AuschwitzPrefec:
Ilorin is a testament to why multiculturalism is bad.

Ilorin is now firmly part of the Sokoto caliphate owing not to the sole credit of Fulani invasion, but the treachery and treason of the Yoruba Muslim, who put his adopted foreign religion above his own race and empire.

The ridicule emanating from the Ibo towards the Yoruba losing Ilorin started with an infamous speech Zik made in which he subtly took a jab at the Yoruba by alluding that "ibo land has never been conquered by an outside force" and from there Zik went on to claim that his own people will conquer Nigeria via trade and migration , describing his people as a termite horde fleeing their red mount to spread across Nigeria.

It is important I make some clarifications on how Ilorin was lost and not to an invading force but through the treachery of the indigenous Muslim population .

And be that it may, it is also important to state why Ibo land remained unconquered by occupation of an invading force.

A simple glance of a map will show you why Ibo land remained unoccupied especially by the Fulani jihadist.

To the west lies the great and mighty Bini Empire that the Fulani jihadist dared not invade.

To the north of iboland lies the powerful warrior kingdoms of Igala, Tivi and Jukum.

These mighty kingdoms were a buffer zone that isolated and protected Ibo land from the jihadist Fulani.

If these states did not border Ibo land, the Ibo would have been speaking Awusa and practicing Islam in today's world.
You know nothing about conquer and colonialism. It's good you admitted the yorubas helped to hand Ilorin to Sokoto. Colonialism has little to do with military force and has more to do with cultural and religious control. People won't surrender to a colonial value and power if they don't consider such culture and religion to be superior to their own. It is mental slavery that water the grounds for physical conquest. Also, when people fight against colonialism, they are fighting to protect their values and what they represent. Having no particular values and general unwillingness to protect what they represent is Yoruba biggest problem. They mistake it for liberalism. The west also claim to be liberal but they can do anything to protect "western values".
Igbos are more firm in charting their course than Yorubas. Their anti Islam trajectory is very clear.

While Igbos fought the whites during colonialism, fought a civil war to protect what they represent, fight against fulani invasion presently, and still fight for Biafra, Yorubas invited the whites to colonise them, connive with fulani to conquer Ilorin, support Fulani in politics and openly warn their people to stop fighting for self determination as they'll not be able to govern themselves.

Blame no one but yourselves. You guys have no sense of self determination as you have no common values to protect.
PoliticsBiafra Is Non-negotiable- Nnamdi Kanu by Noneroone(op): 7:09pm On Jun 06, 2023
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has announced that the fight to bring Biafra into reality cannot be subdued.

Kanu, in a tweet posted by his legal counsel, Aloy Ejimakor, on Tuesday, said Biafra is non-negotiable.

Ejimakor tweeted, “Personal Message from Mazi Nnamdi Kanu: “I deeply appreciate the abiding solidarity of the people of Biafra & the entire IPOB noble family against my continued illegal detention.

“I assure you all that our pursuit of self determination to its logical conclusion is non-negotiable.”

Kanu was abducted from Kenya in 2021. Despite an order by the Appeal Court calling for his release, he has remained in custody of the Department of State Services in Abuja, till date.

The Federal Government had filed an appeal before the Supreme court, depicting its stand on the Biafran leader.

He was charged with treasonable felony, managing an unlawful society, publication of defamatory matter, among others.

Recall, about three days ago, civil rights advocacy group, Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria, appealed to President Tinubu to release Kanu, as a way to implement national reconciliation.

Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, has also urged the president to grant the IPOB leader’s release and hand him over to any of the South-East governors.

In his appeal, Mbah said, “We believe that his release will expedite the healing process Nigeria needs at this time.

“It will also be a pointer to his administration’s extension of brotherly hands of fellowship to Ndigbo.”

The governor had also announced that there’ll be no more “sit-at-home” in the state. The order was earlier given by the separatist group.

However hard you try to push your false narrative, it won't fly. Lagos is peculiar case and Yorubas are hostile. Ironically, the constant shout of "we are accommodating" is a pointer to your hostility.

There are people who have lived in Abuja for decades without knowing who the natives are. Unlike in Lagos where thugs from neighbouring states with incredible delusions of entitlement cause violence and make life difficult for peaceful residents and natives.

If you watch Abuja you see there is far less Yoruba and Hausa/fulani presence unlike in Lagos and Kano. That is why Abuja is violence and agbero free. Abuja population is dominated by Igbos, middle belt and SS. These people can live peacefully and are relatively progressive. The voting trend over the years proves that too.

