well everytime a bomb goes off everyone panick and seek short term answer for long term problem. The mumu president and his footsoldiers like beaf have no clue . . . they cant see past the reality of their swampy creek. why risk life to condemn boko when we know everyone of them caught to date has either been bailed out or escaped. This is why the army is not facing off with them. . . it is useless fighting boko when your commander in chief already admitted it will fizzle out. Then we should all seat on the fence and wait for the fizzling to happen. Over 100 community police and security personnell killed in Kano, they lost their lives in the hands of boko and yet their boss, Ringim facilitated the escape of a boko high level criminal. . . .and guess what, he is keeping his job. So this Seriki need to go start his campaign in North. . . or better yet in the creeks of Bayelsa. |
You have no endurance for political bullying. . . .thats why you resort to dramatic show of emotions to hide your vulnerability. posting emoticons and shyyt. . . .what has the straffing aircraft got to do with what is being discussed here? Is that your way of saying you will eliminate your enemy? Well, say it in words. . . . like everyone else, instead of bringing in toys where matured minds are discussing issues beyond comprehension and level of understanding. Are we supposed to fear your toy now. . . is that what you intended? Oh look, beaf got a bomber toy dont offend him. . . ![]() downcreek mot'afvker! hahaha. . . . take your toy to go scare boko haram. |
Are you a boko haram member to be making such ridiculous claims which they themselves have not made? You see why many like you are classed as the civilian wing of boko haram? You want to come in hard but when the favor is returned you loose energy and start using emoticons and cartoons to mock. You lack understanding of national politics but you by all means want to squeeze yourself in as a credible analyst and when you are rejected you get angry and emotional. This kitchen is for those who can handle the heat. . . . I suggest you get DA FVCK OUT OF THE HEAT BEFORE IT BURNS YOU You should be more concerned with the Seriki"s words. Why the need when the President already said it will fizzle out. . . . we are waiting for that predicted ending. You believe the Seriki more than you do your creek man? |
Beaf, you are a shame to the analytical discussions on this topic. Is this how you discuss intelligently, by taking the comical way out to save face? Poor you! Stop engaging minds far superior than yours in political analysis if you know you lack the endurance to participate nobly without resorting to immature cartooning of your opponents. You stooupid downcreek fool! |
Is the SNG the West or are you just stup!d?First boko haram is intertwined with Gej's tacit support for MEND. Your denial does not in any way change the fact! Gej has stepped on the wrong toes with his army deployment in West and if he didnt know this before he took that action, it has dawned on him now, so he is dispatching emissaries from SS to go to West political base, Awo's home and seek forgiveness. West has no need to go to your forsaken creek for anything. Did you read the statement from the SS elders? If you did not I suggest you do. Practically, they are begging West not to disown Gej. If West disowns him thats the end for him. You dont know this but your elders do and they have more wisdom and political insight far better than you do. I will take their action as the authority above your panicky back and forth on NL soliciting help for SS cause. Your preservation lies in West, not anywhere else. |
Koruji, Beaf has become like a prostitute. . . . today he is SS and wants alliance with SE, tomorrow he wants alliance with Middle Belt, next day he is from Mid West and need them to abandon alliance with West. In his back and forth peddling of himself, the Mid West has ignored him, the Middle Belt has ignored him. He luckily finds sympathy with SE who are determined to own a coastal territory and are interpreting his invitation as a sign of vulnerability and therefore have renewed energy to lay claim on Rivers State as Igbo land. If you review some posts here in the past two weeks you see evidence of that. The blind leading the blind! |
Phuck the crap about SNG protesting to make GEJ President. Their protests did not acheive 1% of the actions Dora Akunyi single-handedly executed.so why are your leaders in SS gathering in Okenne to pay homage and appeal for West's support of Gej? They admitted what you have no courage to publicly admit. . . . . if it wasnt for West Gej will not be in that seat today! |
