Ondo State Needs Prayers As PDP And APC Engulf In Crisis What is happening in our dear state (Ondo State) over the crisis rocking the two major political parties, PDP and APC, call for prayer and a sober reflection. We need prayer. When two elephants are fighting, it is the grass that will suffer. APC is not settle over crisis of alleged endorsement and planned imposition of a gubernatorial aspirants against the interest of others. PDP is divided into two factions namely: Sheriff and Markafi over similar allegation that divided APC into various groups. In PDP, only God via the court could tell us which faction is authentic or not. If PDP wins the election today, no faction must rejoice against another as only God could know if PDP will still take over from PDP through court cases as several court cases are pending over which factions should be recognized by INEC as authentic national leadership of the party. Nobody should rejoice now among the two factions in PDP. APC is also in the same boat. Some groups have gone to court to restrain the state chairman, Isaac Kekemeke to stop parading himself as the state chairman of the party with the secretarial of the party sealed off with JUJU in a traditional way. We are also aware that the opposition party is having two different version of Delegate lists. It was alleged that delegates on the old list had been kidnapped and camped in various hotels by Senator AJAYI Borroface and chief OLUSOLA Oke which has consequentially resulted to several postponements of the party primary election to yet unknown date in a bid to create pace of time to ensure that the alleged endorsement and planned imposition of Segun Abraham sail through. The latest news is that all the available delegates are being bought with 500k to garner supports for SEGUN Abraham. Investigative journalism also revealed that the national leadership of the party has perfected plans to use the new delegate lists allegedly prepared by the national leader of the party in favour of his anointed candidate if majority of the old delegates are not accessible. It was also reliably gathered that a resolution had been taken by other leading aspirants of the party in one accord to work against the success of any anointed candidate likely to emerge through any fraudulent means in the general election as a payback mechanism. All said and done, the masses should pray for the will of God to prevail in Ondo State cos the consequences of having the wrong person elected as governor over the affairs of the state will be harmful for the masses. Back Door Islamisation Iminnent In Nigeria As Full Scale Sharia Law Passes Through Second Reading In The House I saw this coming and I sounded warning to my people. This was one of my points when I was asking my people not to vote for Buhari in the last election. I know the man will do everything possible to promote islamic religion in nigeria. It was not as if we do not need change in this country when GEJ was there as president. I made my constituent realised that we need change but Buhari was not the alternative to GEJ. And that marriage of APC cannot produce meaningful change under Buhari who has not changed himself because we were relics of his first coming as former head of state. But people did not listen to the voice of wisdom. They wanted change at all cost not minding the fact that change wasn't easy. It's a gradual process in governance and not a miracle. I told nigerians in one of my articles that the desirable was not available then, and I suggested that people should make use of the available; i. e to allow GEJ remain in office since the sherrif brought by APC will do more harm than good and eventually drag us back to the dark days. Here we are as a fractured country under PMB due to intolerance, nepotism, military approach to national issues, religious bigotry and bad economic policies which have consequentially gave birth to poverty, inflation, sufferings, scarcity of foods, and has considerably increased the activities of different militia groups. Today, Fulani herds men are on rampage everyday. Militants are planning to declare a republic by October, IPOB are not giving up. Boka Haram has not surrendered. Now, nigeria is in a state of topsy-turvy. Back door islamisation of nigeria is imminent with the latest full scare sharia law passing through second reading without any voice of opposition in the house of representative. Our christian brothers have remained in total silent. A bill that started since 1986 and was never allowed to live by our Christian forefathers and previous governments has now resurrected under Buhari led federal government. Only God can salvage our situation in nigeria as many voices had be silent. Propaganda has become an instrument by APC to put Nigeria in economic bondage. God, we crave for your mercy! Help our situation. By Olumide Akinrinlola |