PoliticsUK Foreign Affairs Committee Publishes Damning Report Over Nnamdi Kanu's Case by Noneroone(op): 9:33pm On Apr 15, 2023
The United Kingdom Foreign Affairs Committee has published a damning report against its government’s handling of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB’s case.

This followed evidence provided by Kanu’s family through their lawyers, the Bindmans LLP, Blackstone Chambers & Doughty Street Chambers.

The report forwarded to DAILY POST by Kanu’s Special Counsel, Aloy Ejimakor, reads partly: “The Foreign Affairs Committee, has published a damning report, concluding that the UK government is failing to prevent “Abductor states” from “weaponising citizenship of British nationals for geopolitical ends”.

“The report draws on evidence provided by the Kanu family in relation to British national Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB leader who was abducted and tortured in Kenya by the Nigerian security forces and subject to extraordinary rendition to Nigeria in June 2021, where he has remained in detention ever since.

“The FAC’s report is a damning indictment of the government’s efforts to assist British nationals subject to serious violations abroad and unfortunately reflects the experience of Mr Kanu’s family in trying to engage the FCDO in his case.”

The report said Kanu’s family would appeal against the UK High Court judgment that the FCDO can lawfully evade reaching any conclusion on whether Kanu has been subject to extraordinary rendition.

The report pointed out recommendations to combat the failure of the UK government to assist Kanu over the violation of human rights.

The report was subjected to Kanu’s abduction and repatriation from Kenya to Nigeria in 2022.

Security agents had picked up Kanu in Kenya and subjected him to extraordinary rendition after he left Nigeria in 2017 despite his ongoing trial before a Federal High Court in Abuja.

PoliticsNigerian Army Alleges Plan To Attack Soldiers, Officers Over Abia Killings by Noneroone(op): 1:52pm On Apr 06, 2023
The Nigerian Army has accused the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), an outlawed group, of planning to ambush and attack security operatives in the South-East region.

Attacks by gunmen have increased in the South-East in recent times.

The attacks often target security agencies and government facilities.

In an internal memo sent to commanders, the army urged soldiers to be more wary of movements outside barracks.

They were also warned to watch their language in public and avoid making any inflammatory remarks that could escalate tensions.

“I am directed to inform All Officers and Men of the Command of a planned attack by aggrieved group (IPOB) on security agencies in the South East. Intelligence revealed that the aggrieved group claimed that several of their members were killed in Abia on 31st March, 2023.

“To ensure your safety and security of our formation and officers; it is advisable to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.

“It is also essential to watch your language in public spaces and avoid making any inflammatory remarks that could escalate tensions.

“Please follow the instructions given in the message, including remaining vigilant, carrying your rifles while on guard duty, and refraining from wearing your uniform outside of the office premises/ barracks.

“Please follow the instructions given to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you. Thank you for your continued dedication.”

The Nigerian government had in the past accused IPOB of being responsible for the deadly attacks in the South-East.
But the group has repeatedly denied any involvement in the attacks. IPOB is leading the agitation for an independent state of Biafra to be carved out from the South-East and some parts of the South South Nigeria.

The leader of the group, Nnamdi Kanu, is currently detained in Abuja where he is facing trial for treason.

PoliticsIPOB: Army, Police Kill 5 In Aba During Protest Against Nnamdi Kanu's Detention by Noneroone(op): 7:26pm On Mar 31, 2023
Nigerian Army, Police Shoot Dead Five Alleged IPOB Members In Abia During Protest Against Detention Of Nnamdi Kanu

There was pandemonium in Aba, the Abia State commercial nerve centre, as combined security agencies made up of army and police shot dead five members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, who were peacefully protesting against the release of their detained leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

SaharaReporters reports that Kanu, who was renditioned to Nigeria from Kenya after his arrest and alleged torture had been in solitary confinement at the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) since June 2021.

It had been reported that both the Federal High Court and Court of Appeal had barred the Nigeria government from trying Kanu, while declared his arrest and incarceration as illegal.

The United Nations working group on arbitrary detention has also found Kanu's arrest and detention illegal and gave president Muhammadu Buhari's administration six months to release Kanu and pay him reparations, an opinion the federal government didn't adhered to and had since elapsed in December 31, 2022.

However, the protesters who were mainly young men and women staged a peaceful protest at the city of Aba, chanting songs calling for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, their leader.

