He then uses the interest or profit to buy the 10m car and has 500-1m to register and fuel the car. Ofcourse if the person had prior business he could also invest the money into it, turn around the profit several times before buying the car.
Here governors receive billions, they go and blow it on bridge instead of focusing on priorities until they stabilise, contracts that half of the money will be stolen, but they know that is what their people want to see, bridge, building, airport. Is anambra not in debt today? When Peter Obi left billions after his second term, that money was now ripe for infrastructure but in a sustainable way eg you have 75b in savings, you spend 30b, you then grow the money back to 75b before blowing another 30. What happened obiano saw the money, blew it on airport etc, now back to square one of debt.
