onomeasike: This is the other guy handcuffed with Pharmacist Nonso,I made enquiries from his colleagues and they said he was not even the one the police framed for supplying the alleged perpetrators with drugs and they kept wondering how by simply working in the same pharmacy as nonso makes you a suspect and suspecting another pharmacist becomes that you are a suspect too and should be arraigned and incacerated unjustly.For Gods sake,what is this country turning into?
According to his colleagues,they said `Osita said that since the incident was reported and Nonso arrested the police have been coming to harrass them in the pharmacy and because he does not have any reason to bribe anybody,he has been cooperating until this past sunday when the police came to arrest him and said that he shoud go and establish his innocence before the court on monday.(haba!!)

2mch: I believe he is culpable. That is why as a professional you are responsible, there are certain ethics and guidelines you must follow. Otherwise you will face criminal charges. It even says it on the bottle, that you need a prescription. Are we saying he is blind? Or he cannot comprehend English? He has been criminally negligent and an accessory to murder. Will he tell people he did not know what they wanted to use such a drug for? As a pharmacist, why did he not ask them to go and bring a prescription from a certified doctor. I am sure these guys consulted him on the type of drug they were looking for. How many young guys can know this type of drug without consultation. Did he do his job by alerting the police when these guys probably consulted him? Forget story, he is culpable. Just like all those murdering quack doctors are also culpable. The ones that give fake diagnosis, kill people in their hospitals and advice them to go and die at home. smh. I believe we should bring back capital punishment. Too many people getting away with murder these days. . We have many professionals that collude with criminals for financial gain.

otokx: Since the position of University vice chancellors were politicized and their salaries escalated from that of normal professors who earn about 500k monthly to about N4m with so many perks including police escorts and siren they started attracting the attention of kidnappers, both they and their immediate members of their families. Yes kidnapping is bad and we all condemn it but this action of the vice chancellors in securing a unique package for themselves is equally as bad.

Imagine a VC going from his official residential quarters to the vice chancellor office using police escort and siren almost running us university staff from the road - that is how low things have got. In the past a VC was not so different from the normal lecturer, in fact during my MBA program the VC then left his office matters to lecture us in a particular course as he was bored and tired of the administrative monotony. He drove himself to the classroom in his old 504 then, now this one is using Jeep plus escort to oppress everybody.

Let them negotiate to N40m and pay up fast before the poor man would die there.

Niseamaka: This forum is filled to the brim with haters.Charley Boy came back from the US after his studies with his American wife and established his immensely successful entertainment business, creating numerous employment opportunities. Almost every project he veered into had turned into gold. Why should anyone classify him as a shame simply due to his dress mode and lifestyle.
