RomanceAdam Was Censored. . . . . . by NegroNtns(op): 6:22pm On Sep 26, 2010
You know, I've often wondered. . . . .what did Adam really said after Eve was brought to him?

This is what was reported "And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man."

Personally, I think he said more than that but to be on the moral side his x-rated statement was censored and replaced with one that is child-friendly. . .ahem, excuse me, I mean church-friendly.

To my fellow Men on NL. . . . what do you think your great ancestor said to his babe?

Dynasty and Divinity:

Ife Art in Ancient Nigeria presents an in-depth view of the extraordinary corpus of ancient art from the kingdom of Ife. Astonishing works of art were made in Ife (pronounced EE-fay), located in what is now southwestern Nigeria, from the 9th to 15th centuries. This major exhibition brings to Houston more than 100 works, most never before displayed outside Nigeria.

Masterpieces include a series of 30 lifelike sculptures in copper alloy that represent Ife´s legendary past rulers, who were the forebears of the present king, or ooni, of the still-bustling modern-day metropolis of Ife. A complete royal figure, wearing beaded garments and regalia; a mask made of pure copper; and the famed Tada figure were all produced with the lost-wax metal-casting technique. Along with the world-renowned Ife terra-cotta heads—astounding in detail, sensitivity, and beauty—these sculptures have been compared to the finest portraits of the classical ancient world of Greece and Rome.

The MFAH has the distinction of being the first American venue for this exhibition, which will open in Houston just as Nigeria celebrates the 50th anniversary of its independence on October 1, 1960.

"Shows like this come along once in a lifetime." —Telegraph.co.uk
Here is the link. . . .

http://www.mfah.org/exhibition.asp?par1=1&par2=1&par3=671&par4=1&par5=1&par6=1&par7=&lgc=4&eid=&currentPage=

To the children of Oduduwa, here is an opportunity to set correction to Museum of Art, Houston in Texas. Look at the caption above, go visit the site and see what they are talking about. There are couple of things wrong with the narratives and the exhibition.

First, there is no place called ancient Nigeria. Nigeria at 50yrs old is not ancient; and if we add another 100yrs to give credit for the amlgamation of North and South region, it is still not qualified as ancient. This is deliberate mud rub in the face. The proper wording should have been ancient Yoruba Kingdom.

Second, the word Yoruba is totally omitted in the entire caption - no where is any reference at all to the national culture or root of the art. Why is Nigerian embassy acquiescing to the insult?

Third, comparing them to ancient Greece and Rome is discrediting. The art knowledge itself is older than those two civilizations. World civilization did not start at Europe. . . . it started with Babylon. The first King to sit on the throne of Ife was a direct descendant of Lamurudu (Nimrod), the founder of Babylon. Ife itself is the equivalent of Epher (Biblical). Oranmiyan, one of his descendants is a Babylonian name, in fact there was a city in old Iran called Oramiyeh. There was a King in Old Babylon called Dudu.

Lastly, the image if the exhibited figures are of mix genealogy, not completely negroid. This would establish mixed ancestry. . . possibly a Negroid and another racial type. What is that other race type?
Foreign AffairsRe: Un Walkout Over Ahmadinejad Speech by NegroNtns(m): 2:34pm On Sep 25, 2010
Ahmadinejad is playing hardball with leaks on the Pentagon papers. The documents were never de-classified but wikileak got its hand on it and published. Govt responded immediately and shut their server down and then put the docs back under seal but not fast enough that few subscribers had already received copies. It's a long story! Those who heard 'Nejad's speech know his reference came directly from those government documents.

That document, in some sections lays the tactical approach to wage war in the Middle East. The approach is a direct interpretation of the ideologies already framed by Neo-Cons in their "New American Century" prospectus.

This inferrence by 'Nejad is a weapon in Iran's backpocket to dominate the talks with Americans.

JeSoul,

. . .did I hear you say she will not join Tea Party? Put that thermometer in her mouth and guage her temperature a second time - Hillary wants that position so bad she will make a convincing case for switching if the conversion will get her the win.

On one hand, there are two camps in DNC already! One led by Bill and the other by Obama. The rumor is that, as a consolation, Hillary will go next in 2012.

. . .watch the developments, the forecast will be more meaningful once the November mid term results come out.

