Family › Re: Some Of The Problems We Have Today In Our Marriages, Is From Our Upbringing. by nlPoster: 8:11am On Nov 26, 2019
Hadeehart101:
We are working on the culture ish.

The only certain thing in life is death. We are working towards not splitting up but if circumstances beyond our control come into play, there's little or nothing we can do about it.
Nigerian marriage is not a synonym for death.

If you believe it is, why not remain single.

I've mentioned earlier, you folks should stop this type of talk, your mouth is for you alone, not other people.

Have you given your life to Christ btw? He can heal your spirit.

Sexuality section, not romance.

Galatians 6

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

OpenYourEyes1:
Would you accommodate an unrepented sinner in your "church"?
Most Nigerian churches especially are full of unrepented sinners.

That isn't news.

If you find them there, are you going to ban them from coming? What if they outnumber the repented sinners, what would you do in that case.
Christianity Etc › Re: How To Know You're Truly Saved As A Believer, And Not Just Decieving Yourself by nlPoster: 7:33am On Nov 26, 2019
You only perish if you are serving a God who you believe would perish you.

Most of you people's rage and evil wishes are directed more at fellow Christians than non Christians.

Any thinking person would realize there is a problem.

It's not by force to comment unless you believe your rudeness is because you're ill bred.

Nowhere in the bible says that unless I dont get your meaning.

You isolate yourself if you have a communicable illness. Seek medical attention as soon as possible if required.

Otherwise, treat yourself as necessary.

Pray for healing.

If your thread is not about this, you can explain.
Romance › Re: Help, My Husband Keeps Insisting I Stop Talking To Strangers by nlPoster: 7:10am On Nov 26, 2019
JaneKenedy:
Sorry! I didn't know you have a problem with that. Telling about my virginity.
I added it because there's a generalized idea that you hardly see a girl go through University, and at that age, a virgin. smiley

That is to say, throughout our courting time, I didn't break my stand with him that was my fiance then, why would I now.

About talking with people, I mentioned it earlier.
One thing he liked me for is that I always tell him where I was and with whom then and even now.
He knows I don't paint stories

Thanks though for your reply
You're welcome.

The virginity mention I consider unnecessary detail because virginity does not preclude you from talking to people or anything you described in the write up which I haven't read fully btw.

Oh God... Read it well "These set of guys"!!!
"Are always testing everything" is not possibility but your statement of fact.

All you need to say is you meant figuratively speaking, jeez.

Could we keep relationship mentions off the thread and just stick to topic.

I really dont know why you people always think of relationships whenever you see me.

When I heard I sent my nude pictures to a nler, I knew for sure these folks can literally say and do anything as people who lack conscience and morals.

Their tactics now include changing their posts after you quote them, then gaslighting you that nothing of the sort happened.

They are up to something as usual.

I also sometimes modify my posts if they can be misinterpreted, but I wouldn't deny I did that if I actually did. In addition, I dont edit myself with malicious intent to defame somebody.

Just the usual NL meddling in other people's business.

Just another user insulted, provoked in a similar fashion and when I retaliated mods banned me but left the (person) who insulted me alone. So yes I dey vex for the treatment to my person and their bias in general.
The site operates on a buddy system, the mods and admin have their buddies who can do no wrong, versus the buddies' enemies who can do no right. And of course they stand with their buddies.

That's just how it is.

Nice, but instead of copying themes from elsewhere, I'd say an original design might be appropriate.
