Well as for me I'm cool with it since they're going with Prince Khufu and Sheyera reincarnation arc. Also that arc has been around for some time now, so it isn't as if they're appropriating White Roles for Blacks vice versa. It's a pretty solid arc too.

Besides we also need more Variety of Race(s) in DC. We'll be getting Black/Latino Catwoman and Black Gordon, so I don't mind. There wasn't much shout during these previous castings just continuity issues and concerns. I think it's because the Actor in question is unknown hence the massive backlash. Zoe Kravitz and Jeffrey Wright are well known, same can't be said for Aldis.

There is still a lot of back and forth going on SM and YouTube for Dc’s choice of who would play Hawkman, I’d have also love to have a caucasian play him but the argument about the reincarnation stuff is pretty solid, so right now I’m just going with whatever they do. What do you guys think, did they cast right?
