You can only talk at the level of that which you know. Which in itself is insignificant, vis-a-vis the knowledge in the galaxy of galaxies.

For you to call something crap, it means you know everything about it, which is not possible, considering the fact that you only using less than 15% of your brain. It is like saying people should not use hospital because we have fake doctors.

on the 6th of Feb NNPC has a date with the house of reps on some issues. Then on the 7th & 8th of Feb there is going to be NNPC top mgt meeting decisions on staffing, refineries,transfers and revamping will be taken. So be it court case or no court case definitely this February things will be concluded.

Anybody giving us a timeline is based on the personal assessment of the individual based on the situation of things. I have once handled a recruitment in which I should have the final say but still needed to get a final approval from DPR. Non of us in that organization would imagine that DPR approval would take us upto 3 months. This recruitment is tighed to a number of other things with various timelines. Until everything is aligned, our sources will just be speculating based on their personal assessment of the state of readiness. We need to calm down. Once letters are printed with resumption date, it will be difficult to shift. There is also no how letters will be sorted and given to dispatch coys without the info coming out. So let’s just relax.

If any info comes he will be the first to know coz he now has someone der,.. Someone whom he sent 10k for recharge card on Thursday last week, so she can be calling him for info..if the parents of Rich kids are this desperate for this job, then . Pls u guys should mind the way you mention my moniker unnecessarily.. If I have an update, I give, if not, don't push me... Respect...

Even with the age limit NNPC has put in place we have more than a million applicants and 9k+ interviewed for the jobs, how many will get the APL?
Like my interviewer mentioned "we are looking for the best of the best".
My point is even when every Nigerian in Nigeria applies, not even 1/7th will get in. So what's the point of not having requirements that includes age?

We just have to revamp our entire education system to meet proper standards not keeping hold of mediocracy.

Although I am among the microscopic few that was privilege to graduate below 23 years but let us consider the inadequacy of the system that produce these graduates .The unsteady academic calendar and incessant strike .All this were caused as a result of our government lackadaisical attitude. Since they are the cause, they should find a way to accommodate most of these graduate that were affected age wise. The best way is to shorten their service years but no graduate should be disqualified because of age.

In your case study, you should remember that an appointment has already been made, and a faction take the other to court, and the court then grant a status quo. Its a lot different from an ongoing recruitment where no appointment has been made by any authority. Remember a public office can't be vacant until decisions are taken,but a company as an entity can even be shut down until decisions are taken to avoid further damages

If you follow political litigation, you will understand these things.

During political party primaries during the just concluded general election. There were a lot of issue as regard some state having 2 state chairman from different faction in the party. One will obviously be recognized by the National body while he second one won’t be recognized. Both of them will hold primary election and candidate will emerge from both faction. Then they go to court to determine which candidate should Inec record as the party candidate.

Once they get to court, the first thing they fight for is for the court to order status quo to remain. With that order, the one recognized by the national party will go ahead performing his duty as the state chairman of the party, even send the name of the winner of their primary to Inec.

Once the court hear the matter and rule otherwise, every action that the chairman has taken becomes null n void. They either call for fresh election or proclaim the other faction as the rightful chairman.

If nnpc should carry on with age limit and eventually conclude the recruitment with age limit and people already start working, how will the judgement hold if nnpc is found guilty? Do nnpc now issue sack letters again? See, the applicants prayer is that nnpc shouldn't employ anyone under that age criteria, so how can court now say they should carry on with the same age criteria in question? But all I know is that nnpc may still be doing other internal processes and get things ready such that immediately the case is concluded in their favour,they start to send APL...

A 4-man committee was formed by the Minister of Petroleum to look into the complaints raised about the list and its ethnic colouration during these 5-working days period and I can tell you authoritatively that they've sent in their report to the Presidency and it now rests with the Executive to take affirmative action on it and release the list when they feel it's right. Fingers crossed.!!!

Here's the gist, if truly some people were paid twice, as it was claimed here, then the reason you're yet to be paid is simply MISTAKE from NNPC part, or what could be the reason those guys were paid twice? how about those that were paid lesser compared to other applicants from the same address/CBT? e.g Kaduna is 6k, some were paid 3k, Ibadan is 16k, some were paid 12k...
But really, don't tell me you're still nursing ABT, because that bus is long bust...

Since July, we have had more than 20 different theories/updates on APL from different verified/trusted sources and none of them have made any difference in bringing the APL date closer, and instead of you people to shut up, ignore the thread and look for ways of livening up ur forlorn existence and wean off Lyour pitiable dependence on NNPC APL, you chose to redirect your hopelessness onto ppl catching their fun while waiting?

It's very funny and sad at the same time.

To the guys saying wait and it will come out whenever it comes out, it’s unfortunate.
Nobody should compare this recruitment to the last. Everyone knows how Nnpc has followed this process up from inception till now. It has been fast and transparent. If all of a sudden it starts becoming so slow and shady, we should demand an explanation.
If Nnpc can public display their activities, I had seen one on their official Twitter handle or so. The recruitment should not be different.
What do you guys think?