Bawo, beside the support of AIPAC, which other voter group packs sufficient influence to defeat her run? Definitely not the minority base - black or hispanic! Palin got whites by their snout at the moment. . . .

On a different note, . .Did you see what they did to Obama at UN? Scheduled his speech to run on their holiday so their diplomats would not have to sit in his audience. Never has that been done to any US President at a UN general meeting. You think this is random? Check back in 2012. grin

I can't believe Hillary made that statement! She is patronizing the Zionists with that comment on detour from traditions. She would have to join the the Tea Party Movmnt if she is still ambitious about the White House. . . .there is a new horizon since she last campaigned and it's ruled by Palin!

Christianity EtcRe: Third Part - The Mystery Of Creation by NegroNtns(op): 8:30pm On Sep 22, 2010
There are three aspects to cover here:

1) SELF; (2) OTHERS; (3) RELATIONSHIP

If you all recall in an earlier post in the second part of the series I touched briefly on the ritual of Islamic prayer and connected the postures with EGO (I AM); HUMILITY (YOU ARE); SUBMISSION (GOD IS). The SUBMISSION part is also called WORSHIP. I mentioned that the ritual is completed in a reconciliation of the SPIRIT to MATTER. This is from a theological standpoint.

Let me give you two other standpoints or dimensions of this same principle. First the biological and then the esoterical.

Our bodies is a material form and has peculiar characteristics that make its adaptation to the harsh elements of the environment possible. The body is both a structural and functional unit. It performs astounding number of functions beginning with the cells, the tissues, the organs, the systems - circulatory, respiratory, reproductive, digestive, nervous, etc, Individually, and acting alone, each is insignificant; but relating together as a large organized unit they integrate the body into a state of balance and well being (homeostasis). If the body fails to maintain this balance then its ability to withstand the realities of its environment is threatened. Therefore it can be said that the sole purpose of the body is to achieve one supreme function. . . .that of SURVIVAL!

In an esoterical sense, the same principle that we just see in both theological and biological state exist for the energy points, or what is commonly called CHAKRAS.

I told someone that the eye is a spirit, that the tongue is a spirit. . .and I was called a soothsayer behind it. May GOD remove the darkness in our soul and fill it with abundant light.

Here are the 7 energy points:

1. The crown of the head - SPIRIT
2. The center of the forehead - THIRD EYE or ILLUMINATION
3. The throat - AUTHORITY or COMMAND
4. The heart - LIFE or LOVE
5. The solar plexus - WILL POWER
6. The sacral - APPETITTE
7. The base or root of the spine - REPRODUCTION or SURVIVAL.

In practical way the numbering is actually in reverse of the way I gave it, so that SURVIVAL is 1 and SPIRIT is 7.

. . .it does not matter where you turn, everywhere there is the face of GOD. GOD has no history! Nonetheless, theological proofs alone cannot explain GOD. HE is everywhere we look. . . . and mankind, in our insatiable desire to grasp at the divine truth, we continue to discover new breakthroughs and make advances in the most unimaginable places and in which, invariably, the authority of GOD refreshingly manifests itself to us.
The sad part is even in those moments of "eureka", mankind will still refuse to bow to the Most Magnificent Authority, the Creator-In-Chief. He on whose orders the custodians of tranformative forces are commanded to descend and whisper to the hearts of mankind the illuminating secrets of a new world order and a new way forward.

We must live as if we see HIM face to face.

Which Pharaoh does the bible refer to and which dynasty? Menes, thutmose, etc

What about the roman civilization.

Which Caesar are you referring to? Nero, Julius etc

What about the Babylonians?

Xerxes was a zoroastrian and Zoroastrianism is a monotheistic religion that preceded the abrahamic ones. So what does he have to do with your bible?
. . . The question is simple. It does not matter which dynasty or reign of the crown just answer and distinguish where the Bible stop and cultural history began.

Your understanding of the Bible is, as I have said repeatedly, primitive. I see where your rebellion is coming from. Your need for divine understanding was not properly guided, at best you may have been groomed by one of these buka pastors that attend 6months fast forward coaching for ministering. They come out focused on getting rich off your ignorance and spew nonsense from the pulpit. Let me help you out. . . .

The Bible is divided into historical sections or ages, so to speak.

