Ekez:Ondo has always been an oil producing state even before the advent of democracy in Nigeria. The south senatorial district of ondo is oil producing and ondo was the ist state to start an oil producing area commission called osopadec during agagu era. It was osopadec obj saw and replicated on national level to start nddc |
There is just one solution to this dichotomy problem and our fg is so backward thinking that they can't generate the balls to do it. The solution simply lies in converting all the polytechnics to university of applied sciences. That was what German did to solve that problem when they had this same issue. Same with the uk whose educational model we copied to create polytechnics in d ist place. Anglia Ruskin university was formerly Anglia Ruskin polytechnic. They should turn them all to uni of applied sciences running 4 years degree programs equipping students with effective practical skills for the world of work with an industry focused syllabus. That's what all forward thinking countries av done to move away from polytechnics. In Germany, HND from Nigeria only qualifies you for bsc admission to start year 1 so y are we still holding on to this vestige of the past |
perambulator:Obviously English and comprehension is your problem. Pele ti e |
perambulator:You are the one acting like an illiterate now na. It is d job of d govt to provide d spectrum and regulatory framework for it before selling the licence to roll it out to telcos. Uk govt negotiated directly with huawei and gave them d contract to roll out d spectrum pre-covid. Telcos won't just come from no where to start 5g without d govt not ist laying d ground work in terms of laws framework and regulations |
Northernblood3:It is d job of d govt to deploy d spectrum for it before selling d licence to network providers. |
Please how can one book an interview appointment at the embassy. The number on the embassy site isn't being picked and my cousin was told by someone she would av to pay 120k to get an interview slot by some Nigerians she met at d embassy when she went for certification |
blessednendowed:OK thanks for this info |
blessednendowed:Ok thanks. I'm paying her tuition on monday directly from here. I was just hoping that a German issued sponsor letter will cover her with the polish embassy in Nigeria. Thanks |
blessednendowed:Thanks for your response. But it didn't fit my case bcus I'm living in Germany and trying to be her sponsor. So in this case plz do u have an idea what to do? |
Please I'm trying to process the polish student visa for a cousin and my question is about the account to show proof of finances. How can it be done. Is the bank supposed to be a bank in Poland or a statement of acct from a Nigerian bank? |
SouthSouth1914:What you called the racist drum is the sad reality of blacks in the us of a. It is a scenario that has been replayed over and over in similar situations with this white woman who we can say was having a health related emotional meltdown. In those cases where they were black they ended up being shot not with tasers but with guns and I can give u specific examples if you want. So I can place a wager on it that this woman escape not cus her life was respected but cus she was white and I can assure u I will be 70% right |
SouthSouth1914:She should just be glad she wasn't black cus she would 70% be in the morgue by now |
PlaysNigeria:Not everyone. I for one don't love Nike sneakers cus it doesn't expand like other brand and have a very tight uncomfy feel. I'm a natural size 45 but the nike 45 and 46 that I have I could only wear them for few times as they are very uncomfy and tight. After few minutes of wearing, my feets are already screaming. Maybe Nike wants me to go for 47 which is scarce even on their website. Puma is it for me bill, comfy airy and soft padded. |
booscy:Bros walahi ororo too dey your head. I have said it before to someone, this was a perfectly planned coup. The BBC report said only 5 soilders died in the battle while about 200 rebels were killed with about 350 arrested. So out of the 5 army personnel that died It was just so convinient that d president of a whole country was one of them. The haste with which d son abolished the constitution , dismantled the parliament and took over power sef points to it as a perfectly planned insider coup. They only used the rebel attack as cover to deflect attention from them ni so as to avoid international uproar |
Yes I have. During nysc posting in IMO state. Lost a posting at the state ministry of health to another guy who studied the same course as me because he was Igbo and I was not. We even both had to see the commissioner and what played out in front of me was surreal. But losing that posting was a blessing in disguise. Ended up serving in a sec school teaching biology and that was where I met my helper another wonderful Igbo woman who catapulted me to where I am today with a loan of 1m back in 2014. I pray for that woman everyday and on my next trip home I'm going to travel all d way to owerri to surprise that angelic woman |
Kriss216:Nigeria is not on d state sponsor of terrorism list. A simple Google search will enlighten u on that!! |
Wrong headline. It didn't get missing from caf headquarters but the Egyptian FA HQ. Egypt already got to keep the trophy after winning it for 3 times so it was no longer with caf but the Egypt FA |
StillWiz:This letter is fake. All you need is a simple Google search to inform your that Nigeria has never been on the list of state sponsor of terrorism and Nigeria is not presently on the list of state sponsor of terrorism. Educate yourself instead of jumping on the bandwagon to paint your country with a bad brush |
Sammy07:The projects were not abandoned by agagu but mimiko. The project and many other ones in d south senatorial district were actually started by agagu using proceeds from oil revenue via the osopadec office. Mimiko came in and stopped them all and for d 8 years he spent in office, all money to osopadec were diverted and "choplated" |