The way that was handled where it became a political tool where it became Dokpesi IBB and later henry Okah next thing Dokpesi joined Jonathans campaignprecisely! Gej is sitting on the Presidency as a billboard and not as a stalwart of government. The message he carries is that Nigeria's glory is in oil and if you take that oil away then Nigeria falls. So the voices of Ijaws is congregated in his Presidency. . . . they dont care if he is successful or not, their belief is that if we endured the misgivings from a President whose homeland did not produce oil, then how can we be intolerant of one who hails from the oil producing creeks. Hence they swore by their politics and their bombs to die for him against what they wrongly perceive as enemy action to kick him out. The best case scenario for them is one in which Nigeria dissintegrates and thereby freeing them to use oil to solicit international alliance to their side and cause. Their confidence is motivated in that possible outcome. Therefore since boko is not a threat to oil, they see no justification in curtailing its influence. Gej observes a wait and see attitude and he wants rest of Nigeria to do same as typified in his remark of "it will fizzle out"! However, they are determined to cut off and curtail anyone perceived as threat to the oil interest. . . . hence the deployment of army to Lagos and not to Kano, even though there is no violence or carnage in Lagos. |
Why you people tell lies is a mystery! When you concoct your wild MEND stories, you effectively forget that GEJ's only house was blown up by MEND in 2007, leaving him to scurry around for a place to bury his dad who died shortly after. Yet, he is in cohorts with MEND?Many of the victims of the recent boko outlash in Kano were Hausas serving in different capacity of community policing and law enforcement. So far about two or three governors in North have been attacked by boko and many more are on alert. Judging by your response I guess it can be said that boko is not supported by the Northerners, since the same people fall victim to boko terror. If Gej's house was burnt in 2007 then that absolves him of any charge of tacit support for MEND in 2010 and beyond. If Hausa people are loosing lives and their states is being turned to warzone, then we should not demand that they speak up against boko because they are on the receiving end of boko madness. Is that correct? I disagree with your reasoning. |
One thing GEJ can do is to come out, write all traditional rulers, past Northern rulers and policymakers from that side to within 30 days issue a press statement denouncing Boko Haram. Let us have the Northern Governors Forum, Traditional Rulers, Arewa etc issue joint statements and even live conferences denouncing Boko Haram.Good perspective on many of the things you said. On the above, that will never happen! I say this because you cannot treat these issues in isolation of the other. . . .they are all a dynamics! Consider for instance Gej's response and tolerance for the October 1st bombing. He defended, instead of dismissing MEND, after they claimed ownership of the carnage. Then also consider that Zakari Biu, the man accused of ennabling Kabiru Sokoto's escape, lost his son to this carnage funded and executed by MEND. So if MEND enjoys a silent approval from the President, how can you expect the Northern elites to come out and with one voice dismiss and discredit boko? So Gej, whatever headache he is having over boko, is a co-contributor to the general break down of law and order in the country, not that he sleeps with boko. . . . but the fact that he is in bed with MEND. When he dissociates and condemn MEND, per chance the Northerner can be persuaded to do same with boko. |
The Ibo traditional religion, whatever it is called, forbid abnormal births in their society. What do they call abnormal births? A child born with a humpback is abnormal, twin birth is abnormal, a child that comes out feet first through the birth canal is abnormal, a child born with color discoloration is considered a leper and therefore abnormal. There are many moretypes to list in this category. They call these children abomination and shame of their socio-cultural society and must not live amongst normal birthed society. Any child born with a deformity is therefore killed at birth or in infancy and the body dumped (not buried) in the forest. The ibo culture is a highly segregational one where the conditions of birth is a social stigma that remains with the individual for the rest of their life, assuming they are allowed to live. The arrival of the white man on their land brought christianity, teaching them that GOD loves all His children no matter the condition they bring into life. Today in iboland, christianity has not succeeded in wiping away their segregation customs. In other cultures like the Yorubas, conditions of birth are a special endowments and the child born with deformity is not in anyway treated differently than normal births. The Yoruba cosmological awareness is highly evolved and accomodating. In Hausa culture, Allah gives and Allah takes is their motto; they accept whatever he has given to them in a child with no sense of discrimination. In iboland, a freeborn christian is above superior and above social class of an osu christian. The two are not to intermarry, join in business partnership, live in same household, raise children together. . . .I wonder if they are even allowed to sit on the same pew when they go into Church for worship. The non-acceptance of the ibo brand in the Nigerian political circle is a direct karma repercussion for his non-acceptance of God's children in their land. To become a full fledged member of the Nigerian polity. . . .you have first to accept all ibos regardless of their bith condition and treat them equally. You should look at the Yoruba example, it;s a lot to learn from them and change in your ways and practice of faith and God-worship. |
