platinumricky: am sure the girl was only thinking of the present... she should hv gotten a video of him unclad to blackmail him instead, that wud be more like killing two birds with one stone - she wud hv passed with flying colours and made a lot of dough in the process, this could hv literally made him her slave... instead she blew it! she better gets her transcript ASAP becuz she wont graduate from that school... the other lecturers will witchhunt her.
Exactly! she didn't weigh d other side of the coin. A video would hv been better, she would hv gotten M.Sc instead of B.A,
Anything she wants, d maga for dey play dey go
PoliticsRe: Ejigbo, Ikotun Residents Decry Poor State Of Road, petition Fashola by nmagirl(f): 12:15pm On Jun 10, 2013
This Same Kehinde Bamigbite was recognised as the best LCDA chairman. Pls i want to ask OO "what was the criteria used in rating him as d best, roads?, water?, light?, hospitals (health), schools, other projects/infrastructures? etc. was there any physical inspection? For God's sake him and whosoever rated him as the best are bunch of hypocrites and criminals. It is only in Ejigbo that u can see a drainge open without being closed or cemented. It is already causing gully erosion. Kayode/powerline street has been on construction for yrs. still open gutters and using asphalt on d road. It's taking them hundred yrs to complete. At the end they will commission that child's play the are doing there. I live in that area and I know what are facing. It's terrible. The worst LCDA chairman in Lagos state is Kehinde, he's a disgrace to whoever he's representing. THERE IS NO TARRED ROAD IN THE WHOLE OF EJIGBO LCDA aside the major road that links to Ikotun which is in a sorry state now. Fashola is working, ACN is working!!, Eko oni baje! ( I hear u) Eko don baje te te

@babyandbump thanks for the advice and encouragement.
@Dreamsinbc Amen oo
You guys are wonderful. My problem is to overcome fear now and match myself down to hospital. After that first surgery i nearly died of bleeding. I bled non-stop for nearly a week. The more blood they transfuse, the more it gets out, it was a horrible experience. I passed out so many times but God said it's not yet time.

You know what really happened is that the fibroid was not inside the womb, so i was given a cut at the right hand side (just a small cut at the pant line to drain out blood) a tiny tube was connected from there to the operation area; That was where i was bleeing from. they change the dressing almost every 10mins of which by then the bed sheet and everything would have been soaked with blood. If i try n stand up blood will be gushing down my leg. i dnt always like talking about it cos it was horrible.

One I will tell u guys d full testimony. When God said it's not yet ur time to die; even if u have a handshake with death, u'll come back alive.

Anyway,i pray God will give me the courage to go back to hospital again. Love u all here!!!! May God remove every shame and reproach from us.
HealthRe: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by nmagirl(f): 4:15pm On May 28, 2013
i have been following dis thread for yrs now without commenting cos there r some situations that one doesn't know hw to handle.I had a fibroid operation @27yrs old (the fibroid is outside the womb like a lump,no heavy menses or bleeding) ie like 3 yrs ago. Before the surgery, i did HSG, scan and other tests. It was found out that i have one blocked tube and ovarian cyst. Every other thing was normal. The dr said i can concieve with one open tube.Meanwhile i have had three pregnancies before the surgery(although i miscarried). Now dis is three yrs after the surgery, no sign of pregnancy, no ovulation mucus coming out again. I always feel dry whenever dh touched because of pain during BD. Doctors says is cos of the cycst but can't operate since it small and non-cancerous that with time it will go.

Pls, my sisters in the house, what should i do. i need advice. I have passed through a lot that am scared of going to hospital again. once in a while (monthly) i always have dis serious pain in my lower abdomen that i will be vomiting and feel like dying. As am writing dis am in tears. pls i need help, has anybody gone through dis before? baby dust to all of us.

Our Judicial/Legal system is one of the worst thing that has ever happened to this country. the most corrupt of them all (anyway that will be a discussion for another day). They don't have one single conscience!! Money talks, right? One day we will all stand at the judgement throne and the greatest judge of all will give the final verdict. Every one will be rewarded according to his/her deeds. 50k as bail for N8,500 goat? God is watching!