The protesters, in a video which has gone viral on social media sang and danced along the streets of Aba, while demanding the release of their leader, Kanu who had been in DSS detention since June 2021.

Also, in another video, gunshots were heard and a voice behind the video said they were being shot at by the Nigerian security who came to disperse them from protesting.

Some residents, who confirmed the gunshots to SaharaReporters on telephone, said they were yet to ascertain casualties, but the protesters were being shot at by the combined team of police and military along Osusu by Faulks road, Aba.

Another source who gave his name to Celestine Omeje told SaharaReporters that he saw five protesters that were killed as they were being moved in waiting vehicles of the soldiers.

"I can authoritatively inform you that the operatives killed five protesters and carried their bodies to their vehicle. More people could have been killed but I saw five people which the soldiers were carrying to their vehicles. I don't why there was shooting and killing. The protesters were adorned with white clothes and they were only singing and dancing.

"Why every little thing the security agencies shoot and kill Igbo youths for no justifiable reason. In Lagos Igbo youths are being killed and properties and business being burnt systematically, security agencies have not arrested anyone or made any comment. It is unacceptable and condemnable."

When contacted on telephone, the Spokesman of the Abia State Police Command, SP Geoffrey Ogbonna, confirmed the incident but couldn't provide any details.

He said, "I will soon issue statement on the incident."

Igbo people are predominantly native to south eastern and south southern Nigeria and are one of the three major Ethnic groups in the country. Igbo people arguably have the highest number of traditional foods and the most delicious foods in the country. For travelers and tourists who wish to pay a visit to Igboland, I will be sharing with you all ten soups you can't afford to miss upon your visit to Igboland. These soups can be taken with Pounded Yam, Semolina, Garri, Akpu (fufu) etc.

Ofe ọkwụrụ(Okra Soup)
Ofe ọkwụrụ is undoubtedly the cheapest Igbo soup, one of the most popular, one of the most delicious, nutritious, mouth-watering and finger-licking soups in in igboland. Ofe Okra is most preferred not just because of its taste but also because it is very easy to prepare. Is important for you to know that okra is a vegetable that originated amongst the Igbos. The original Igbo word for okra is ọkwụrụ. it was introduced into the Americas by Igbo slaves, and ọkwụrụ gradually became the English word, okra.

Ofe Egusi (Egusi Soup)
Ofe Egusi is a popular Igbo soup made from melon seeds. Ofe Egusi is not peculiar to any Igbo sub group or state as the soup is prepared in so may ways by different Igbo states or sub groups but aside the general way of preparing Ofe Egusi, Abia prepare Egusi in different way called Akpuruakpu Egusi.

Ofe Onugbu (Bitter Leaf Soup)
Ofe Onugbu is a popular soup of Igbo Ethnic group of Eastern Nigeria. Although Ofe Onugbu cut across the entire Igbo land, it is more peculiar to the Igbo people of Anambra. Onugbu is the Igbo word for Bitter-leaf, although the name of the soup is bitter leaf soup, the soup itself is not bitter at all because the leaf must be thoroughly squeezed to extract the bitter juice before it is used.

Ofe Ora (Oha Soup)
Ofe Ora is one of the most popular Igbo soups, it is consumed throughout the length and breath of Igboland but more popular among the people of Anambra while the oha tree is grown the most in Enugu State.

Ogbono is definitely one of the most delicious, nutritious and mouth-watering soups of the Igbo people. Ogbono seeds which give the soup its name is gotten from two different trees, the Adu tree and the Ugiri tree but the Ogbono gotten from the Adu tree is more popular and more expensive than that of ugiri.

Ofe Nsala (Nsala Soup)
Ofe Nsala is a very mouth-watering indigenous to the people of Eastern and Riverline areas of Nigeria. Ofe nsala is very a tasty and quite easy to make, ofe nsala is mainly prepared for nursing mothers although it's open to every one, this delicacy is traditionally made without the use of palm oil as compared to other Igbo soups that require red palm oil as one of its main ingredients. The total absence of the palm oil is what makes this dish so appealing to new mothers.

Ofe Akwu
Ofe Akwu is a very popular soup of Igbo people of South Eastern and south southern parts of Nigeria. In the South Eastern parts of Nigeria, ofe akwu is used mainly as stew and eaten with white rice while our brothers at the other side of the river niger commonly eat a variant called Banga soup which they also take with various Utara recipes such as, Starch, Pounded Yam, Semolina, Garri and Cassava .