Can't GEJ convene a meeting of all the emirs in the north while warning them that the next bomb that goes off in your territory will automatically depose you as an emir.I bet you no emir will allow any bomb go off after this warning.thats going from frying pan to fire when he starts fiddling with their cultural institutions. |
NA u own coastal regions of west Africa? Why are so concerenedoh yeah!. . . .all the way to Togo and then some more further up. |
the state of the nation is comatose at the moment, even the ROchas, Fashola and Amechi that we are use to hear good news from have somehow being relegated to the background, probably because the rate those bomb are going off all over the place is beyond comprehension.many people have responded and said they believe 2 - the boko arm of govt - will end up installing itself as the de facto ruler, pushing Gej to irrelevance and then allying itself with 3 - the money laundry arm of govt - to perpetrate more fraud and deepen corruption, or. . . . .to help finance a dissolution of the country. Someone, I was paying attention to worm and forgot who it was, . . .said the community police is getting blown to shreds by boko and the top heirarchy from where their command is issued is sleeping with boko. mehn. . what a great observation! As it is in police command, so it is in army command! Not to tribalize this issue, but I seriously believe that neither the police nor the army can win this war against boko for Gej. He needs a different strategy and here is my contribution to that effect. As CiC, he is not just the voice of command for men and women in uniform, but also has command over all those who have worn the uniform in the past and are currently drawing pension or some retirement stipend from the FG. Gej need to solicit help from past military leaders. He should pick top 5 uniformed officers in retirement from each interest group and bring them for brainstorrming session with current serving military top heirarchy. He is lucky some of them have sat in the position he currently occupy. Give them charge to come up with short term, mid term and long term solution proposals to tackle and resolve the problem. He can use their proposals to then effect an execution plan on the ground, strategically and tactically. |
Yes too mush grammar but i loved it.Chick im feeling you! forget Gbawe, he's too busy preaching politics. ![]() so,. . . is that worm? ![]() |
As i said!!if not Britain and Russia,by now all of you mgbatis and abokis go dey carry pass with your ugly pix on it 24/7 [quoteI dont know anyone, beside politically backward Eastern pygmies, that goes to war without important allies. You did not loose the war because Britain was involved. . . you lost it because you are politically inept and since your history never had any war you were as at 1967 yet to understand how wars are fought. Let's hope you do now and are open to ally before picking up guns. |
Adegule and obj those are foot unfit soldiers, what do they no?can any of your people manufacture a common spear/arrow bloody ingrate look without Britain and Russia by now all of una for deh carry pass, to enter BIAFRALAND to find work idiooottif it was British and Russia that broke the balance, why then are your brothers carrying placard in London begging Britain to intervene in Nigeria and stop genocide? Why go beg the same people that you claim helped your so called genocide last time? Ibos are politically inept! |
BTW,hahahaha. . . .I have been honorably invited by my friend nchara to come in and beat pygmies on their Igbos. The onitsha land was allocated to them by FG, not the state govt. so shut up! |
I see! What was the thinking behind OBJ reconfiguring the distribution as you outlined? Not to discount what you say as the lead in to the current status of inaction by our military, but we have a military that is highly staffed by the male gender. The male ego, naturally is to be independent and self-leading. This tendency is tamed while undergoing cadet training so they come out redefined into team and organization or, . . corporate thinking, weaned of the of the individual and egotistical leanings. They have an heirarchy, so to speak! We should be proactive in our security response. . . thats the purpose of intelligence. To anticipate, analyze and pinpoint threats and respond rapidly to kill it before it becomes a issue. So far thats has not been our style. . .we react, instead of forecast. The military should have different contingencies for different scenarios. When called out the tactic to be deployed must be appropriate for the situation on the ground. You cannot go with riot fighting preparation to face a terro insurgency. So there is strategy, there is tactics, both working hand in hand as a team to suppress threat. Then there is morale! The message from top must be concise and unambigous, it must be supportive, consistent, and reinforcing. Even when it seems the army is being outmanuevered, the message sent out must first consider the effect on their morale and edited as necessarry to safeguard that first principle. They have not had that. Commands from top has been distracting and confusing. . . .when they go on assault and the locality is impacted in any small way the soldiers are withdrawn in response to the sentiments in the locality. Part of the terror contingency should plans for evacuating aa locallity caught in a face off fight. So in addition to many missing parts of the total framework for sa solid and reassuring sec urity, one the citizen can have trust in. . . .we have a lot to do. This army cannot fight boko because even within their ranks in the field, orders and commands are muddled and diverted to create confusion. A movement in the night is already communicated to boko and they are there on location first leading to ambush of the army personneelll. How does that happen an? |