IGBO-SON:
Umu-Ada!.....a very powerful group of women in any extended family, trust me! shocked
Umu-Ada, the ones who destroys other women's home n marriages
......... who dictactes to a woman how she should live with her husband
Who sent their brothers wife packing without trying to resolve the problem or giving husband n wife chance to reconcile their differences.
The ones who leave their husband homes and who refuses to marry or stay in marriage.
Umu-ada...........the ones who beats a fellow woman and naked her publicly because she refuse to join August meeting (as if it is by force to join a group)
The ones who maltreats another woman because she is not from their town (jealousy and hatred)

The ones who are so quick to accuse a woman for killing her husband and ever-ready to shave her hair, liaise with the lazy and greedy kinsmen to strip the woman of her husbands properties, the ones who collects a woman's child from her and send her away without allowing her to have access to her child...............

Umu Ada, Umu Ada............ it is so uncountable. they are the tools that the evil kinsmen use to achieve their plan.

Before you start telling me that it is a lie, I am talking out of experience. My mother was a victim of Umu Ada Until she drag them to court and won the case because Women Affairs intervened. Igbos have a long way to go with some of their stupid cultures.

PoliticsRe: State Of Emergency Declared In Borno, Yobe and Adamawa by nmagirl(f): 12:10pm On May 15, 2013
lee007: Jonathan is the dumbest President ever, very ignorant Nigerians are hailing this decision, the basis of the declaration of state of emergency is already defeated if the governors are kept in power... THRE IS NO STATE OF EMERGENCY WITH THE GOVENORS IN OFFICE!!!

Nigerians are so easy to govern because of our short memory, if you follow the decisions GEJ has taken on boko-haram, you will see that it is filled with blunders and political undertones rather than the interest of the security of the nation.
He once declared them as ghosts, offered amnesty and even set up committee....suddenly they are to be 'smoked' out by this dead on arrival state of emergency? Common? this was just a way to dissolve the governors forum, even my grandmother know that!

STOP CELEBRATING MEDIOCRITY NIGERIANS!

The Military has been in Maiduguri for close to three years still the menace is spreading and spreading fast...Boko-haram is like fire, you need to deal with it from source not just the flames....some key individuals are the source and the members are just flames there is little you can do to flames if the source of ignition is still active!

This Aba made state of emergency is going after the flames and leaving the 'source' in power. IT WON'T WORK!!!

Jonah Grow some Balls and stop playing balls with the lives of millions of Nigerians......I dey Vex!!!
Reading through all the comments got my thinking why Nigerians forget things easily but you just said what is in my mind.
your comment is the only sensible thing i have read here. STATE OF EMERGENCY WITH THE GOVERNORS AND ALL THEIR ADMINISTRATORS DOWN TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT STILL IN CHARGE? C,MON THAT'S NOT IT. TO ME RETARDEEN NEED TO STOP DOING THINGS HAPHAZARDLY.

One advice i have for you is to either change the mods now or do something about them. For crying out! the topics that make front page this days doesn't make sense at all. Who wears it better?, who dresses better, can you rock this etc. Give us something useful please.

As for rule no.17, we are waiting for you to change it or remove it entirely. We are not in a Sharia forum.

konn: go and sit down mumu ibos that can call their mother and father by name no single atom of respect is it too much to kneel down and greet a woman that gave birth to ur husband? senseless fellow
Calling ur parents by their name is not sign of disrespect so far as they r not complaining. But all dis yoruba eye-service and hypocrisy is rubbish. They can kneel down n greet u and turn back n call u oloshi. Does it make any sense that u cannot express urself to ur elder ones and let them know ur mind and anger whenever u r offended? I am married to a yoruba guy n i love him so much but their hypocritic attitude pisses me off like calling the younger sisters that am older than Aunty dis n dat -reason-because i met them in the family yet they call me by my first name. Abeg! make una go siddon jare. i do my own things my own way. Anybody that want to be offended should be. I love them so much but they know am not out for all those because i am not from their tribe. They doesn't force anything on me besides I am their best daughter-in-law. be urself from d onset. they will love u. Don't pretend.
