A Blog reader who lives in Benin sent in the pics. Says they, residence of Market Road in Ekosodin, Benin City, woke up this morning July 2nd to find several snakes bunched up and tangled in the electric wires in the street.
"We have been confused and keep on wondering just how they got there. We eventually looked for a way to get rid of them by removing them and using the electric power to burn them. We don't know the means by which they got there o, whether its through spiritual means, we are still wondering. May God help us" He said

vicchi12: I know, and I do have some knowledge. Maybe I just don't trust Nigerians when it comes to herbs. Herbs are drugs and should be used in different experiments before usage, but a lot of Nigerians do otherwise, as a result, a lot of ppl die! .... Can't say more

kayjegs: @OP...I think Anienge001 has given you the best advice and tip. Just go on with implementation. With persistence, you are sure to make it.

anienge001: As I said, I am still working out a model for this business for someone to manage. I strongly believe in growing bigger from little. So, I think starting with delivery service for the grill may require more staff and resources(mobility). Start your juice service, both sit-out and take away. Then do same for the grill. You may want to start with 2-4 tables. As people get used to your services and are convinced of your products they can place orders, by that time you tell them you can deliver to them at extra price.
Others may have different views, that is why we are all different. Good luck!!

anienge001: When it comes to this business, the factors you should consider are; location, budget and target clienteles. If the setting is classic and clean with good/hygienic services, you will surely have high ROI. Fresh juice is becoming the 'in-thing' now. So get the equipment and power to process them and you will fine client flocking to your shop/kiosk. With the grill, it means it will be a sit-out? Good luck bro. I am still working on a model for same business. I will let you other ideas as I verify their workability.

Geniro: What about someone going into a restaurant and bar business .Hope they wont classify the bar as liquor business which may lead to a bad score rating

blink182: any amount above your production cost and salaries results in profitability.

If your monthly cost is 50k, 51k puts you in profitability of 1k. Solving the maths is a bit complex but this is basically it.

I hope you know how to sum your production cost.