Niran Sule, APC Governoship Aspirant Defects To PDP To Spite APC Over Alleged Imposition of Candidate, Aide Says Niran Sule, a former governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has dumped the opposition party for the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State ahead of the November 26th, 2016 Ondo State governorship election. Mr. Sule made the announcement of his defection on Thursday through a photograph sent to his close allies in Akure. SaharaReporters correspondent obtained the photograph from one of his close aides who confirmed the news of this defection. Mr. Sule made the announcement of his defection on Thursday through a photograph sent to his close allies in Akure. SaharaReporters correspondent obtained the photograph from one of his close aides who confirmed the news of this defection. This aide, Yomi Adesida, told our correspondent that Mr. Sule heard a secret meeting with the factional National Leader of the PDP, Ali Modu Sheriff. The aide also disclosed that among those present in the meeting were the former Governor of Ogun State Gbenga Daniel and the controversial business mogul, Jimoh Ibrahim. He confirmed that the meeting was held at a private location in Abuja and sponsored by Mr. Sheriff. The aide told SaharaReporters that the main grouse of his principal Mr. Sule for leaving the APC to the PDP was the ‘confirmed news’ of the an imposed APC gubernatorial candidate on its members. He further added that Mr. Sule was “unhappy” with the “dirty fights” in the opposition APC in the State over issues concerning candidate imposition and doctoring of delegates lists, hence his total defection to the PDP. Another close aide to Mr. Sule, who pleaded not to be named, confidentially told our correspondent that his boss decided to defect in order to spite members of the party. He further hinted that his boss has been speaking with both the factional leaders of the PDP in the State and at the national level. "I can authoritatively tell you that my boss decided to join PDP in order to embarrass the party leaders of APC who has been taxing him for money", he said SaharaReporters checked from the list of governorship aspirants of the opposition APC confirmed that Mr. Sule was never among those who collected the party’s nomination in Abuja. However, the opposition party publicist, Omo’ba Abayomi Adesanya has reacted to the defection of Mr. Sule from the party to the PDP. Mr. Adesanya in a telephone interview said his defection to the already house of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was comic adding that Mr. Sule was never a bona fide aspirant of the APC. My Position and Concern: A Factor of Necessity on our Party (PDP) Gubernatorial Race. By Senator Yele Omogunwa Let me first of all use this formal medium to express my profound appreciation to these entire people of my senatorial district, Ondo south senatorial district and indeed the leader of our great party, his excellency Dr Rahman Olusegun Mimiko the governor of Ondo state for the opportunity given to me by God through their instrumentality to serve my father land as a distinguished senator of the federal republic of Nigeria. I say thank you. As a concern party leader on the platform of our great party, the people’s democratic party, I feel that in times like this, when the critical issue of how to retain our control of the machinery of the state is at stake, all major stakeholders, including women, should be carried along. Any agitation for vested interest that may affect those critical political elements to feel neglected should be jettisoned. The collective faith of our people is to allow and provide to all gubernatorial aspirants a level playing ground to showcase their potentials with due recognition to our co-existence foundation i.e. the historical and conventional bond. I presuppose full understanding of how and where past governors were chosen from and the years of their tenure on all party leaders and all aspirants. Therefore, I sue for the visitation and full acknowledgment of senatorial components with a view to addressing where the next governor should come from without hitch. Small analysis will suffice here. Apart from the four years and few months’ tenure of our late veteran politician, Pa Adekunle Ajasin, the three governors produced have come from the three senatorial districts of the state. Namely; Chief Adebayo Adefarati – Ondo north 1999-2003 (4years) Dr Olusegun Agagu – Ondo south 2003-2009 (5years+) Dr Olusegun Rahman Mimiko – Ondo central 2009- till date (8 years till handing over day) Politics is no longer practiced ‘under the garment’, hence the need for the number one party leader, our highly revered governor, to urgently call all major stake holders to a round table discussion. There is nothing to share from northing. Like the other senatorial districts, the center is blessed with many brilliant and dependable people. However, for the sake of posterity, the south and the north senatorial districts in the name of justice, fairness and equity, I think, should be more favored. My preferred senatorial districts are the southern senatorial district. The reason is simple, if you look at the number of years each senatorial district has spent on the gubernatorial sea, you would see that north has spent eight years (Ajain and Adefarati’s tenure) and some months, the central is going to complete her own eight years by February next year while southern senatorial district has only spent five years and some months on seat. What is more, our party today has comparative advantage in the south senatorial districts, being the base of our party in the state. We won all the seats contested for in the last election. Also, in the round-table meeting, I advocate that all major positions be shared equitably so as the fear of the issue of “winner takes all” or ‘winner decides the