No sensible country in the world places its critical infrastructure that has ramifications to affect banking, telecoms, national security and data in the hands of one entity, not to talk of a foreign entity like MTN.

Orji kalu wasn't appointed as the SEDC chairman, he was appointed as head of the senate committee to oversee the SEDC. the senate has many oversight committees to oversee govt ministries and commissions as part of carrying out their senate duties to monitor budget compliance and kalu was only made a chairman of the senate committee that will oversee the SEDC. the SEDC Still has its own chairman who is not a senate member and whose job is to handle the day to day running of the SEDC.

This is Ogun celebration & not ekimogun day. They are 2 different events. No one sprays anyone with blue dye & powder during ekimogun day.

Oga no one will sue you for sacking a newly employed staff after one week in the developed world. In the developed world, there is a probation period of 3-6 months where you are allowed to terminate a newly employed staff for mistakes made. Its after 6 months that it becomes difficult because the staff is now a confirmed staff.

So coming 2 work late twice within one week is a valid reason to sack a staff still on probation even in the developed world!

No jokes 2 euros for 100gb was subscribed on new line that I was given by the host partners in Paris. I confirmed and was mindful of this fact because it became part of the main consideration during the business discussion about a project whose franchise was deployed easily as-is via the internet in France (and Europe generally) because data was cheap. However, the franchisee segment of the business couldn’t be deployed as-is in Nigeria because data was quite expensive, and would prove onerous to potential franchisees.

An additional issue was the electricity supply that would also increase operating costs. Only the online aspect of the business was eventually deployed (imagine!!!).

That is why my statement was clear about the last time I personally took note (2019). However, with rising energy cost now in Europe, the rates may have changed but the difference will still be clear even if it is a 100% increase or more, else all their tv viewership which typically runs on internet streaming would be worst hit.

The bottom line is that data is very expensive in Nigeria, and some of the government officials (NCC) have repeatedly tried to address it.

Bros I av been living in an EU country since 2014 and never since that time was 100gb sold for 2€. I happen to even use one of d cheapest sims in my country and its 9.99€ for 10gb per month. So this your story of 2€ for 100gb in 2019 does not gel for me honestly

We are being ripped off, although lack of adequate electricity supply is the major excuse for that, especially now that diesel costs have blown the roof.

Kindly check the dates on your flights itenary , Hotels and or accomodation as well as the entry and exits date on the visa application correlate.


If you re given number 8 please its really easy, don't stress yourself at all as there is just a mistake on the form/documents somewhere.

The rule on schenghen visas to d best of my knowledge is that u most ist fly into the country that issued it. After it is stamped in that country's point of entrance, u can then move around in d schenghen region without further visa checks for max 90 days.

So with a polish student visa (note:student visas ain't schenghen visas but national visas, schenghen visas are restricted to visiting visas), you will ist need to fly into Poland for it to be stamped by their immigrations at point of entry.

You can actually take a flight that has a stop over in Germany or any other country for that matter where u come out and change flights enroute to Poland, but u won't be allowed to come out to general visa check area and your movement within the airport will be restricted to transit areas.
