I know the model school along monatan, I blv he would have do better if not for adedibu problem then, the same people are the one surround themself with makinde now, which may slowdown is performance. Why u see many APC governor using lagos contractor is because many indigenous contractor will only collect the money n do half of the job, thinking it's business as usual. That's why many PDP goverment have not successful, that doesn't mean APC are not embezzled money too Since u know the model school along monatan u can go there and kindly ask the principal how many model schools did Ladoja build in Oyo State and while at it give us the location of the model school built by the APC? |

The only achievement you can attached to Ladoja is prompt civil servant salary durring he is term. No form of any infrastructure. It's durring APC regime from lagos we start witness concrete road project, formally they use block for drainage and do substandard roa Go and find out about the model schools Ladoja built throughout Oyo state and then let's compare to the ones of APC regime if any |

Oyo state needs a technocrats that will woo investors and also increase IGR of the state. Oyo workers loves Ladoja and prefers him any time simply because he pays salary on the 25th and also pays13th month, but till date you can't point to any tangible thing he did through out his tenure Like are u for real, saying there is nothing tangible u can point to during Ladoja tenure, you are definitely not from Oyo state perhaps a poor student of history. |

I know the igbos to be very peaceful. I have more igbo friends and I enjoy their companies.
Being a northerner ,i can say the igbos are more united.
The yorubas should tell themselves the truth, they are the cause of their own problems.
The keep selling their land to the igbos and southerners, now the igbos had developed their land and being successful, many yorubas became jealous and malevolent.
The truth hurts but it has to be told.
Let all these nonsense stop and let there be peace. Is this Aboki serious at all, how are Yoruba causing violence,by making profit by selling their landed investments to the highest bidder, that's pure buisness 101 and u not making any sense This nonsense is self inflicted by igbos with inferiority complex issues cause i have igbo friends who r cool and not that petty Calabar is the first capital of Nigeria and i have never heard anyone call it no mans land despite it proximity to igbo land and it has a sizeable number of Igbos, why lagos,i mean why wont they rather face FCT as there new eden of no mans land. Its actually a non issue but a bit of disservice to the indigenous hospitable hosts. |

You talk about the saga being inconsequential, well you this comment has made you appear less intelligent, cos the inconsequential saga has sent the judiciary into a meltdown. No those who told u whatever obviously didn't attend the real meetings anyway because if they did they will know the CCB is about public office holders so its definitely in the line of duty,Dangote is way richer and has no business with the CCB whatsoever at least for now. The saga is inconsequential because they never served the NJC any notice, rather they opted for a media trial,so until they are served a notice nothing can be done, |

ashjay001: So, a chief justice of a federation, is allowed to leave some assets undeclared? He forgot to declare accounts which he had to lodge in $10000, every few hours, to avoid being reported to d efcc?
U're allowed to be naive sha, but preaching ur naivety and hope for followers ehn, na dat one go hard So because a CJN forgot to declare his assets which he has however updated in his most recent declaration of assets we should take him to the electric chair when the law clearly gives no penalty? Its a civil case and not a criminal case in the first instance and last time I checked there is no crime in lodging $10k in your account every min as long as the funds are not proceeds of crime, however if u feel otherwise then bring on proof. You are naive unfortunately feeling like a smart Alec,if we found out tomorrow that Onnoghen was the one that killed both Abacha and Bola Ige in afraid we would still have to go the same way of having to petition the NJC,you have a problem with that call for an amendment of the constitution. |

pryme: Pls don't forget the CCT was formed directly from the constitution strictly to handle matters like this (which means its also in the same constitution you are using).
And pls be well aware that the CJN saga started on the 9th of January, and the NJC was postponed indefinitely on the 15th of January, so are you saying the NJC was postponed before the CJN saga started? Pls don't forget the CCT is not the supreme court which is the apex court in Nigeria and every court or tribunal has their jurisdictions, let's assume the CCT was right which there are not in this case,a supreme court order could upturn their judgement. And pls be well aware the NJC meeting is not your village square meeting or beer parlour meeting, they would have been duly served notice on the agenda of the meeting way before the date of the meeting so therefore if they do not duly petition the NJC in writing there is absolutely nothing to talk about, grow up dude, this is not a "my daddy so wipe" meeting. Whatever date the saga started is inconsequential until the NJC has a formal notice. Have u ever been privileged to attend a REAL meeting, not omo onile meeting oo |