fate of others’ as witnessed before will be allayed. I am not ignorant the fact that our constitution allows all eligible party members to aspire but how do we provide answers to the question ‘ ki lo mu bo’? Meanwhile to the good people of south senatorial district, I implore you to believe that I would not trade your rights and privileges for anything except the right price for this our individual family, our great party, the people democratic party , the people of Ondo state and above all, all Nigerians because here we are recognized and honored. At this juncture, let me commend the courage of all our aspirants. You have really demonstrated uncommon love and patriotism despite the clear evidence of an anointed candidate which to me is uncalled for. I want to believe this the purpose of aspiring is not to destabilize the party rather, when all interest are justify and peacefully reconciled the party will come out stronger and unbeatable. Nothing to share from northing. LONG LIVE PEOPLE DEMOCRATIC PARTY LONG LIVE ONDO STATE LONG LIVE NIGERIA SENATOR YELE OMOGUNWA |
Femi Ogunsanwo a staunch supporter of Buhari wrote thus; CONFUSED: Everything seems confusing today, there is so much despondency in the land and people in authority are not helping in unraveling the mystery Just last week Babachir David Lawal the SGF met with the Finance and Appropriation Committee of the Senate where he made it clear that the execution of Constituency Project in the fiscal year is unrealisable Two days later another report came out that the Capital Expenditure in the fiscal budget of 2016 will not be fully executed Federal Government gave a damning report that due to rising militancy leading to reduction in crude export and also low crude price in global market, that government is broke Let us assume they are right because Nigerian economy is mono-driven,with major proceeds accruing to federation account from crude export, but the SGF is been clever by half There are other revenue generating agencies for Nigerian government; It was reported that NCC under the new EVC Prof Danbatta generated N1.8Trillion with other Telecoms companies Nigerian Customs Service generate revenue in excess of N1 Trillion annually,NPA is another revenue generating agency,NIMASA is another "Cash Cow" of government Lest I forget NLNG generates humongous revenue to the coffer of Federal Government Under Babatunde Fowler,Lagos State government generates N30Billion monthly making an annual generation of N360Billion,extrapolating that data, its convenient to state that FIRS under Babatunde Fowler will be able to generate in excess of N1Trillion nationwide I remember vividly we are regaled with cheering news in March that through TSA ,government made a savings of N3Trillion In month of May,government informed us that humongous amount has been recovered from corrupt elements in the previous administration Here lies the confusion for me if our crude export hovers around 60% of production capacity of 2.2 million barrels per day at approximately $45 per barrel and budget benchmark is $38 per barrel When we add the accruals from crude export plus revenue generated from other sources like Customs,NPA,NCC,NLNG,FIRS etc.I see no reason why we are having problem executing the Capital Expenditure which is 30% of this year fiscal budget which stands at N1.8Trillion Folks I am confused and in search of clarifications,my action is borne out of CITIZEN ADVOCACY not necessarily that I sold out to the opposition Someone out there can help me out |
Senator Yele Omogunwa Writes Buhari Over NDDC Board The President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Aso Rock Villa, Abuja Mr President, PETITION AGAINST NOMINATION OF OLATOKUNBO AYOTUNDE AJASIN AS A MEMBER REPRESENTING ONDO STATE ON THE BOARD OF NDDC The attention of people of Ondo State, particularly the oil-producing communities of Ilaje and Ese-Odo Local Government Areas, have been drawn to the nomination of Olatokunbo Ayotunde Ajasin as a member-designate, representing Ondo State on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). Your Excellency, hardly had the Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki read the letter from your office than people of the state, particularly those from the oil-producing areas, started reacting against the nomination of Olatokunbo Ajasin as a wrong choice. Mr President sir, we like to let you know that the said nomination is against the law. This is because the provision of the Niger Delta Development Commission (Establishment etc) Act 2000 does not support his nomination as a member of the NDDC. Section 2 (1b) of the NDDC Act stipulates that the board shall consist of: "one person who shall be an indigene of an oil producing area to represent each of the nine oil producing states i.e. Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers". Though Ondo State is regarded as an oil-producing state, only two local government areas of the state, namely Ilaje and Ese-Odo fall within this sphere. Therefore, it will be unconstitutional to allow Olatokunbo Ajasin become a member of NDDC board. Moreso Your Excellency, equity demands that someone from the oil producing areas should be nominated for the position, rather than an indigene of the state from far away Owo in the North Senatorial District of the state. Since creation of the Commission, only indigenes of the state from the area have been nominated to represent the state on the board. Therefore, as the Senator representing Ondo South Senatorial District, where the oil-producing area is located, I want to urge the President to order the withdrawal of the list and replace Olatokunbo Ajasin with an acceptable (APC) person from the oil-producing areas of Ilaje or Ese-Odo Local Government of Ondo State. This, Your Excellency will douse tension and disquiet that the nomination of Olatokunbo Ayotunde Ajasin created and portray you as a man of integrity and a president who has a listening ear. Thank you sir. Signed Senator Yele Omogunwa Ondo South Senatorial District |