1. Creation
2. Antidiluvian
3. Postdiluvian
4. Abrahamic
5. Mosaic
6. Messianic
7. Apostolic

From 1 to early part of 4 (before Abraham was circumcised), GOD is addressing all of mankind.
From latter part of 4 to 5 (from when he had Issac), GOD is addressing a particular people - Children of Israel.
5 Is all Mosaic laws, focused on a new social order for the Children of Israel.
6 Is Jesus, GOD is again addressing all of humanity.
7 Is the ministering of Christianity and a new social order for all of mankind.

I said in one of my posts that religion, history and geography are inextricably inter-woven. Together they give a three dimensional definition to a race of people.

Use this information to separate the Biblical from the cultural historical of those civilizations I asked you about. Let's see if you can without any reference to the Bible.

You think the Bible is just a dud textbook? You have lost your dam_n mind!

Ok, the difference between biblical accounts of history and secular history is that the latter has evidence.
Which one of these is the history of Pharaoh and the civilization of Egypt? How about Roman civilization? How about Ceasar? How about Xerxes? What about the Ottoman invasion? How about the Babylonians? Are all these Biblical or cultural histories?

You have been swindled. . . go ask for your money back from the college that awarded you a degree.

And since yor are so versed in biblical "history", can you tell me where I can view the evidence of this massive boat built by the guy who cursed his son because he decided to get drunk and n@ked?

Would you curse your son if he saw you n@ked?
That's why I said earlier that pearls are not for pigs! Your layer of understanding in Biblical narrations is at the swine level. Those who can understand it at the human level already got the message. In case you desire to evolve, here it is again for safekeeping. . . . . the unclothedness narration is a code, so is the dimensions given in the ark.
Christianity EtcRe: Third Part - The Mystery Of Creation by NegroNtns(op): 6:28pm On Sep 21, 2010
In the beginning of this series I said I would be brief on the story of Abraham and Moses.

GOD led Abraham into Egypt and he lived there for a while.  On his way to Egypt he stayed briefly in Canaanite where GOD told him of a future event in which that whole land of people will be replaced by his seeds.

Contrary to popular belief, Hebrew was not originally a Jewish language. The Jews spoke Aramaic.  This is significant!

Anyway, Abraham came out of Egypt rich.  He came out with Lot, his nephew and they agreed to part ways over the land.  Abraham returned to Canaanite.  In that land his substance grew and he became a family man with two seeds of historical magnitude - Ishmael and Isaac.

From these two seeds we have what evolved into the three monotheistic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

Now what sense should we make out of all these?  How do we apply the mystery of this message to pragmatic needs in our daily lives?

The first part of the series dealt with the SELF.

The second part of the series dealt with the SELF and OTHERS

This third part is dealing with SELF - OTHERS and the DYNAMICS OF INTER-PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS.

The function of religion in the society is to congregate people and bring capacity where the sum of the total is more dynamic and rewarding than the individual parts.  This is achieved through inter - personal relations.

I will share more on this later for direct link with its impact in business, family and friendship relations.

How amazing that you decry Biblical accounts as false but then grasp onto historical accounts written by the hands and the thoughts of the same people you label with falsehood?

Who do you think wrote these history you googled and reproduced?

Do not let your bias against the Jews lead you to not believe the Bible.  I am not a supporter of Jewish history either. . .  .but the Bible is not Jewish, neither is it Christian, the Bible is nature.   If you fail to understand that fundamental disconnection between humanity and racial or religious identity, as narrated in the Bible, then you need a good dose of wisdom to bring you out of your darkness.

The Bible was sent to humanity, Adam was not Jew, neither was Noah or Abraham.  Jewish identity was not established till after Jacob - Joseph's father -  but then we learnt also that Joseph was made great by the Egyptians.  Every Prophet beginning with Abraham was nurtured and groomed by the Egyptian culture which was strictly Hamitic and conformed with the authentic religion until heretics were introduced to defile it.

You can deny Jewishness but you cannot deny Humanism.  Turn to any social systems and endeavors in modern society and civilization. . . they all evolve from those same ancient civilizations you decry.   So how do you embrace the modern legal system and deny its roots?  How do you embrace modern medicine and deny its roots?  How do you accept Socrates, Galileo, Archimedes, Charles Darwin, Newton. . .and the hosts of them but deny their source and root of their enlightenement?

