FashionTips On Buying A Well Fitting Bra by ngmart(op): 9:56am On Nov 08, 2012
How to Buy a Well Fitting Bra

Finding a bra that is fits well is a simple, but time-consuming task. By following these steps, you should not only be able to find one that fits, but is comfortable as well.
Steps

1.) Measure Your Bra Size. There are a number of different methods. Some methods add 4 or 5 inches to your rib cage measurement, others do not. Different methods work best for different body types. If you find that the method you used didn't work, try others to get a more accurate result. Whichever method you use, remember that your result is just a starting point.

2.) Determine what kind of bra you want. Do you want one that is padded for an extra boost? Or underwire for extra support? What about a sports bra for any athletic activities? Once you have decided what kind of bra or bras you want, you're ready for the next step.

3.) Go to the store. Try to find a bra band and cup sizes one size bigger and smaller than your size.

4.) Put one on with the clasp on the loosest fitting. Bras have a tendency to get looser as time goes on due to washing and wearing, so by trying it on this way you'll make sure it will last longer. Tighten the shoulder straps.

5.) Check for the following:
• Band tightness- You should be able to run your fingers around under the edge of the fabric, but if you can pull it away from your back by more than a couple of inches, it's too loose.
• "Double boobs"- If your breasts are bulging out of the sides or over the top of the cups, then you need a bigger cup size.
• Straps- If your shoulder straps are digging into your shoulders, the band size is probably too big. If they don't adjust tightly enough, find another style bra.
• Centre gore- The centre gore of the bra, between the cups, should always be firmly against your body. If it is being pushed away from you, then you need a bigger cup size and a smaller back size.
• General size- Bend over. If your breasts are falling out, then the bra doesn't fit. Either the cups are too small, or the band is too big, or both.
• Staying put- Move around. Put your arms above your head and twist left and right at the waist. The bra should neither ride up nor pinch at this point. If the band slips, try a smaller size. If it cuts in, it's too tight. If you're trying on a sports bra, jog in place or jump up and down as well to test if it can control 'bounce' comfortably.

6.) Repeat these steps until you have tried on all of the bras. Make sure you keep the ones that fit separate from the ones that don't!

7.) Purchase the bra or bras that make you happy. If the bras in your size are expensive, purchase the least expensive one that fit you
• After you have tried on the bras, chances are you'll have a favorite. Even if you buy only this one (or several in different colors), take notes of the ones that were close but not quite since manufacturers have a tendency to discontinue bras after a time.
• If you decide to purchase an underwire make sure that there aren't any wires poking out.
• Remember to try on the bra with the clasp on the loosest fitting, NOT the tightest!
• Before you buy a bra, try it on under your shirt. This is a good way to check if the seams show through, or if you are unhappy with the shape.
• Never skimp on buying a bra. If there is one item in your wardrobe that deserves being paid full price for, it's a bra - it has a very important job to do and your posture can be badly affected if it isn't working properly.
Warnings
Be aware that bras may contain materials that you are allergic to which you may not be aware of when you make your purchase. If you experience any swelling (such as hives) or excessive itching, then you may be allergic to nickel or the plastics in the bra. Take note of where the allergic reaction happened and watch out for that material the next time you decide to buy a bra. In the meantime, take some Benadryl, or in extreme cases, get to the emergency room.

Things You'll Need
• Cloth or paper tape measure
• Mirror
• Friend to model in front of
• Possibly a store clerk

Family5 Areas Of Your Life You Should Balance To Live To The Fullest by ngmart(op): 12:14pm On Nov 07, 2012
The key to living your life to the fullest is balance. How can you live your life to the fullest if one or more areas of your life suffer? For example, maybe you are successful in your career. But will it matter if your family life is not happy? Or maybe you are a very knowledgeable person. But will it matter if your body is sick?
To live your life to the fullest, I believe there are five areas of life you need to develop in balance. Those five areas are spirituality, mind, body, relationship, and work. Here are the details:

1. Spirituality
This area deals with your conscience, values, and principles. It also deals with your relationship with the infinite. Your spirituality is where your life purpose and meaning comes from. In my opinion, the fact that it gives meaning to your life makes it the most important of all five. But it doesn’t mean that you should focus on only developing your spirituality. Even if your spirituality is strong, you won’t live your life to the fullest if you do not develop the other four areas in balance.

2. Mind
This area deals with your desire to learn. In this fast-changing world, your ability to absorb new skill and knowledge become increasingly important (in fact, I think this is the most important skill you should master). To have a strong desire to learn, be sure to develop your intellectual hunger.

3. Body
This area deals with your physical health. Since your body is the mean through which you conduct your actions, it is important to keep your body in tip-top shape. Not only you should prevent yourself from being sick, you should also thrive to have the high-level of energy you need to accomplish your tasks with speed and enthusiasm.

4. Relationship
This area deals with your relationships with your family, friends, and colleagues. As I wrote in 5 Reasons Why Relationships Should be Your Top Priority, relationships are what make your life beautiful. The greatest feeling of fulfillment doesn’t come from your achievements; it comes from your relationships.

5. Work
This area deals with your career and achievements. This is the output of your life; your productivity is measured here. If you want to be a productive person, you should increase your output in this area.
These five areas serve as a framework for me to build my life on. What I want is strong and balanced growth in all these areas. To grow my life in all of them, I allocate my daily time around them. I have my blocks of time for spirituality, mind, body, relationship, and work. Whenever I feel that I under develop one area, I will put more effort to it.
