For me I think to ensure security during the polls soldiers should be deployed but in case soldiers are too busy with 'security issues' in some part of the states I believe we av other law enforcement and para military organisations who can ensure the safety of lives and property during the polls such as the navy,police and DSS. It is not compulsory for the army to be used in case they are busy |

It is constitutional for INEC to do anything that brings credibility to the electoral process,No court of law can stop this.if INEC feels the card reader will bring more credibility to the process it is within their jurisdiction to use it and I repeat NO COURT OF LAW can stop this 1 Like |