Ondo poll: PDP elders reject central candidacy as Attorney-General resigns for guber race Some elders in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from North and South senatorial districts in Ondo State have vowed to shun the party’s primary and also stop the aspirants from the two districts. Already, the party has fixed its primary for August 22. The elders stated this at a stakeholders’ forum recently held in Akure, the state Capital. The communique issued was signed by their Chairman, Senator Omololu Meroyi, Secretary, Hon. Ebenezer Alabi and Public Relations Officer, Hon. Yemi Mahmoud. They lamented the endorsement of the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Eyitayo Jegede SAN, who is from Akure central senatorial district, by Governor Olusegun Mimiko. They vowed to restrict any move by Mimiko, who is also from the central zone, to impose a candidate from the same district. The communique reads, “that the next governorship seat should not be retained in the central after an unprecedented eight years of Governor Olusegun Mimiko, who hails from the central senatorial district. “That aspirants from both the north and the south will not participate in any primary election where central senatorial district will be involved. “That the obvious involvement of Mimiko towards a particular aspirant from the central senatorial district is already generating discontent capable of tearing the party apart. “That the ultimate goal is for the PDP to win the November 2016, gubernatorial election in the state” The Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Eyitayo Jegede SAN, also yesterday resigned his appointment to participate in the November 26, gubernatorial election in the state. Jegede, who spent seven and half years was led to the Governor’s office at Alagbaka by a manmonth crowd, who are mainly Akure indigenes. He was later led to the Deji’s palace, Oba Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi, causing gridlock at the popular Oba-Adesida road, Akure. Content of his resignation letter which was submitted to the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr. Rotimi Adelola was not revealed to reporters. Jegede who was welcomed back home amidst dancing and singing, thanked the people of Akure for supporting the governor in his effort to develop the land and people of the state. He also thanked the traditional institution for accommodating non-indigenes in the town. The Deji-in-Council, including the kingmakers, palace and quarter and honorary chiefs congratulated the senior advocate and promised to support him in order to realise his ambition. |
New NDDC board is illegal – Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa Human right activist, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, Esq has affirmed that the reconstitution of the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission was illegal. It would be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari, has since forwarded the names of new members of the Board of the Niger-Delta Development Commission, NDDC, to the Senate for confirmation. But Ebun in his reaction said it was wrong for the president to have forwarded such names when a case is still pending in court where the alleged illegal dissolution of the 4th Governing Board of the NDDC was being challenged. The Lagos based lawyer in a statement faulted President Muhammadu Buhari for violating all tenets of democracy and the rule of law and then turning around to intimidate the judiciary. The statement reads… ”I read with great shock the news that the President, Maj-Gen Muhammadu Buhari, Retd., has forwarded the names of new members of the Board of the Niger-Delta Development Commission, NDDC, to the Senate for confirmation. First, there is a case, Suit No. NICN/ABJ/269/2015, between Senator Bassey Ewa-Henshaw & 9 Ors. v. Hon Attorney-General of the Federation & 4 Ors, pending before the National Industrial Court, Abuja, challenging the illegal dissolution of the 4th Governing Board of the NDDC. The President is a party to the said suit, wherein he is being represented by the Hon Attorney-General of the Federation. ”Very recently, the President lambasted the entire judiciary in Nigeria, for allegedly frustrating the nebulous and selective anti-corruption war. When convenient for the President, he will violate all tenets of democracy and the rule of law and turn around to intimidate the judiciary. The law is fairly well settled now that when parties have submitted their disputes before a competent court of law, they are not allowed thereafter to resort to self help or take steps that may render nugatory, any decision that may be taken by the court ultimately, on