Coldfeet: Go to their office and break the sim in to bits and drop it in their trash can! And go get yourself another! Case closed! I had a similar problem with them sometime ago. Though I still use glo but another sim.

For over a month now, i cant make calls from my phone because each time i check my balance, this is the message i recieve from GLO.

“on your main balance you are debtor of 250.00NGN valid untill 27/04/2025“

Originally it was 550.000NGN, it only came down after i complained. And it keeps happening again and again.

I have tried severally to get help from customer care but on all occassions that i have called customer care, all they tell me is that their Engineers are carrying out system maintenance and that they cannot view my line on their system, and as such, they cannot help now but i should call back later.

I know its small money but what if we are over a thousand out there been exploited?

My pain and anger is that i have callled back severally upto “a million times“ yet thesame response. I am tired and exhausted. The only reason i am yet to break this sim card is because i ve been using this line for over 4 years now. Which kain nonsense be dis na??

Maybe i could complain to SON or Servicom for poor service and extortation by GLO towards its customers.

But Since i dont know where else to complain to,thats why i am on nairaland maybe their managers can see this post and do something about my line.

Now i wanna load, but they will deduct the 250 and slam me another debit. What‘s my crime?

You can't start Naptin training without your documentation with TCN. And my sincere advice: you better take your mind off 21st for Naptin. You will still do the training, but 2 start it on the 21st, a miracle will have to happen. I'm not out 2set out issues for debate but if I talk here as a person who just concluded †ђξ 1 year Naptin training and as a potential TCN appointee, its possible I knw what I'm talking abt. Only time will tell, and I sincerely pray I am grossly wrong.

Bros ...em, see as a NAPTIN graduant. What u shuold do is to enlightened us about issues bothering alot of us and not scaring us or add to our anxiety. I have a few questions for u tho:
1. Will our training be daily, and will the timing be from 8am - 4pm?
2. How often do we travel between training centres or power plants.?
3. Is it everyone of u dat is absorb after the training? And finally
4. How much were u guys paid at the end of your one year training as allowance and were self sponsored graduants beneficials of the said allowance?

I need ur answers to these questions as u ve had first hand experience on what we are coming in for.

No, am on state govt sponsoship. But d issue is most times i call their customer care, they dont pick their calls. I am yet to register on the site and put in our kit sizes and all that. They are alot of questions i need clearity on.
For now what i need to know is, will there be briefing tomorrow? If yes, where is the venue and time?

You all should calm down. Security needs to be beafed up there as a precautionary measure.

I was at the Omega Fire ministry crusade last nite at Kado Estate, where Apostle Johnson Suleiman spoke about it. He said he saw shoprite being blown up and ask us to stand-up and pray to avert it. He equally asked that security be increased around there as the bombers have been in town since saturday last week and have been puting finishing touches to their plan. He went ahead to say that one of the policemen presently guarding shoprite is an informant and he needs to be taken out.

My Guys, it wasn't funny last nite, he was ready to mention names, even down to names of the sponsors. He said even as he is talking to us now, that what the lord is showing him, he can't say it all. We were on the edge, he urged anyone who could relay this message to the IG of police should do so, inorder to avoid bloodshed.
We rose up instantly and prayed.

I guess the message got to the IG, that's why there is an increase in the number of security operatives around shoprite today.

The executives has been serving as a strategist team,and yet they still have a lot to do which can't be done alone,including getting trustees from the 6 geopolitical zones, we have decide to have two each from a zone and also to balance it gender ratio between the male and the female folks. NAUG hereby use this means as a source of invitation to noble men and women of timbre and calibre who would wholeheartedly from the bottom of their hearts would to be our trustees to please contact us.

I must congratulate the general public and those that have stood by us and our members who have been with us all through the struggle.

We all must understand that its not an easy process,our constitution has been drafted and our lawyers have given the go ahead. As part of the criteria for registration we now wish to invites trustees,men and women of noble character,( preferably not politicians)for the smooth running of the association from across the Federation.
