Say what you mean, I dont like this Nigerian habit of "if you know you know" which people use as an excuse to not express themselves . And you want everybody to believe you are smart.

Quit hiding behind other people, say what's on your mind. It's not like you need a microphone to talk here. Type it.

Weird things? No!

Weird gift? Yes. A lady got me a portrait of myself.

Reason i saw it as something weird then was because I never expected such from a Nigerian lady.
huh

I believe there are female artists in Nigeria.

I think you mean you didn't expect it from your friend or associate.

Why are some posters pushing second wife and blah blah orisirisi on the thread? Is the OP a second wife?

Also playing tag "name and shame" as if nobody can see what they're doing?

And what was your answer? undecided
nairalandposter:
Are there any discussions or readings of Shakespeare on nairaland?

That is more important than this question (and topic), in my opinion.

I read the complete works of Shakespeare in elementary or was it secondary school, till now I have not seen any Nigerian under a particular age who I can discuss with.
undecided

Anas09:
You can discuss it with me? Which of the books do you want to discuss?
Most of your threads and comments seem to be in religion and politics, with an occasional foray into literature. (Correct me if I'm wring).

Are you saying you have an interest in Shakespeare, or you feel you know enough to engage in a thread discussing Shakespeare's works? The two premises are not the same.

In any case, name any of Shakespeare's works you'd like to mention, we can start from there.

For example, which ones are your favorite, or you consider noteworthy.