. . . . nchara, the more reason your eze up there need to zip it! There is time to be brave and theres time to be wise and reclusive. This time calls for rescue and evacuation out. . . after he deliver mama ngozi and her pikin reach village, then he fit go back up there and open hin yansh for harmattan air and address boko. |
I have defended the position of Obatala before and I will do it again if need be. . . not timid in my beliefs! I am saying these people practiced Ifa. Have you read anythink on Kaballah yet? The image and popularity of Ifa has suffered greatly because a new world order overtook it in which literature and written records are given precedence of authenticity above the virtue of oral tradition. If Ifa had been a written literature like the other manuscripts, we should not even be here talking about this issue. It would be taught in schools and colleges and would be the foremost African theosophical tablet, rivaling the Bible, Quran, Torah. You, ndu_chuks would be chanting Eji Ogbe, instead of la ila illa llahu! You rascal! If you want to know my view on Yoruba origins go to culture section and read on it. |
”In this light, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Kano is convinced that there is a planned JIHAD on non-natives in Kano, particularly, the Igbos. Security report reaching us indicates that there is a serious plot by the Islamic terrorist group to invade Sabon Gari Kano, an enclave pre-dominantly dominated by the Igbos.Onlytruth or Eze or whatever you call yourself these days. This ya countryman for up north is running his mouth too dayam much. If boko no think about you before now he don give them reason to come after ibos. One of you warriors wey sabi kidnap persin need to travel up there and kidnap his a s s to shut him up. All this nonsense he dey talk about noko coming after ibo is unecessary in public. he need to say it in a leadership meeting with other ibos and make evacuation preparation behind closed doors so enemy dis not aware when you begin leave, |
Great concept but I'm afraid however that it sounds like the core of Confucianism. The Ifa worshipers wearing asho oke and danshiki in the video are posted do not seem capable of grasping the concepts you've provided above. I challenge you to transalate your first two sentences above to Yoruba:In the Quran, God advises Muhammad (saws) about the "People of the books". Who are these people? They are the Jews, the Christians, the Muslims and the Sabeans. Who are the Sabeans? They are two groups. 1) the followers of John the Baptist (Zaccharia or Zakariyya). They have a scripture which is the Gospel. These people remained in Babylon ( modern day Iraq) and some are still there till today. 2) the followers of the faith of Abraham - the Hannifas! They have a manuscript of nature but no name is given for the scrolls. They were in Yemen and is said that they spread around due to some wars but a few exist today in the Arabian Peninsula. Heretics from the two kingdoms of Egypt and Babylon had corrupted their religious practice in some age period that they went into idol worshiping. When Muhammed was preaching Islam he had to fight them in Mecca, Yemen, Abbyssinia and the muslims even fought them in Jerusalem, though this may have been after the death of the Prophet. When you look at Ifa, its literature and its rituals. . . it parallels in style and form the other books. The priest garments in Ifa and even Ogboni are exact mirror of the specifications in the chapter of Exodus in the Bible. I have seen Yoruba artificats depicting sacred arts and in which you can clearly see a touch of Old testament. . . .with rituals, offerings, worship and including the staff of authority held by the priest. Now, as far as translation. Yoruba is a tonal language. The cosmos has sounds and rythyms. The Yoruba tongue flow in synch with our cosmic awareness. Therefore, I cannot translate sounds of a rythymic wave into the flat, toneless, and vowel limited English language in a way that you can grasp the full sacredness of the meaning. Our forefathers also faced this limitation and explains why in their wisdom they left it unwritten and preferred instead to transfer and teachthe knowledge in its original tonal soundwave and poetry. |
A solicitation address for media support. He mentioned media in four out of five paragraphs. Weak address! No resolve!! Promising to apply the full extent of the law of the land. Is it the law of the land to give bail to bokoharam and release them to go free? Is it the law to let a convict escape? Is it the law to compensate the father in law of a sworn enemy who died killing others? fvck Gej!! |
Every incident is an opportunity for Igbo man to make money. Sickening!. . .lol, and if they cant do it by crook, they will do it by sin. if you dont give it voluntarily they will snatch it by force with gun to the head or machette to the neck. oops. , did I say that? poorjudgement, sorry! |
