His followers still stand tortures and persecution till today. Should we examine the biography of this son of god who ,I suppose, Journeyed many light years from the heavenly above to reside amongst men for 33yrs?.

What is the legacy that this most august visitor left for humanity, particularly Africa?

Did he visit Africa? Did go on a world tour?
He just confined himself to a few villages for 33yrs and left, and the rest of the world just expected to hear about it and believe?

And even if he did come, and so what?

What exactly did he achieve for himself, or for mankind. In what way did his being amongst humans, advance the human race in any meaningful and positive way, compare to the great men of history?

I am quite sure you are going to say that he came to do some spiritual mumbo jumbo work!
To that I would say: Really?
Why come to Earth, a physical world , to do a spiritual work?
Since we are currently living in a physical world, Infact the only world we know, of what use is, or has spiritual work ever been to mankind?

Show me an iota of proof that whatever spiritual transformation Jesus came to perform actually worked in any way.

lagerwhenindoubt: Who says atheists are not attacked by Spirits.. I had one nasty experience one Saturday morning around 4 AM after heavy partying through Friday. the last Club we visited had a barman we owed for drinks since last year. we managed to add more debt to our book by drinking on credit promising to pay before we left.. man it was so messed-up. as I drove home I noticed the barman in my back seat staring at me.. but he disappeared as soon as i looked back. almost ran into a parked danfo.

No one told me what to do on Monday morning.. this has really affected my notions about spirits, they make nasty barmen

Debeloved87: Since you were once a sound christian as a deeper life, i would advice you to go back to your bible and "study" Genesis 1-3, God is a perfect God and a God of love..things only got awry with the disobedience and rebellion of lucifer,...and since then God has been ordering the process of putting humanity back into its perfect shape..heaven is a perfect place, hell is horrible, earth is the battle field..we that have grown to know our left from our right has the responsibility of securing our days with the word of God lest we be caught by the enemy, those that are departed being in christ, only God has the perfect understanding of the reason HE took them at that time...so brother, please dont be caught by the wave of doubt spread from the pit of hell by the enemy, dont forget that the earth is presently a battle field but with God we shall overcome..Rev 12:11-"..and they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the power of their testimony and they live not their live unto death".
