i asked cos a friend of mine had wahala with his 'head hr' and the guy(my friend) kept trying to prove he was in the clear, and the whole thing was drawing out. . .in the end once he just apologised the whole thing went away, my point is sometimes it might be best to shut up and say sorry even if you know he has no reason, but of course knowing when to shut up is the critical thing, cos there are times when u need to stand up to them.

Hey peeps, can someone give me tips on how to deal/manage a vindictive boss?
I have a situation on my hands, my boss is trying to punish me for NO just cause ! I haveworked with him for 10months straight and we didnt have issues, suddenly 2 weeks ago he started picking offence at the slight errors i make at work (even when it is not an error).
What does he want?, He is not my immediate boss as i report directly to the Head Admin but by virtue of the fact that he is the Senior Manager aside from d MD.
I got this job Feb this year, and i was thinking i should stay longer than over a year before i move on, but now am itching to change my employer.
What can i do?

on friday i realised why i'm in this game(too much rap music. . .forgive me)

we went to the 132kV transmission station in minna, i was just tagging along cos i wanted to go to the bank(the nearest atm/bank from where i work/live is more than 50km) two departments EMD and PC&M

a circuit breaker wasn't responding, it was crazy difficult but in the end the breaker was restored. It was exhilarating, cos u were on your A-game at least a couple of pple would be able to sleep with light.

i was ranting about how women always say its not possible to maintain a good figure when they get old. . .

yes u can use any OS cd to get into recovery console, i cant rem which command u use in recovery console fixboot or bootcfg one of them'll let u create a new boot.ini file, just use help, and dont forget to enable fastdetect
