Pls don't forget the CCT is not the supreme court which is the apex court in Nigeria and every court or tribunal has their jurisdictions,let's assume the CCT was right which there are not in this case,a supreme court order could upturn their judgement.

And pls be well aware the NJC meeting is not your village square meeting or beer parlour meeting,they would have been duly served notice on the agenda of the meeting way before the date of the meeting so therefore if they do not duly petition the NJC in writing there is absolutely nothing to talk about,grow up dude,this is not a "my daddy so wipe" meeting.

Last time I checked there is no crime in postponing the NJC meeting indefinitely, so what is your problem

A judge on the other hand is a public employee, a public servant paid by the state to administer justice. A judge's salaries and allowances can be determined to the last kobo. Now if a judge is reputed to have billions in his accounts, without any explanation, then something is amiss.

In the UK, and ordinary citizen living beyond his or her means would have some explaining to do to the police, not to talk of a public officer or a judge. Here people are celebrated and some people are prepared to sacrifice their lives to defend such people.

If you insist judges are able to earn billions in Nigeria, then where are his tax receipts, so we can see the businesses that generated the money. If he cannot produce the tax receipts, then he is guilty of tax fraud and evasion. That is how it goes in a sane country.

How can some one who is unable to explain the source of his wealth sit in judgement of a yahoo boy or any one accused of corruption?