From a reliable source the meeting was postponed indefinitely on the 15th of Jan(if thats what u meant by "date the NJC was suspended )and the CCT doesn't have the jurisdiction to serve Onnoghen notice which make it null and void so why care about the date? |
Politics › Re: Onnoghen’s Response To Code Of Conduct Bureau Query Revealed: INNOCENT? by neyobills: 8:32am On Feb 01, 2019 |
QuotaSystem: A smarter one than you already tried but couldn't bring me down to your gutter language level. Try harder.
The CCT constitutionally has the sole right to treat all matters relating to asset declarations and any fraud associated with them. It slammed charges of fraud against Onnoghen days before they were to sit next which needed to be investigated, which is why the suspect used his position to try to frustrate it by postponing sittings indefinitely.
The case starts in three days. Argue with the judge. Are u just trying to be mischievous or u are really this slow,it is written in black in white in the constitution that judicial officers can only be sanctioned, suspended, removed or whatever by the NJC and not any court of law or tribunal, and there is also no fraud whatsoever its only an omission and it has been rightly updated and there is no penalty for omission in the first place,as at when the meeting was postponed there was no petition relating to Onnoghen before the NJC,what part of this is hard for u to understand? |

QuotaSystem: From trying to pretend he's innocent to trying to play victim. Lol.
It's alright. Present your protest to the court, the date Onnoghens trial resumes is Feb. 7th.
Meanwhile you've not answered the question.
Why did Onnoghen try to frustrate the case by indefinitely postponing NJC sittings when they were supposed to look into the allegations against him?
Is that the constitutional process? Stop sounding like a broken record the AGF just petitioned the NJC few days ago after he was suspended so as at the time of postponing the NJC meeting there was nothing on the table of the NJC regarding Onoghen and the reason given as at then was because of the armed forces remembrance day which happened to fall on the same day of the meeting. Last time I checked there is no crime in postponing the NJC meeting indefinitely, so what is your problem |
Politics › Re: Cjn's Trial Is Not Criminal - Osibanjo Had More In His Account by neyobills: 8:48pm On Jan 29, 2019 |
wirinet: It's sad to see seemingly sane human beings defending crime (alleged) with so much passion. It is amazing that they cannot correlate these crimes with the sorry state of affairs we find ourselves today. In sane societies, people such as the CJN and others would have since resigned or be forced to resign, but here we have people defending the indefensible. A judge is not a lawyer. A lawyer is a private businessman or woman who sells legal services to those who can afford it. Some lawyers charge millions just for consultation. A judge on the other hand is a public employee, a public servant paid by the state to administer justice. A judge is not expected to engage in business or provide legal services, so how do you compare the earnings of a judge with a lawyer? A judge's salaries and allowances can be determined to the last kobo. Now if a judge is reputed to have billions in his accounts, without any explanation, then something is amiss.
In the UK, and ordinary citizen living beyond his or her means would have some explaining to do to the police, not to talk of a public officer or a judge. Here people are celebrated and some people are prepared to sacrifice their lives to defend such people.
If you insist judges are able to earn billions in Nigeria, then where are his tax receipts, so we can see the businesses that generated the money. If he cannot produce the tax receipts, then he is guilty of tax fraud and evasion. That is how it goes in a sane country.
How can some one who is unable to explain the source of his wealth sit in judgement of a yahoo boy or any one accused of corruption? Are u in your right mind?didn't your brain tell u the judges were successful lawyers before they were appointed judges or u think they were carpenters, there is something in the middle of your ears called a brain, use it. |