the said matter. ”Whilst the above case was pending in court, the President proceeded to dissolve the Board of the NDDC and appointed a sole administrator, contrary to the provisions of the NDDC Act. As if this was not enough, the President approved a whooping budget of over N300Billion, for the NDDC, to be administered a single sole administrator, Mrs. Ibm Seminitari, just because she a chieftain of the ruling All Progressive Congress. ”Whilst we were still contending with all these illegalities and anomalies, the President has now purported to constitute members of the 5thGoverning Board of the NDDC. Amongst this illegal Board is Olatokunbo Ayotunde Ajasin, an indigene of Owo, in the North Senatorial District of Ondo State. By any account, Olatokunbo Ayotunde Ajasin is eminently qualified on the merit, to occupy any position that the President may deem fit for that purpose, but such appointment, in relation to the NDCC, must be in conformity with the enabling law, in this case the Niger-Delta Establishment Act, 2000. Section 2 of the NDDC Act states as follows: ”2.- (1) There is hereby established for the Commission a governing Board (in this Act referred to as (“the Board”), which shall consist of: (a) a Chairman; (b) one person who shall be an indigene of an oil producing area to represent each of the following member States, that is, (i) Abia (ii) Akwa-Ibom State; (iii) Bayelsa State; (iv) Cross River State; (v) Delta State; (vi) Edo State; (vii) Imo State; (viii) Ondo State; and (ix) Rivers State; (c) three persons to represent non-Oil mineral producing States provided that such membership should be drawn from the remaining geo-political zones which are not represented in the Commission; (d) One representative of Oil producing companies in the Niger Delta nominated by the Oil producing companies. (e) one person to represent the Federal Ministry of Finance; (f) one person to represent Federal Ministry of Environment; (g) the Managing Director of the Commission; and (h) two executive Directors.” ”The operative words here are as contained in section 2(1)(b) above is that representatives of the States constituting the Board of the NDDC “… shall be an indigene of an oil producing area …”. An indigene is a native of a particular area, born in that area and with historical roots therein, with either of the parents also originating from the same area. By all accounts, Olatokunbo Ayotunde Ajasin is not from the oil producing area of Ondo State, being a native of Owo. ”Consequently, the President is humbly urged to withdraw the nomination of Olatokunbo Ayotunde Ajasin as a representative of the oil producing area of Ondo State on the Board of the NDDC, failing which a suit will be filed in court to challenge the said nomination, being one that is contrary to the NDDC Act.” |
Judge blasts DSS for disobeying court’s order Justice Nnamdi Dimgba of Abuja Federal High Court said: “I take a strong exception to this type of behaviour; when the court orders that someone be kept in prison custody, the person ought to be kept in prison and not in the office. “If the people at the DSS want to become judge and do their job as well, I am ready to vacate my office for them, but as long as I am still here, I take an exception to them flaunting the orders of the court. “Once processes have been filed in court, it is no longer in their hands and the order of the court must be obeyed,’’ Justice Dimgba said. Source: NAN My take! I am vindicated that the judiciary has also observed that this present government and its agent are all lawless. I am also happy that they have started to speak out nowadays. It's very sad that courts are no longer being obeyed. We now have rule of men against the rule of law. Just yesterday, against the law that the define the composition of the board of NDDC, a non indigene of Ilaje local government, Tokunbo Ajasin from Owo, was the one president Buhari penciled down for senate confirmation to represent Ondo State in the board of NDDC as commissioner. Thank God for online media who quickly circulated the list online for all to see. God will deliver us from the military-democracy that APC has imported into this country. Ondo 2016 Guber Poll: The Fate of Olusola Oke in APC Shaky - As PDP Gladiators pressurised Mimiko To Drop Anointed Candidate Chief Olusola Oke, former national legal adviser of the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP), who decamped to the All Progressive Congress (APC), following the declaration of President Muhammadu Buhari as the winner of the last presidential election in Nigeria seems to have lost his popularity and presently in a state of dilemma as his fate in becoming the governor of Ondo State through the platform of APC remained shaky and unknown. Findings from Burdillon in lagos state, revealed that the national leader of the party had made his stance known to the national leadership of APC that any members of the party who is not up to 2years as member of the party should not be allowed to contest the Ondo State November 2016 governorship election. Although the state chairman of APC, Isaac kekemeke had spoken severally, thus assuring all the aspirants that the party will conduct primary election and that every one of them will be allowed to participate in the party’s primary with equal treatment. But the assurances by the party chairman is very