Herrera’s passing limitations is what makes him a squad player level and not a great talent.
His positioning, tackling, work rate are all top notch.
He is many things, but good passer is not one of them.

Doc, I guess he doesn't do it often, but when he does it, it's always with some level of accuracy. Herrera turns up in big games, playing his heart out and capitalizing on mistakes by opponents to give final passes to strikers. He has done that on many occasions.

I probably would have kept Herrera, at least for his work rate and other qualities you have mentioned.

Herrera is a very hardworking player and good passer of the ball. I would only replace Matic, then add one more player to the midfield. Pogba is still the lead in that midfield.

Obviously, you don't get it. There is one thing those guys have, that you don't have yet, well respected and regarded passports.

Bracelum is absolutely right. You don't go and get yourself into close to 150k USD debt because of a BS business school. What is your purpose or goal of getting an MBA? You might as well go to Lagos Business School or even UNILAG, if you are not sure of the reasons for going for an MBA.

Top 20 schools in US, top 5 in UK, top 10 in the whole of Europe, top 2 in Canada, maybe one or two in Australia should be your target if you want to get into top Investment Banks and consulting firms.

You need to to be wise in your decisions and dealings.

BCG has a mentorship/scholarship program for year 1 MBA students in North America, please find below list of schools they are focusing on. Am sure it's the same for McKinsey and Bain & Co. In Europe, these guys target grads from LBS and INSEAD. Hard to see someone from non target schools get into these firms.

This is applicable to Investment Banking too.
