Personally, I think the reason you are able to save #315k in the space of 3 and half months (judging by your dates) is because you have someone to share bills with. It's a good thing you do not have a girlfriend because it would have birthed a couple more complications with no insult intended to the female folks. More expenses and more urges to own a place. If I were in your shoes, I would hang around with the sister and save more. And when I have saved enough, the first thing I'm doing with the savings is starting a business not even getting an apartment. It's good to long for these basic essentialities but believe me you still have time to live and relive every moment.
I would be more interested in saving and setting up a business than yearning to own a space that would further deplete my savings and to-come earnings.
For now, keep saving.

It seems you didn't lay out rules to your employee or she saw you were too soft and she now feels she can do anyhow as she likes. You need to put your foot down and tell her not to mix her job with religion. I've seen Muslim bosses who wouldn't let their employees pray unless they're on break and they're noy to pray at the job o, they go to praying grounds or mosques to do that. If your employee can not balance her career with her religious life, then you have no choice but to let her go.

There is this how Pa Collegenews writes, I think I'm not wrong if I say I can spot his update if he writes with a different moniker.
Might be hard to really explain how he does it. He writes trying to pass a main message, then passes another sublime and important message. Make some more important notes and still stay keyed to the main intended message. Lol
Everytime I read from him, I stay alerted to expect several notes all in one body of message. Kai, it's difficult to explain.
I just can't help but smile and admire his pattern of writing and everytime I read, I just hope the update doesn't finish.
