coogar: the woman threatened to continue the journey & this was the reason the guy was getting his suitcases to continue the journey on foot. She`s responsible for his death. Family bank card indeed, the bank card belongs to the man. |
2CatWoman: Typical naija male response. Abi you were there?I don`t know where you live but if you had an inkling what goes on over there with our women as i do, you will believe. |
coogar: let's hope she can live with killing her hubby..She definitely stopped, refusing to continue with the journey to the heathrow and her husband decided to look for an alternative. Now the world is hers. |
Without any charges they cannot hold her? On what charges is she being held? Questioning and investigating are two different things. An investigation can take years. If she was being held for questioning then she should have been free by now. Charge her or release her. They cannot charge her because there's nothing to charge her with
You are kind of jumping the gun, being charged is the end point of the investigations. please let the law take it`s course. She is his account manager, she had access to his millions. |
They should question her and let her go. They have no right to hold her indefinitely. How long does it take to question someone especially as it looks like there is no foul play
Since she was the last person that spent time with congressman before his death, her detention and interrogation is the first step in investigating the circumstances surrounding his death. Investigations can take a day, a week, a month or more. The investigating team have the LEGAL right to withhold her freedom until investigations winds up. Mind you, some offences are not bailable. As per your assertion that it does not look like there is foul play : DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK THROUGH THE COVER, all options cannot be taken off the table, anything is possible, particularly in that country called Nigeria. |
ICHIEMAN: And how many messiah has God given us through PDP in d country. Charity begins at home, happiness begins at home and the messiah u're yarning about will begin at home. Anything good can't surface out from sumtin bad..a messiah for Ndi Anambra cannot come from APC or PDP.I disagree. A lot of very credible Ndi Anambra were members of APC and PDP as well as APGA. I'm from Anambra state and I'm one of the few that is party blind. My own politicking is about good candidates who can transform Anambra state positively, not parties. I do not want to categorize you as one of those who MUST vote for APGA even if PDP and APC candidates are far more credible and accomplished achievers. |
otijah: I no even fit read am finish sef. Old crime come long like this, not even a summary.Kids all over nairaland. |
warrior01: Pls, what's not fair about the election? If it favours your amala party, it will automatically be credible but once it comes out otherwise, you people will start with your rubbish propaganda. Now, we know better. Anambrarians rejected you and we will continue to do so.Boy, do you vote for candidates or political parties?. God sometimes sends a messiah to cleanse and make a country great. Nigeria is one of those countries that desperately needs that kind of messiah. So if that messiah surfaces on the Nigerian political terrain, you wouldn't vote for him or her due to political party affiliation. Nigeria's democracy will not make any headway if people like you will not vote for credible candidates because of the party the person belong to. Just as was the case during the 2nd republic when any animal can win an election in any of the core northern States so long as it's a member of NPN. |
The Trojan horse have laid bare their mode of operation. Even before they embark on each operation, JTF must give the go ahead order. They once contributed to engineer the transfer of any JTF member who represents a stumbling block to them and their activities. |

topsyking: NFA SACK KESHI NOW B4 IS TOO LATE.. AND SAVE US FROM EMBARRASMENT IN RIOFool, teenager who knows nothing about football. |
ogologodimkpa: ReallyPeople like you buttresses the point that Nigeria is really doomed. So if a good man or woman who can turn that drowning ship called Nigerian in the positive direction is contesting, you will not vote for the person b/c of party affiliation?. Soon you will be in the front seat, bemoaning the pathetic state of affairs in the country. |
Akinmail: dear niseamaker,My future is 90% safe and secure. It wouldn't have been if I'm reliant on Nigerian politicians. If you're one of those youths hoping on Ngige, fashola, buhari, Peter obi or even Jonathan to formulate policies that will positively impact your life, be prepared to waste your entire life in the process. |
I don't understand the cause of all these hullabalo. Going by the results of the poll, even if the whole of idemili north was given to APC, Ngige would still lose. In other words, even if INEC decides to carry out a rerun,Ngige can not amass enough votes to win. Make everybody go sleep jor.
From available information, swapping the authentic results with falsified results was widespread. So many voters were disenfranchised. The pdp candidate, tony nwoye and members of his family couldn't cast their votes. Look, I'm from Anambra State and I couldn't vote cos I'm unavailable. I do not support any of the candidates cos I believe they're the same. Whoever wins, at the end of his tenure, Anambra State will remain the same. The mess will continue to flourish: unemployment, epileptic power supply, no running water and above all, insecurity of lives and properties. At the end of all these ravings and rantings, the people will continue to lose. |
kaeto: My fiancee is circumcised, i discovered it a bit late and we were too deep in love already, and also never had the choice of saying no, i have never had sex with her and don't know what our marriage holds for us, enjoyable sex or not, i don't know, and (i am a guy that can have 10 rounds of s.ex in a day for a consecutive lenghty number of days,) though i don't indulge since many years i met her, i need serious help.if the above is true, you`re in a heck of trouble. |
ndidibabe: By the way, I was circumcised and can not remember if I passed through any pain because I was probably very young then. However, while in boarding school, I found it irritating when I see girls with the extra meat. I am just happy to be circumcised. On the other hand, my hubby always say I would have enjoyed 'intimacy' more If I wasn't circumcised but I don't agree.Your hubby is right, ndidi. circumcision is the trimming or the cutting off of the clit-ris. The clit-ris is the centre of s-xual pleasure in women. |

cute bobo: Gov. Fashola as been a man of great vision for lagos but to me, all his policies as not always been in favour of an average resident of lagos. For example, the stopping of commercial bikes from some areas, the restriction of keke napep, now the restriction of commercial vehicle to 8 hours work a day. I have been to some city in nigeria like ijebu, abeokuta, ekiti and found out Ibadan is still much more bearable to ordinary man compare to all these cities. Though Ijebu, ekiti abeokuta govt as not done anything to worsen the life of some people even though the standard of living there is high. Most people do ask me if I will like to live in Lagos which is like a small london to some people, but will say no which as always been a thing of surprise to them. I love ibadan. Ajisebi Oyo lari, Oyo kise egbe baba enikankan. How do u find the policies of GOV. Fashola? The question goes to all even if u are not a resident of Lagos.Lagos is the most chaotic city I have ever visited. The perenial traffic jams, over-population, noise and air polution made Lagos very unattractive to live in. An ABC reporter once described Lagos as a disgrace of a city. |
rafhell: SHE IS OLD.What`s wrong with being old?.We all will get old sooner or later, yourself inclusive. |
CFCfan: Once again, that was a friendly. I'm talking about being unbeaten in world cup, nations cup qualifiers and the 2000 Nations cup. The final, which Cameroon won on penalties, is statistically/officially regarded as a draw.Cameroon DEFEATED Nigeria in the finals of the 2000 African nations cup via penalties. Meaning : Nigeria LOST that competitive match. A football match lost via penalty shoot out is a DEFEAT, not a technical draw. At the blast of the final whistle, a football match is either won, lost, or drawn. |
