Do u know how many brilliant guys out there that drop out of school every year due to lack of funds to complete their education? So those ones are not smart or have good grades in their SSCE? Agreed, that our educational standards have generally declined, however, the graduates from the Polytechnics are not any better. Again, most of the best graduating students from the best secondary schools in Nigeria, end up in the universities. Do you have a contrary view about this fact?

HND and Bsc are not on the same. The university is the haven for the smartest and most intelligent minds. This policy is just to favour some section of the country who are predominantly HND holders.