Get out of your darkness fool!

. . . Continuuing from my last post on topic.

It is called Star of David as a commemoration to immortalize Prophet David's name (May Peace Be Upon Him). Some also call it Zion. The Star is Jerusalem.

All the Prophets of GOD without exception have sojourned in Jerusalem, including Prophet Mohammed (May Peace and Blessings of Allah Be On Him). In fact, before he captured Meccah from idol worshippers, GOD cammonaded him to face Jerusalem as Ka'ba and thats where all muslims faced to pray.
In a discussion with couple of Muslim friends on the symbols and rituals of religion we were wondering what would the Christian faith use if Jesus (PBUH) had not be crucified. The opinions were varied - "three stars" signifying the prophecy of the wise men; "the orb matrix" signifying his gift for performing miracles; "a star" signifying his birth place. . . . and on and on we went. The "star" or "stars" was a favorite. How about Islam, what does its symbol stand for?

Many Muslims will tell you that "the moon crescent and the star" symbolises the holy month of Ramadhan in which the Quran revelation was given to Mohammed (PBUH). But if that is so it would be a direct conflict of interest and contradiction with the primary doctrine against worshipping anyone or any image and particularly that no image worship is allowed in the Mosque. Because in Islam heavenly bodies are classified as living bodies this interpretation will mean worshipping living objects. . . . similar to pastoral customs of using the moon cycle to forecast weather, hunting, planting and other things.

In actuality the "crescent" follow the path of GOD's lead as HE took Abraham from U r to Egypt. The "star" is of course Jerusalem.

There is another dimension to this mystery and I think it's time I unveil it and connect the dots between The Crescent, The Star, Eden and The Four Rivers flowing out of it as well as the Heaven and Earth. Due to the fact that we are in a public domain I will not lift any veil on this mystery beyond what I'm about tell you.

The Star is also called Eden or Jerusalem
The Crescent is also called Fertile Crescent
The Four Rivers are also called Life Source and they issue out of Eden
The Heaven and Earth is also called Cosmos or Matrix or Womb or Cavity

The Eden = Heart
The Fertile Crescent = The Lungs in its embrace 'round the Heart
The Four Rivers = Four Valve streams regulating blood in and out of the Heart
The Womb = The enclosure of the Rib cage (Eve was created from it) and the diaphgram with its fluids.

Like I said, this is a dimension on the mystery and at this point I dont need to say anything further on it. Everywhere you look there is the face of GOD.

May GOD enlighten us all!
Christianity EtcRe: What Is A God? by NegroNtns(m): 7:07pm On Sep 20, 2010
Ok, whatever you say.

Hamitic branch!!! WTF
It's obvious you think the bible is historical so I'm not going to go further with you because you have to be willfully ignorant to take that $hit serious.

I wish I could shove that Hamitic branch down your throat. Jews say you're cursed and you agree with them!!!
. . . . . Colonization of the Asian countries is no different than colonization of Africa or South America, but yet in these continents the people, in some cases, have gone back to the practice of their native belief system and in others, they have picked back up their native tongues and we see where these efforts are paying off for them in terms of the material culture I mentioned in my earlier response. These people have political control and right of sovereignty over their natural resources and on a global scale they bring it to bear in international relations.

In Africa however, we brag in our proficiency of the foreign language and intimacy with their culture. . . . . . . does any race of people need to say we are cursed for you to believe it? Will you feel better if an Hausa man tell you you are cursed, instead of hearing it from a Jew? We don't even have control of our own resources, much more the power to negotiate trades. Is that a blessing to you?

I don't believe in the Ifa thing because it's just as absurd as every religious beliefs ever held by man
.

You are not saying anything I didn't already know.

Instead "de~mystifying" Jewish hidden codes why don't you "de~mystify" Ifa
IFA and the authentic religion given by GOD, from Adam down to Abraham are the same. They diverted at the point when the languages were broken up. Subsequently man has introduced heretics into that faith and diluted its authenticity. In fact, Christianity is built upon Judaism and Quran is nothing but the Gospel of Jesus written in Arabic.

