CND1: And you were banned for a good reason. You clearly can see all the Nairaland rules before you make any posts - yet you continue to spam your content across the various threads - thereby breaking Nairaland Rule 18. And when you are reported and get banned you continue on with multiple alternate monikers - thereby breaking Nairaland Rule 19. Scammers like breaking rules to get what they want. Hence, if you continue with your rule-breaking activities on this forum you will continually be reported to the mods. All your other alternative monikers are already being reported to the mods and will be banned within 24 hours. Have a good weekend. 1 Like |

theMagnet: "You go stop to dey do work wey dem no send you" Your reasoning here resembles a dysfunctional society (like Nigeria, for example) in which the citizens (i.e. forum members like yourself) only look to the leaders and/or constituted authorities (e.g. the Mods) to be the ones to encourage and enforce that people abide by the laws (i.e. forum rules) while the citizens avoid doing anything, nor reporting anything, nor saying anything when they see another citizen breaking and abusing the law; just because they feel it is "not their problem". Well, it is a problem - when I see the forum littered with spam content and ads (in irrelevant places) from forum members unconcerned about how their rule-breaking actions and activities (e.g. spamming ads) negatively affect the overall Nairaland experience for others (both old and new members). And these same forum members exploit loopholes in the system (e.g. creating multiple alternate accounts) just to spam their content with impunity nor without fear of real repercussions; just because they can "freely" create an another account when banned. My goal is to rid Nairaland of forum rule-breakers and rule-abusers. Especially members who, unrepentantly, break and abuse forum rules 1, 12, 16, 18, and 19. There are fewer Mods than are forum members, hence Mods cannot catch every rule-breaker/abuser. As such, I do not see my goal misaligned with the objectives of the Mods; which does include ensuring these forum rules are upheld, in their respective sections, asides regular content and discussion moderation. Hence, do not foresee a ban directly from Mods, rather what I do anticipate is backlash from rule-breaking forum members being upset that someone is actually telling them to adhere to the forum rules. Rules which are already clearly defined and visible to members even before they publish comments on any thread. That being said, to avoid derailing this thread; no further comments will be made on this note. Have a good day. 1 Like |

Stevavvy: Kindly receive sense and stop spamming the forum threads with your ads which abuse and break forum rules. You are breaking (and abusing) rules 18 and 19 Rule 18: Don't spam the forum by advertising in the wrong places or posting the same content many times. - On multiple forum threads you have been spamming this same ads content. Rule 19: Don't use alternate accounts to access Nairaland after being banned. If you do, make sure we don't find out. - This is not your first time breaking and abusing rule 18 nor is it your first alternate account used to spam your ads. Continue your current approach and you will be reported to the Mods and all your accounts (including those alternate accounts you recently created) will be permanently banned within the next 24 hours. |

PrimeWatermark: You can raise that feedback to the Mods as well as to Mr. Seun; in the right channels. Breaking and abusing forum rules just to get your message across never helps and additionally reduces the credibility of the business you're advertising; as it strongly suggests to prospective customers of your business that you don't mind abusing rules just to get what you want. And if you're doing so on a faceless forum, such as Nairaland, what does that say of your (business) practices in real-life. While the permanent ban is nothing new for you (and probably for most who do get banned) the main reason why it seems that way is only because the repercussion(s) do not carry monetary/costly weight on your business - your moniker is what is banned; and you simply go create another. This is a major flaw in the current forum ban-system which many, including yourself have been taking advantage of for months and years. If to say, for example, for every new alternate account(s) you created (to 'escape' a ban) your business had at least N1,000 deducted from it, I'm certain you would apply some more thought to your actions. But, unfortunately, I do not make the forum rules; creating alternate accounts is "free". However, those forum rules were put in place by Mr. Seun and his team for a reason. That being said, raising to the Mods and Mr. Seun your feedback would be the ideal path to take. Perhaps reaching out to the Mods of the section(s) (you mentioned the Education section earlier) to see what can be done as a workaround for the situation you cited. Either way, breaking and abusing forum rules is not the way to do it; and will just be counterproductive for you in the long-term, because your account(s) will continually get reported to the Mods and be taken down; slowing your overall progress and 'marketing' efforts (i.e. if your work is legit). To avoid derailing this thread no further responses will be made on this note. |

ProQuality3338: Unfortunately none of your "prayers" will work. The God you're praying to doesn't answer the prayer(s) of rule-breakers. Hence, you're shooting your ownself in the foot. Nobody is out to tarnish your image as you claim. Scammers are made up of people who break rules to achieve their own gain at the expense of laws in-place. If you claim you are not a scammer then stop breaking and abusing forum rules to spam your ads. It's pretty simple. Over the course of this past week (and even several weeks prior) you have create tens of alternate accounts to continually spam your ads. You are in violation of forum rules 1, 18, and 19; Rule 1: Please post all threads in the right section, and don't derail threads by posting off topic. Rule 18: Don't spam the forum by advertising in the wrong places or posting the same content many times. Rule 19: Don't use alternate accounts to access Nairaland after being banned. If you do, make sure we don't find out. You continue to create those alternate accounts to spam your content across this forum because you have no fear of repercussion(s) whenever the Mods ban you - you simply create another alternate account and continue spamming. "You've worked with more than 100 nairalanders" - And ? How many alternate accounts have you created on this forum to spam your content ? This is not the first year you've started this. Definitely more than 20 alternate accounts you have created; between today and middle of last year, if not even much more. That alone strongly suggests you're an unrepentant forum rule-breaker. These are example of alternate accounts you created just today for the purpose of spamming your content: "Cool1Design", "Quality5Job", "Top7Graphics". You knowing-fully break and abuse forum rules. If every time you create one of those alternate accounts your business lost at least N1,000 I'm pretty sure you'd think twice about continuing your spamming-activities. If you cannot find legit ways to advert your business on this forum without breaking and abusing any of the forum rules; you will get the exact same result as right now - your account(s) being reported to the Mods and permanently banned within the next 24 hours. Enough said. 1 Like |

ExcellentJob111: Clearly, at this point, your business is a scam. You seem to have a real problem obeying forum rules with the numerous alternate accounts you continue to create to spam your ads on the forum threads. "Cool34Graphics", "ProJobX0", "BestOne344" are all your alternate accounts. Kindly receive sense and stop spamming the forum threads with your ads which abuse and break forum rules. You will be reported to the Mods and all your accounts (including those alternate accounts you recently created) will be permanently banned within the next 24 hours. |

ahmedzippa: Irrespective of the number of accounts you have nor if you've been here since March 10, 2005 (when Mr. Osewa registered his account) or just came in today (January 8th) forum rules are still forum rules - many of which I very much doubt were created by you. Your current account is breaking and abusing forum rule-18 on multiple threads; Rule 18: Don't spam the forum by advertising in the wrong places or posting the same content many times. Hence, if you are very well versed in the Nairaland forum rules, as you allege to be, then you should have absolutely no problem in following those rules and nor have to be told what is right or wrong as regards them. 1 Like |