_Chucks, Ifa corpus is what we call "manuscript of nature". What is that? Mankind is created into two separate but inter-dependent abodes - the conscious and the unconscious. The two together converge to complete our divinity. Innately, our faculties of physical and mental attributes are in a chase or a race against spatial and finite dimensions - distance, time, space and so on. But our spirit is seeking a reunion with its primordial source and is reluctant often times to be led along in the chase in material space. The struggle between the two results in an inner conflict. The conflicts build up with age and produces imbalance in the divine self - the stage where the two are divergent. The wider the gap the greater the imbalance and the less health the individual has. To narrow the gap . . . to minimize the conflict, the inner struggle and discontent. . and restore balance and health. . . .we need a manuscript/ Ifa is that manuscript! In its Odus, there are instructions, guidance, teachings, revelations on the essence of polarity, duality and triplicity. From one, you get two. . .from two, you get three. An independent, self-subsisting and self-sustaining self soon realizes that he is indeed not capable of self-regeneration. So he goes into finding a second dimension. . . a partner with whom to accomplish this purpose. He then realizes that the partnership demands a new set of discipline than he was familiar with - sacrifice, patience, strengths and weakness, trust and so on. So he learns patience, sacrifice, learns to trust. Then his new understanding and wisdom begin to yield fruit. . . there is growth, there is joy, there is healing, there is happiness, there is propserity. The one is not good by itself, in partnership is a great goodness. . .but even more, the partnership is a regeneration of the two into abundance and prosperity. This is Ifa wisdom. But compare that with the Adam and Eve event in Genesis. Adam by himself was helpless and so he was given a mate and the two interacting with one another encored in a fruitful transformation. This lesson is applicable in business, its applicable in matrimony, its applivable at the job. It teaches the wisdom of balance. . . healing, and we find it in Ifa manuscript. The world needs it to heal! |
Eze, i dont think you support your brothers remaining up there for anything. You are one of the few that always say they return home. But there are stuppud ones like Cheeze or Chyz, whatever his name is, and Nchara that have something to prove to boko. Gej already said his govt is infiltrated and he also warned that you dont create a refugee situation. I want to see how your states will manage the return of 3million people. . . just from one out of about 6 or 7 core northern states. . .you multiply that by 3million by 6, and you will see how quick your scarce resources is overwhelmed. Do us a favor here in Yorubaland. . . .we are looking for ways to deport your refugees here already, no more pygmied Igbo. We will do height and head inspections. . . ![]() Dont mind me. . .i shouldnt say that, thats poor judgement! |
its a bad thing boko went for security facilities and personnel yesterday but it would even have been worse had they targeted ibos in Kano with all that powerful ammo. Thank God, you have a chance to run away before they come back for your blood. But if you still believe in your bravery and die there, your memory will not be lost. We will erect a tombstone that says "A brave ibo warrior fought and was killed by boko, herein lies his body". |
Im coming in right behind u Rhino. You are not tribalistic. . . you are only reminding them of their commitment to stay and fight it out as brave warriors. Tsiya, I saw what you wrote. . . great insight! Ohaneze told them to stay put and their governors told them to stay put, . . and guess what, the dummies stayed put! As much damage that boko has already done in different parts of north, ibos should all have relocated home to safety be the least population count in the north by noow. Instead, they outnumber even the son of the soil. shame!! |
Thnx Russell! You are correct on that statement bout military. So why, . . . what's stopping their quick action? |
Gbawe, Good! Boko, yesterday in Kano, put up a shock and awe exhibition of what its capable of executing on the ground and in an urban sprawl. It did not spare any class of neighbourhood, it attacked facility in the poor neighborhood, working class neighborhood and GRA neighborhood. It was a show and tell moment to parade its stealth, scalability and dare for all to see and scuttle back into our protective shells. It worked! Going on 16hrs now and the govt is yet to find its voice and speak. I called last night to follow up and get updates on OPC meeting and learnt shockingly that Gej was shipped out of Abuja yesterday, soon after the Kano incident. It is rumored that boko is in town and surveilling. Can you believe that shyt? I dont know but I guess they are putting mossad or whoever foreigner they have on security contract on the street to sweep and lock down the perimeter first before they return him. This is fvcking crazy!! I cant believe it!!! boko will paralyze this govt sufficiently enough that Gej will start to rule his regime far away from Abuja. . . thereby creating a vacuum and a splinter govt. One in Abuja, the other in the creek. President needs a recovery plan. . . . fast forward mode |
