20 years of Iran's nuke projects and have done a noting about it ie bombed Iran? Afterall they bombed the Syrian reactor, the libyan one too many years ago? The secret is a viable deterrent. Israel bombing Iranian nuke sites without completely destroying it is not worth the risk of a counter strike. Not unless the Israelis can get the Americans involved. |
Totilopussylick:Oga, Nigeria. One can visit the US in vacation just as you visit other countries of the world. The fact America is better economically does not make them right in world affairs. Their policy of might is right (economic and militry) does not confer them spacial status. The fact for economic reasons a Nigerian will choose to move to America does not make it a better place. Most that can afford to wish to return to Nigeria at the end of the day. Only unaccomplished Nigerians in the US wish to spend the rest of their lives there. |
mariahAngel:Well said. Mike Pompeo said of the cia, "we lied, stole and cheated" . |
oz4real83:Iran has a viable deterrent. Despite sanctions they have invested in where they have strength. Various types of ballistic missiles that can blowup major Israeli cities to smithereens. Don't forget Israel is a small country. Iran also had the Israeli demona nuclear facility within range. Iran displayed its basic entry level drones through Russia recently, they have more advanced ones. Should Israel bomb Iran, they do not have the capacity to inflict enough damage due to range and the fact that Iranian facilities are buried in mountains. Bunker busting weapons are questionable. Bomb Iran and they will have the moral impetus to go full blown nuclear. Besides what if they load chemical weapons on missiles and unleash them on tel Aviv in response to Israel using nukes? |
For real? Nothing I wount read on nairaland! Haba! |
budaatum:Oga, he is in it already. He knows he has a problem, which is the first step. With kids, not saying in this context he is a kid, but refering to one's children and advice given to them, one can only pray they don't go astray. Just one mistake could cost them much. See many years ago, I knew two fine boys, aspiring musicians, close friends, one igbo and the other Yoruba, obviously from good homes. They use to dress well, move with nice chicks etc. They came to my joint often. Hmm, I started noticing they started hanging around some northern boys, those guys were junkies. They mixed all sorts, smoked different crap. My manager will complain. One time one of those aboki guys and his girlfriend were so stoned the stood at the entrance of the joint for 1hr, spit dribbling from their mouth, just standing. We had to send them away. One day, i called this 2 young men, I tried talking to them, I told them the route they were going was bad. I went as far as telling them the capacity of their cranium is not the same with those abokis. Those ones can smoke shit and nothing will happen. Hmm, they thanked me and I moved on. I year later I saw that Yoruba chap, omo, I could not recognize that fine boy! He had like 6 teeth only in his mouth! He saw me and came to beg for money! The igbo boy nko, even saw him last week. His is better, his family has lodged him several times at Yaba psychiatric hospital. Still, once in a while the madness comes up. Very nice respectful fellow. So basically one has to pray ones kids don't make that mistake. What will you say about smart kids schooling in naija or abroad with bright future that just make that mistake and if no quick action taken, they get in to deep and lives are ruined? First time I tried weed, only God saved me. Funny enough it was during nysc 96 and some small boys neighbors kids offered me, thinking I was a big boy ogbologbo from Lagos. Me sef not wanting to fall had, I told them say na "our food" took 2 drags. Meean, I managed to enter room. See if a car passes and presses horn, I will be hearing that horn non stop until, I hear another sound eg some one says hi, I will be hearing that hiiiiiiiii continuously! My head was doing "aeroplane turner"! I prayed to God to help me survive, I will not do it again! Lol Someone said if I had taken more, I would have gotten used to it. Omo, no benefit and my head no carry am! |
VawulenceProMax:Abi. |
"My car is 3years and 6 months today" NB: You car is 13 years old. Probably over 150k miles or 241k kilometers. Check you glove compartment to see if the previous owner had maintenance records there to know when he last changed the gear oil. But if you have used it for 3 years then you likely would have done close to 30k miles. To have peace of mind. Get your recommended Toyota gear oil (it might be expensive but cheaper on the long run). Pls do not use mobile or any other. Drain and refill. |
ImoleNaija:Abi oh. The man has entered. Let's hope it favors us. |
Anyway is a way. Congratulations. Let's hope he makes the country better. |
INDOMIE9090:SW na them property.. |
Softmirror:Because they own Lagos? |
backT:Where are you from? |
dyera:Are you minding the dummy. Kids that have not seen wahala before. |
Neoteny7:Who is holding you? Lead the charge. |
Nyanabo:Let's reject it IJN. |
Sunnyski:Abeg, naija will not burn. Presidency is like army, soldier go soldier come. 4 years is not far, prepare yourself to vote again. |
Aify147:Some de get bad aroma no matter how them fine. |
Johnoyem:Him get hope before? |
jeromestarks:The trauma must be much. Overtime you will overcome. |
GreyLaw:His man is CJ of the SC. |
