I'm a tenant in Lagos. And a Landlord elsewhere. At the end of the day it's your property. If it isn't well maintained it will lose rent value. I make it clear to my tenants that I'm responsible for coom areas. They are responsible for the internals.

Smh, I never said some landlords don’t do that, but why would I collect water and power bills for a house that I don’t live in. We never had such agreement, he was trying to play smart and I told him to leave the house at the expiration of his rent

I do not subscribe to violence but some tenants are extremely annoying. One even had the impudence to tell me that he thought I had collected water and electric bill with the house rent. Who does that?

To me, i think The Flash is the most powerful DC character ever. Someone who can traverse through time, change reality itself & construct it to suit himself if he pleases.

The Flash is quite powerful, but I do not think he comes close to some powerhouse in the DC universe
