Shagari's government successfully laid the solid foundation of corruption and/or looting of public funds in Nigeria. Subsequent governments just built on the foudation and the house(corruption) is standing strong today and going from strength to strength. I don't blame him though, i only blame Obasanjo who helped him rig the election and influence and manipulated court decisions. Awolowo is the best president Nigeria never had.

I'm very interested in this issue. Every school has 2 list of schools they admit and don't admit their students. There is the green list(the ones they admit) and the black list(the ones they can never admit). The above listed schools( including LASU) have a poor reputation due to their history of cultism, bribery and poor academic standards and of course are in the black list of schools with high standards. As far as I know, schools like OAU, UI, UNIOSUN, FUTA etc can never admitted products of those schools, except in some rare cases(if you know somebody that knows somebody). Even lecturers discriminate their fellow lecturers that graduated from such schools. If you happen to have a certificate from a blacklisted school, even if you score 200%, they won't consider you for admission just as the deen as said. I feel for your brother but pls find out about a school's reputation before applying because it not only affect admission process but also scholarships and job offer after graduation.

I studied engineering and I did engineering drawing while in school, but I do use Handkerchief when drawing. Once you know how to manage it you won't have any problem. I know a guy that studied elect/elect he sweat on his palms and he is very intelligent.

using handkerchiefs or hand gloves are the only remedies i know of.
