To lump them all together in one category (MUSLIM COUNTRIES) makes no sense whatsoever in the first instance. But based on the way countries of the world are categorized; any countries with more than 50% Muslim population is categorized as MUSLIM COUNTRIES while other are simply called non-Muslims Countries.

The following Countries of the world: Indonesia, Jordan, Morocco, Algeria, Brunei, Djibouti, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Mauritania, Turkey, Comoros, The Gambia, Kosovo, Albania, Lebanon, Guinea, Niger, Malaysia to mention few (according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Muslim-majority_countries) are all Muslim countries. I can confidently say that these countries have a remarkably low level of domestic or any form of violence compare with non-Muslims Countries.
