Former aviation minister Femi Fani-Kayode has posted a video of his new lover Nerita Ezenwa singing ‘Forever’ a song by Gyakie featuring Omah Lay, Igbere TV reports.

In the video, Ms Ezenwa is seen smiling shyly as she sings looking straight at the camera.

Meanwhile, Ezenwa won the 2019 Queen of Aso International beauty contest.

She was present at Fani-Kayode’s triplets’ birthday party in May.

Fani-Kayode and ex-beauty queen Precious Chikwendu fell out last year over allegations of domestic violence among others.

The duo is drawn in a legal battle for custody of their four children.

Fani-Kayode has been linked to several women since his union with Chikwendu collapsed.

Last year, he was forced to deny dating another woman just months after news of trouble in his marriage to Chikwendu became public knowledge.

A suspected kidnapper has been shot dead during a shootout with the police on Benin-Auchi road by Okhuo hill in Uhunmwonde Local Government Area of Edo State, Reports.

It was gathered By , that the gunmen had set a barricade on the road with intent to kidnap travellers when the police ran into them on Tuesday, June 22.

Spokesperson of the State Police Command, SP Kontongs Bello, who confirmed the incident said the police responded to a distress call that hoodlums had blocked Benin-Auchi road and were waiting to rob road users.

"On receipt of the information, the DPO in charge of Ehor Division swung into action by drafting tactical teams to the area,” Bello stated.

"The hoodlums on sighting the police engaged them in a gun battle but in the process, one of the hoodlums was shot dead,"

The PPRO said that one locally made single barrel gun, seven live cartridges and Tecno phone were recovered at the scene.

"Effort is on to arrest other gang members who escaped with bullet wounds." he added.

According to him, Commissioner of Police Edo State Command, CP Phillip Aliyu Ogbadu, has assured the command’s commitment in making Edo crime-free.

He urged the general public to continue to give credible information that will lead to the arrest of criminals in the State.

Rev. Fr. Mbaka Pays Hospital Bills Of Patients Worth Over N18.8 Million (Photos, Video)

Enugu Roman Catholic priest, Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka visited Annunciation Specialist Hospital in Enugu, prayed for the patients and also paid over Eighteen Million, Eight Hundred Thousand Naira (N18.8 Million) worth of hospital bills for the patients, IgbereTV reports.

Speaking to news men at the hospital after presenting the cheque, Father Mbaka stated that his act was a program organised by Multi-Life Savers of the Adoration Ministry Enugu and Aqua Rapha Nigeria in relationship with the hospital, in order to assist the less-privileged in assessing quality health care. He stated that patients are being referred to the hospital to assess treatment free of charge. He also stared that a deposit of two million naira was made for future patients in addition to the accrued debt which totalled N18.8 million.

He revealed that he also visits other hospital, and the act has been going on for years.

He described that his act as purely humanitarian and not based on tribe, ethnicity, religion or denomination as the beneficiaries included both non-catholics, non-christians and non-Igbos, and he said he doesn’t even know any of them.

Fr. Mbaka encouraged others to support the Multi-Life Savers for the Less-privileged to assist the poor. He stated that his act was just to attract God’s blessings and Grace and not done to attract favour from anyone, as he is not a politician. He revealed that charity is part of his life, his destiny and his vocation as a priest. An act that he started even before he was ordained as a priest. Fr. Mbaka further revealed that he spends not less than 2 million dollars on charity every month.
