Didn't get the information on time and all the banks around me kept delaying my payment saying there is no network. I registered courses but couldn't register exam. Will they ever reopen it. huh

I went to a private school but wrote my waec in a govt school and yes I was dealt with for refusing a subject, infact because of refusing a subject I was made not to write the others in waec,. Thanks to God for neco.so guy stop arguing baseless.