far from the reality upon investigations from the fallout of various meetings held with the national leader of the party by some stakeholders in APC. Presently, the fate of Chief Oke is unknown. Those very close to him who does not want their names mentioned said the political gladiator is confused. Investigations revealed that the politician is regretting for decamping from the PDP to APC. According to one of the source, Chief Oke would have been an adopted sole aspirant of PDP from Ondo south had it been he did not leave the party. Chief Oke is presently using former president Olusegun Obasanjo’s influence to push for the governorship ticket of APC in Ondo State. Another aspirant in APC, Mr Segun Abraham, a business mogul and a very wealthy man, believe that money can do all things; having the hope of realizing his ambition with his financial power while barr Rotmi Akeredolu rely on the influence of his godfather, the national leader of the party to clinch the party’s ticket. But a reliable source said the closeness of Senator Ajayi Borroface to president Buhari is a very big threat to all the aspirants and their godfathers. Apart from the popularity of senator Borroface among all the APC aspirants, it was also learnt that the senator is one of the key loyalists of the president. Meanwhile, in a similar development, there is a huge pressure on governor Olusegun Mimiko from the leadership of PDP with the support of all the aspirants both from Ondo north and Ondo south of Ondo state to drop Eyitayo Jegede (SAN) as his anointed candidates and desist from picking any other candidate from Ondo central senatorial district to fly the party’s flag in November 2016 governorship election. The conspiracy and gang up is so weighty to the extent that the two senatorial districts (Ondo north and Ondo south) had resolved to team up together and adopt a candidate through the factional leadership of the party, Ali modu sheriff or in the alternative, use another political platform to ensure that either the north or the south of Ondo State produces the next governor of the state against the interest of gov Mimiko to retain the governorship ticket at the Centre when Mimiko who will be completing his 8 years in office as governor of Ondo State is also from the central senatorial district. As night passes away and time dissolves, I have decided to watch with keen interest the season film while sitting on top of the IROKO tree without any distraction. November 2016 is indeed loading……… By: Olumide Akinrinlola |

Letter To All My APC Friends In Nigeria Where are my APC friends? Where are they? I cannot see you online again. Are you pushing eyes or your eyes are pushing you? For a simple interpretation of my grammar: I mean, are you being ashamed, or shame is catching you. Apart from the economic hardships and inflation we are all experiencing now in nigeria, I observed that since president Buhari started his lopsided appointment, some of my APC friends have been feeling cold, some are totally off line, while some are claiming to have fallen sick. Whatever it is, I want to advise them to cheer up. After all, I have told them prophetically, everything that is happening now and all that will happen under this government. I also told them that the desirable was not available that Buhari is not an alternative to Goodluck Jonathan. But they ignored the warning, and chose the path of voting for a government installed with deceit, vain promises and propaganda without any blueprint. Similarly, I still remember the prophetic warning sounded by Goodluck Jonathan to all nigerians during the presidential campaign. I cannot forget such in a hurry. Goodluck said: “The choice before Nigerians in the coming election is simple. It is a choice between going forward and backward, between the new ways and old ways, between freedom and repression, between a record of visible achievements and beneficial reforms and desperate power seekers with empty promises.” - Former President Goodluck Jonathan After 365 days of Buhari presidency, the pophecies by former president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in the heat of the 2015 election campaign has come to pass. Things weren't so bad like this. The masses including all my APC friends are lamenting now. Price of goods and services are not affordable. The masses are under pains and sorrow because of bad economic policies of this government. All my APC friends have hid themselves. They hardly come online on social media unlike before. The push for the break up of Nigeria as one indivisible country is on the high side both from the south east and south south. It's very unfortunate that we are feeling the heat together. It would have been better if those who projected this government to the masses are the one feeling the consequences of their action alone. But it isn't like that. The multiplier effects on the poor masses cannot be over emphasized. APC government is a source of sorrow to the masses. They increased electricity tariff, they increase the price of fuel and they are charging our bank accounts for N50 stamp duty charges anytime we pay any deposit above N1,000 into our personal bank accounts. Exchange rate is nothing to write home about. They imposed tax on the masses to generate income while security votes, government esta code and allowances remain intact. What a government!