Let me give you something that will cause you a shock. . . . well, no never mind! I can't give pearls to pigs
Christianity EtcRe: What Is A God? by NegroNtns(m): 3:36pm On Sep 20, 2010
Lmao, you are really funny!!!
You claim people who are agnostics and atheists are doing so due to western influence, but you open threads to explain the Jewish creation story that was packaged for you westerners!!!
It is what you call "Jewish Creation Story" that Jews and white race has used continously to dominate advancements in the world. . . albeit, to dominate black race!

Where is our story? If I present you with IFA you will still it turn it down as fables.

I am not explaining Jewish story. . . I am de-mistifying their hidden codes and rituals so that if you cannot understand the cryptic code on its surface you can at least receive the underlying meaning and apply it to your situation.

Atheism is not synonymous to western culture, any religious person can question his faith and come to the conclusion that the deity they worship probably doesn't exist.
. . . . possibly!

By the way, since you believe Jewish fairy tales and spend considerable effort explaining nonsense like Adam and eve, YOU are the one that has betrayed your culture.
. . . . How so? In terms of human history as it relates to Adam and Eve there is not even anything called Judaism. There had to be a religion in the time of Noah and Abraham because these were people that worshipped and made offering and sacrifices to GOD. So what was that religion which they practiced? Please explain it to us.

I wonder if there is some Jew trying to rationalize african myths on some Israeli message board, but you have this Uncle Ruckus explaining talking snakes and accusing people of being blind followers of foreign concepts.
. . . again, it is not an explanation and is not rationalization. Jews don't need to discuss African myths. . . their Rabbis have cognition and know who the Hamitic branch is. They have not lost their spiritually ordained course. It is the Hamitic children that have abandoned theirs and it is so fortunate that what you call Jewish Creation Story is in support of African historical facts better than what you can find in any textbook written on Africa by Western academia. Isn't it ironic that the Book contain authentic information about us and yet with all our Western education we are lazy in decoding it? The successful ones are those who unveiled the hidden messages and applied it to their needs.

In material culture, Blacks are the borrower and imitator, rarely the originator. We should band together and originate our own meanings and interpretations to magnify our authentic divine attributes, not follow in fads after fads imported by foreigners. Won't you agree?
Christianity EtcRe: Third Part - The Mystery Of Creation by NegroNtns(op): 3:10pm On Sep 20, 2010
Kola,

No I was not. I am not relaying witness accounts.

People come in and quote scriptures and shout all day about what the Bible say or the Quran say but never tie the sayings to the realities of daily life. On the opposite side of that, atheists also come in and counter and attack the quoters but never laying their own proof for how the absense of a higher authority truly relate with daily life experience. What does it benefit anyone to hear about GOD say this or that and they don't know how to apply that saying to resolve a family issue or a personal turmoil?

We need a change. I am acting as a change agent by sharing not just the sayings but the underlying meanings and rituals. I hope you find some new knowledge in what I'm narrating in these series. For every one mystery I explain, there are about five additional interpretations I held back. Simply because spiritual awareness is good for the soul but applied wrongly it is just as damaging.

I dont know it all, I am a student like yourself but belief in GOD is both faith and work and what I am doing is putting my faith to work in a communal setting.

What are you doing?
Christianity EtcRe: What Is A God? by NegroNtns(m): 9:55pm On Sep 19, 2010
I know most of you denying the existence of a higher authority are doing so out of the need to appear mainstream in your ideology. The claims you make are disgenuous and hypocritical.

When the Western culture began to export the fad that breast feeding was bad, Africans abandoned their natural beliefs in the nurturing power of the mother's milk and jumped on the bandwagon for powder milk. . . then Western culture came back and reclaimed the benefit of the mother's milk and so Africans again swung in line. Wherever West leaned there we swing! Christianity was brought to us. . . we became the band major for it, I slam was not ours but we became band major. . . it is not at all surprising that we are again jumping out of our black skins to lead the band for atheists and agnostics. It is only a matter of time before West rethink and go back to GOD. . . .
Will you then swing back with them or will you continue to deny a higher authority?

You all have substituted white man and his culture for your GOD and nature. Wake up brotherman!

Good point Navi.

