I guarantee you this, all you think you know about IPOB is just fallacy. IPOB are doing what they know how to do best. They are only Chest beating. It's more like clout chasing. But in reality, they lack the tactics to fight a War. In less than two months now, the Nigerian Galant Soldiers have Killed several IPOB top Commanders. That shows they are bunch of amateurs who only come online to Chest beat. IPOB will continue to loose against our Galant Northern Soldiers and Police.
Like I said earlier, I support Nigeria been restructured not break up,. for your information am better informed than you, those guys are not what you think they are.

That vegetable in Abuja and the those in his kitchen cabinet are all brain dead. They allowed their hate for Igbos to becloud their sense of reasoning. They kept dishing out threats and hate speeches against Igbos with other oppressive acts targeted at us. All these combined to make even the ardent Igbo believer in Nigeria to lose faith.

Nnamdi Kanu knows them even more than they know themselves. He keeps dragging them out and roping them in while they continue to fall into his trap. Immediately Yorubas formed Amotekun and Abuja warned SE errand boys governors not to do same, Nnamdi Kanu immediately saw a golden opportunity and he didn't waste time to form ESN. Now he has the initiative, a standing army! Again, he has continued to show the world that he is not the aggressor but only trying to protect his people and their interests.

If they fail to deescalate tensions now and continue with what they're doing in the East, this will most likely transform into a guerilla war which will eventually end in breakup.
Let me shock you, ipob said they are producing their weapons locally write? But what we don't know is the kind of weapons they are building, and it will not come from my own mouth, make Abuja just thread with care because they are in for a surprise if they think they can over power ipod.

FreeIgbos:
1. USSR vs Afghan Masses
When USSR invaded this poor and desert nation, they expected to easily and quickly rout the Mujahideen backed by the Afghan masses. However, to their horror, the war dragged on for years even though they won several battles against the Afghans, they eventually lost the war and the then superpower had to withdraw their forces with their tale in-between their legs.

2. United States vs Vietcongs
Just like the mighty USSR, America was unarguably the world's most powerful nation when the Vietnam war started. Again, they expected a quick win but to their shock, the Vietcongs were determined and even though they lost several battles against the superpower, they continued to hit back at the Americans from all angles of the Vietnamese jungles and eventually, the Americans had to concede defeat and withdraw.

3. Ethiopia vs Eritrean People
Ethiopia used to be a powerful nation, at least by African standards. They were the only African nation that defeated a colonial power, the Italians. However, when the long suffering Eritreans through the EPLF began a movement to have their own nation, Mengistu, the Ethiopian president responded by sending tanks and infantry into the Eritrean towns and villages. They even attempted to use terror in subduing the Eritreans, sometimes locking them up in Mosques and setting it ablaze. However, the Eritreans were determined. Even though they had no arms, they were able to use guerilla means to seize arms from Ethiopian forces and in the long, defeated the much stronger Ethiopian forces who had to withdraw in shame.

There are several other instances that occurred in the not so distant past and all ended in victory for the people against invading forces. If Ojukwu had used guerilla means with the mass support he had, Nigeria too wouldn't have been able to defeat Biafra, even with all the support it enjoyed from Britain and Russia.

Back to the struggle with IPOB, Nigeria is no doubt at its lowest ebb in history. The morale of its soldiers is at an all time low and are bugged down with fights in many fronts. Trying to use force or terror to beat the separatists into submission will obviously not work because they're enjoying mass appeal among the people. How many can they kill to make them give up? 10,000? 100,000? 1,000,000? Already, the Igbo elite and pressure groups are beginning to raise alarm of genocide. So how long can killing of civilians continue before Abuja is pressurized to give up?

If only the Nigerian government are wise and foresighted, they would have called IPOB and other separatists to a meeting to resolve issues holistically but they failed to do that on time, now the window is almost shut.
Inasmuch as I don't want Nigeria to break, Abuja is making a very big mistake, for security reasons which I will not like to say some certain things on this platform, but let it be known that Ipob is building capacity and they are trying to lure Abuja into what will be the end of Nigeria. Let them use there head and not sending boots to solve problem.

Green Africa, one of the new domestic airlines on the verge of acquiring its Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC), from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Wednesday said it would commence service with seven routes.

The airline is yet to fix date for the commencement of operations but it recently received its first ATR 72-600 aircraft as it firms up its AOC plan.

But on Wednesday it said it would launch 7 route network ahead of entry into service with direct connections from the commercial hub of Lagos (LOS) into Akure; Ilorin; Abuja; Enugu; Owerri and Port Harcourt.

The statement said additional cities within Nigeria will be added as the carrier scales its operations.