Caseless:Nope it was abandoned for 8 years by mimiko to punish the south senatorial district for not voting for him. This and many other projects started by agagu in the south senatorial district were abandoned by mimiko. Other projects abandoned include but not limited to the olokola free trade zone where dangote was supposed to initially site his refinery but he moved it to Lagos because the govnor refused to show interest, d construction of motorable road to link the riverine communities to igbokoda; this project was left d way agagu left it. D 8 years rule of mimiko was 8 years of suffering for d south senatorial district The south senatorial district all the way from ore to ilaje did not have electricity thru out d 8 years of mimiko's reign as in d light didn't blink once. |
ValCon888:Your hypocrisy carry A1. So the people who have been congregating in banks in Lagos since Monday with no regards for social distancing rules are all northerners? Its only when its northerners, we southerners begin to form educated and enlightened |
Sonnobax15:Plz which palliatives did European nations provide to their citizens? |
SultanOfAbia:If you had taken time to read before allowing your tribal instincts to take over you, you will see where he mentioned Virology Laboratory of Alex Ekwueme Federal Teaching Hospital Abakaliki, Ebonyi State or Ebonyi state is no longer in the east? |
RandomVic:Stop spreading misinformation. No country shut schools since day 1. Germany only shut schools this week after over 7000 cases, France also shut this week, Denmark only just shut schools last week. Most countries had over 1000 cases before schools were shut. And I know cus I live in a city where there is over 100 cases and schools were only just shut down on Monday. |
We lack Basic ist aid skills in Nigeria. People who tried to help him contributed to his death by crowding round him and suffocating him with heat. The way they crowded round him will make it difficult for him to get enough air. Plus d guy with d hand on his chest should have been pumping his heart while giving mouth to mouth to make sure his airways were opened while trying to resuscitate his heart. That's basic CPR before the ambulance arrives. Now I understand why other advanced countries make it compulsory to take a ist aid course before you can be issued a drivers licence. We really have a long way to go in Nigeria |
Davash222:As much as I'm not saying the army is 100% truthful in their war against boko haram, yes it is against laws guiding wars and international conventions to show photos or videos of slain opponents in wars. It is also a war crime to torture captured enemies and can be taken up by the ICC in Hague. So you might not see pictures from the army to back up their claims cus its against international laws. They can only show pics and videos of camps and buildings and cars destroyed not the actual people killed. But as our Nigerian army no dey obey laws, we might see some pictures |
OgunLaakaye:The people killing rohingya Muslims in Myanmar are Christians right? D people also persecuting muslims , Christians and other minority religions in India are also Muslims and Christians abi? D communist in China trying to forcefully brain wash Muslims and change d bible and quaran and other books that don't agree with them are also Christians and muslims too right? Be objective and widen your horizon before commenting on religious topics just to win likes. Religion intolerance have been orchestrated by all religion known to man since d beginning of time. Christians and Muslims just get d noise cus dey have larger followers ni. Most countries in south east Asia belong to other religions and have continued to persecute those who do not belong to their Hindu, Buddhist or other religions. |
tillaman:Guess you don't know many of them then. I have met some of them who were poor severally even taxi drivers and artisans in my town while growing up. You know them by their stickers they put on their cars and doors. |
"He said, “On Sunday, July 26, 2015, I stepped into my bedroom soon after our brunch to find that my phone was ringing. It was my mother-in-law, Mrs. Beatrice Agama, who was staying with Diezani while she was undertaking treatment. She was sobbing and only managed to inform me that my wife was no longer talking. “I was in London by 5.30am the following day, Monday, and went straight to see her. Diezani was in a coma. I called an ambulance that arrived 20 minutes later, the attendants bearing a stretcher. They had to get a wheelchair since the lift could not take the stretcher. “In less than 10 minutes, we were at the emergency intensive care unit of the Harley Street Clinic. Her doctor, Prof. Paul Ellis, a top oncologist, was out of town and had to be recalled." Please who else found this part of this story fishy and a lie. So your wife went into a coma on Sunday and instead of the emergency no being called in d UK, they called u in Nigeria. Then u had to fly on Monday on a 6 hour flight and it was after u arrived that u called d ambulance. So she was in a coma for close to 24 hours at d least before medical help came and she was not already dead by then. Biko tell that to people who don't understand how medical coma works. Except their is a part here that I'm missing, this story is a lie told badly |
Oshigun:Biko remove ajimobi from the list of refined tools and omoluabis. Or is he not d same constituted authority that u and I know? |
Brandstudio01:I need a logo |
daroz:Even me didn't get it on time due to the bad use of words. I first thought he meant they can drive during the day when that's d time they should be sensibly off the roads until I read and reread to get the full gist of it |
everyone love Nike Sneakers
