Your logic is unsound. How do you determine if someone has failed a course from a conversation ? What relevance is her undergraduate performance to the case at hand ? The issue here is sexual harassment, corruption of morals, intimidation and abuse of power.

It is irrelevant whether she failed the course it not. What is at issue is whether
the lecturer misused his position.

I will disagree, Lagos has almost unlimited jobs, the problem is, you may not like most of the jobs (either cos of pay or distance or condition of service).