Plans are already underway to establish two more operational bases outside Lagos to stimulate air travel and provide more options to customers, it said, adding that its entry would facilitate increased economic and trade activities within Nigeria,

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the airline, Babawande Afolabi, said “Starting with our launch route network, we are crafting a network plan that will afford more customers the opportunity to pursue their economic interest or simply spend more time with family and friends. Our three key product offerings – gSaver, gClassicTM and gFlexTM will afford customers the value of choice and flexibility.”

Too much talk
Lagos is SW
SW is Yoruba
Whether aliens developed it or not is not related

The reason for your "airport prowess" is simple
Too much travel
You guys leave your region and go to other regions because they are far more viable economically
And let's not talk about the flourishing trade of contraband and hard drugs inter country in the east
The SW still has the highest GDP and GDP per capita

Conclusion: forget Lagos
Develop Anambra.
Why should I forget Lagos? Igbos own a substantial stack in Lagos, so as other ethnic groups, for your information it's everybody's common Wealth, I asked, why are other SW state lagging behind if really you guys are sophisticated as you claim? People already know that nothing is happening there and noting to show, imo state single handedly built their own airport same as Anambra likewise other state but give honour to whom honour is due not by acting like a never do well, for all I know is jealousy and hate is what you guys are known for.

So SW people don't travel? Mr. Man they do, but the problem is they are majorly in the lower class. Here in Abuja if you want to know where Yoruba's enters bus to there town and villages go to Geri junction along Abuja Kaduna express way, see them waving down buses and private cars on the highway shouting Oshogbo, Ibadan, Akure, ilesha etc. You will not see them at God is Good, ABC, The Young Motors, etc, because they can't afford it, so if they can't afford the executive buses is it plane they can afford?. TravelRe: Ibom Air, Dana Airline Seal Interline Agreement...first Of It's Kind.. by Ngorbungor(m): 2:27pm On May 01, 2021
Hunchogee:
After so many years of pushing by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Nigerian carriers Dana Air and Ibom Air yesterday reached agreement on the first interline/codeshare deal between both domestic airlines.

A codeshare agreement is a business agreement in which two or more airlines publish and market the same flights under their own airline designator and flight number, known as the airline flight code.

Industry experts believe that such interline or codeshare would enhance domestic airline operation, reduce flight delays and cancellation, cost of operation and generate more profits to the airlines participating in that agreement.

The Chief Operating Officer of Ibom Air, George Uriesi, who disclosed this at the quarterly Aviation Round Table (ART) breakfast meeting held virtually with the theme: ‘Utilising Interlining and Codeshare Agreements as Tools for Domestic Airlines Profitability and Passenger Comfort’, gave details of the extent at which his airline had gone to bring the innovation to fruition.

He stated that his airline just finished a long process of interlining with some Nigerian airlines, adding: “We are going to launch it by May 2021.”

Uriesi described the country’s airline industry as competitive because of proliferation of airlines for a small pool of market, which comes with lots of empty seats when aircraft doors are closed.

According to him, “We are on the last phase of the interline project. By May, we shall launch it. The challenge of it is to have partners who are organised and who meet up with the organisation of your company. Your workforce has to work together, seat together to look at your schedule, and integrate into your reservation system.”

The Director-General of NCAA, Musa Nuhu, commended the two airlines and Uriesi for the idea which he believes would help airlines to maximise profit and make air travel enjoyable for passengers and also eliminate delay and flight cancellations. Air, Dana Airline seal interline agreement

Same story, the little development we are seeing in today's Lagos was a collective effort, both the FG, and the private sector made Lagos what is it today, from 3rd mainland bridge to all the flyovers, major roads, and landmark buildings we are seeing today, are FG and private owned, I once challenge SW to replicate Ala'aba, Ladipo, Computer Village, Trade Fair in Ibadan, Oshogbo, Ado-Ekiti, Akure, Abeokuta let's see how sophisticated you guys are.

You talk of Ibadan been bigger than SE, I want you guys to know that it's not by landmass, even with your land mass you can't compete with imo state in terms of human capital, middle class, not talk of Anambra and that's is why Ibadan can't boost of a thriving airport, is it not a shame? Please take note of this, we have S.M Airport Owerri, A.I Airport Eungu, and now Anambra Airport, all in SE, and these Airport are not doing badly in passenger traffic ranking, SM Airport Owerri is the 4th, AI Airport Eungu is ranked 5th or 6th after Lagos, Abuja and PH Airport, dusting Kano and Kaduna Airport plus their International wing.

Where's the traffic gonna come from? How many people from Anambra are financially buoyant to board a flight? Are there Foreign Direct Investments in Anambra to drive traffic to the airport? The answer to all these questions is NO. It would have been better for the Government to use the Billions of Naira on this airport to drive FDI in the state before thinking about this. We have a lot of these aerodromes in the country, but they are not serving their purpose, because of lack of cost benefit analysis.
