shanda: Hello Guys,
I really need advice on the kind of business i can invest in and get about 2k to 3k daily returns. Any good idea will be appreciated.
Thanks It depends on how much you have to invest. If u have up to 450k,I can suggest a business 4 u dat will generate 2k daily, but the idea is for Abeokuta and its environ. |

Assuming u already have a shop and generator. You'll still need little capital above 50k. Say, 75k to 90k. Fact! |

Tochium: Hello everyone,
Nice work you are doing here. I intend to apply to Memorial University for september 2014 admission. My worries are, i do not know the procedures at the Canadian Embassy and documents needed. Again, I am 25 years old will be 26 by May next year, would my age be a RED FLAG at Canadian Embassy because i'm opting for undergraduate studies? There is no age restriction in finding knowledge. No Red flag as long as u are able to give good account of your last time of study till now. Tip: You can butress ur point with a Statement of Purpose. All the best Man. |

Pls.Bro make 9ja proud in CA and look back to applying ur experience n contributing ur own quota as pay back to 9ja. Ciao |

StarFlux: Yes. It's not uncommon for people even in their 40s to be studying. Age is irrelevant.
The only problem with undergraduate programmes is that most of them are in Norwegian, but that's not a problem if you apply for a school that offers the 1-year course for you to qualify. Thx a million. Grazie. |
Travel › Re: Nigerians In Oslo, Norway by newacca: 6:44pm On Nov 02, 2013 |
StarFlux: Thanks!
Because a student visa is not a permanent residence permit, it's temporary. The chances are pretty good if you bother to learn the language and finish with a decent result (a more advanced type of job). For just working in grocery stores and so on, you have good chances from the beginning. You can also apply for a 6 month visa renewal after your studies to apply for jobs.
As for your other question. "If you are outside Norway you hand in your application at a Norwegian embassy or consulate in your home country or the country where you have held a residence permit for the last six months. In some countries you will hand in the application at the Swedish or Danish embassy instead" http://www.udi.no/Norwegian-Directorate-of-Immigration/Central-topics/Studies/How-do-I-apply-for-a-residence-permit-for-students/
So if you've been there for 6+ months, then you can, otherwise it needs to be done in Nigeria. Do I stand a chance getting visa for undergraduate prog. at age above 30? |

newmusic: Newacca I was denied the canada visa so I decided to take a break, but now want to start the germany stuff, goethe is far from me so I saw edulangue contact on twitter, they said they are in GRA, Magodo, which is closer to me than island... Just not sure if the embassy will accept that.
How far your Canada stuff? And ur wife's europe app, can't remember the country though... Oh sorry abt d canada refusal,it is only a delay. I'm also having a delay on my Canada stuff. My wife has finished her foundatn course in Italy n she's in 9ja at d moment. Germany is also a fine option. |

StarFlux: That's okay Listing it here just in case.
1. Certified passport copy 2. Gained admission 3. Funds 4. Guaranteed accommodation (this is nearly always guaranteed) 5. You have to leave Norway when your visa expires
I might make a dedicated thread for this topic. There's so much information, and I tend to forget to mention a thing or two from time to time (but I assume people do their own research as well), but it would be more tidy if I made a thread with links and info.
Glad to hear that. Crossed fingers! Thanks so much for furnishing us with vital information on this thread. |

Ernestmm: starflux.. please are there any documents required before visa can be granted to Norway? also, the N2.5 million, would I pay that after visa has been granted to me or that is a pre requisite for the visa to be granted? to what account do I pay this money to? I think it's part of pre-requisite for visa. |

classyjummy: Hi please I need help am planning on going to a fashion school in milan, is milan safe and how is living there like the experiences in italy and the procedure to get the visa I have never been to Italy, but my wife had been there and she studied in Fashion in Florence. I know Milano is a big, lively metropolitan city that has the creme de la creme of Italian wealthy people. Studying fashion in Milano? It is ok. but I heard it is expensive being a big city. Let's start with admission. how many schools have you applied to and how many have given you admission? |
