I have a friend that is separated from her husband presently and she has married another man traditionally. The first marriage was a court and traditional marriage. She wants to go ahead with a court wedding with her new husband but I had to counsel her to first divorce properly from her first husband before going to court with her new husband. The problem now is that most of the courts now are shutdown due to covid-19 and the money the lawyer is asking for is close to 200k.