The eye is a spirit, the ear is a spirit, the tongue is a spirit, the hand is a spirit, the sexual organ is a spirit, the leg is a spirit. . . . . each has no meaning as an individual existence. Wired together as a complete circuit they give form and function to human life. So that when the spirit of my mouth desires a taste of nicotine I can counter that with the spirit in my legs - unless I get up to get a cigarrette there is no way that nicotine will get in my mouth.

This is unveiling!!!

When I seek a psychiatrist or a 12-step programm to intervene and help me stop smoking, then that's revealing. To those who understand this simple example can apply it to their relationship with GOD - whoever GOD is to you.

To Vescucci,

the mind have limits but not the heart. GOD created man, male and female made HE them, and HE called his name Adam. Endless receptacle of love and imagination!! Endless capacity!!
Christianity EtcRe: What Is A God? by NegroNtns(m): 8:58pm On Sep 17, 2010
Unveil, reveal. They're the same darn thing. It's just a matter whether one is ready to keep one's delusions to oneself. Spirituality should be individual. Those that claim revelation always seek to deliver the good news (or bad news as it were) to everyone else. In that is religious failing. A complex of believers versus unbelievers.
You should not blame the one hawking religion, the undescerning consumer is at fault for misunderstanding creation. The ability to discern lies in whether or not you seek to unveil or to reveal. So I disagree with your take on that distinction.

No one was born with religion. . . you acquire it. The self-will is endowed with a capacity for transformation and this is the mystic formula in the flood story in OT. We are miseducated in philosophical thinking and we are miseducated in theological understanding. We need a new march - a revolutionary one targeted at institutionalized worship!

All this god constructs are just human imaginations running amok. It's like asking why Zeus didn't kill Hades. They don't freaking exist. Until one can prove God's existence, . . . .
There are two approaches to it.  One is imagination and the other is reasoning.   Synagogues, Churches and Mosques have all gone amock branding their dogmas and selling religion to mankind.  Their prescription of GOD is "reveal".  When you reveal GOD you are limited to a sober relationship with HIM.  The message should be "unveil".  When you unveil HIM you become intoxicated - spiritualism!

I agree with the first sentence.  We have to be careful and not have an overly romantic vision on the changes we are demanding.  If we succeed getting people in who are running largely on an anti-Obama platform, then their agenda for the next two years would not only cripple the President but could equally hurt an already dented American image.  He would be branded impotent and that will empower Far East with brazen ideas on world domination.  I prefer a mix of seasoned politicians with rookies. . . .

Do you mean gods as in deities. . . . .or is that a typo and you meant to say GOD as in creator?

I dont know if you are yoruba and understand what Ashe mean. There is no word in any foreign language to fully convey the meaning of Ashe.

The star is an Ashe. Your mom is correct that it represents GOD's (. . . .assuming) domination in all directions.

GOD.

Pastor,

It is unfortunate what speaking in different tongues has done to humankind.  It is very unfortunate indeed. Many of what we associate with GOD, deity and worship and the meanings that these terms carry, when reduced to their original tongue and then further reduced to their root words will not equate with their english equivalent at all.  It is for that reason that Muslim scholars discourage reducing ALLAH to GOD in writing because the word GOD, while it offers somewhat a close meaning does not equate to ALLAH.

Akin in yoruba is loosely translated simply as bravery.  Stripped of its connotation for heroism.

There are self- emitting lights, self-propagating truths, self-directing deities. . . . . these entities, individually, are just that by which they are known.  Nothing more!  However, collectively, they form a matrix and their orbital is what is responsible for order and balance in our cosmos.

Whoever interest it was in the first place to create order and balance is what GOD is.

The scientific approach to creation is not at all divergent from the theological approach.  The problem with scientists is they dismiss millenia of human history as uncredible and seek mechanical explanation for physical phenomena.  How would science explain chaos?  . . . . . how would they explain darkness?

For example, the scientific theory that every action in a given direction will produce a reaction of equal magnitude in the opposite direction led to advancement in rocket propulsion and aerospace exploration.  How is it different from the law of Karma?  Another example says energy is neither created or destroyed but is transformed.  How is that different from the doctrine of cosmic balance?

Any society of people in which there is evidence of GOD-centerdness (regardless of who that GOD is), observe devotional practice of worship.

Nice insight!

. . . . love, in its purest form, is violent.

Clarification for the un-initiated - "violent" in a poetic sense, not in a physical manner.