PoliticsBiggest Contradictions Of Lagos Election And Yoruba Politics by Noneroone(op): 10:22pm On Mar 10, 2023
Lagos indigenes are being replaced by migrants from southwest while falsely accusing Igbos of same

No lagos indigene has ever ruled lagos state. Igbos on the other hand are in Lagos for business. However each election cycle throws up a senario where migrants from Osun, ogun etc. accuse fellow migrants from the East of trying to take over another man's land, while these osun and ogun migrants themselves are practically chasing native lagosians out of their land. Southwest migrants are supplanting lagos indigenes while using Igbophobia as a blackmail tool. Igbos are not in an any wrong for supporting whoever they want like any other ethnic group .Moreso, when known Lagos indigenes are supporting LP candidate. while this is not the business of Igbos, stopping or threatening Igbos from voting will be a clear red line. There are Yoruba voters in Portharcourt, Enugu, Onitsha, Owerri, Asaba etc and no one criminalizes their electoral choices. You will not notice it because no one annoyingly reminds them they are being 'hosted'. Any attack on Igbo might trigger a chain reaction that will end this country.

They claim Igbos are the problem but have clashes with Hausas
You hear all sorts of fear mongering conspiracy theory against Igbos in lagos by people from SW but the have constantly clashed with Hausas. If Igbos are troublesome, why are they not fighting with Hausas and yorubas in lagos despite their population and influence? conversely if Yorubas are peaceful, why have they had over twenty bloody clashes with Hausas since 2015 alone in the same Lagos?

Yoruba people want intertribal marriage but fight against the fruit of the union
Most yoruba men i have come across would marry Igbo ladies if given a chance. If this is denied, they would label Igbos Tribalists. Isnt it ironical they are fighting against the product of inter tribal marriage in their land? If Yorubas consider this a threat, then they should prepare for 'worse". The tendency of their elites in entertainment politics, business, academic and religion to marry Igbo women is beginning to bear fruits in the leadership circle. It has happened in Ondo, Osun, even Ogun had a contestant whose wife is Igbo. Therefore Gbadebo's case is not new as even Tinubus son is married to an Igbo. So why do Yorubas like an act but hate the result?

Tinubu's family fight GRV for his Igbo background while making a case with his Igbo wife
This is another contradiction. while Tinubus supporters claim Gbadebo should lose for having Igbo wife and mother, Tinubu's son campaigned that his father should be voted because he has Igbo wife.

Yorubas claim they want Biafra but hates GRV
most yorubas claim they want Biafra so that Igbos will stay in their region. But here they are saying GRV should not be voted for his acclaimed support for Biafra

What do Yorubas want?
Foreign AffairsFox News Host Suggests US Blew Up Nord Stream Pipeline by Noneroone(op): 8:36pm On Sep 29, 2022
A Tucker Carlson segment focused on the purported “sabotage” of the Nord Stream gas pipelines connecting Russia and Europe, which the Fox News anchor appeared to blame on the US.

Speaking following reports of leaks in the Nord Stream pipeline on Tuesday, Mr Carlson suggested that the Biden administration was behind the “sabotage” and act of “environmental terrorism” and warned of a Russian counter-response.

“Blow up the Nord Stream pipelines? OK, we’ve entered a new phase, one in which the United States is directly at war with the largest nuclear power in the world,” said the Fox News anchor.

While the US has not designated the leaks as an act of sabotage, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said the leaks were the result of acts of “sabotage” on the critical piece of energy infrastructure on Tuesday.

Finland, Denmark, Sweden and the United Kingdom – as well as Russia itself – cited a deliberate attack on the pipeline that prior to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February, supplied Europe with millions of cubic metres of gas annually. Now, that figure is effectively zero.

Citing US opposition to the Nord Stream 2 pipeline connecting Russia and Germany, Mr Carlson suggested that the US president had pre-warned of an attack on the pipeline by playing a clip from a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in February.

Speaking two weeks before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Mr Biden said “there will no longer be a Nord Stream 2 ... We will bring an end to it”, if Russia did invade and when asked by a reporter how the US could “end” the pipeline, responded, “I promise you, we will be able to do it.”

The Fox News host, who said he did not believe Russia was responsible for the leaks, added: “Notice how he phrased that. He didn’t say, ‘I will pause the delivery of gas from Russia to Germany.’ He said there won’t be a Nord Stream 2. We’ll put an end to it. We’ll take it out. We’ll blow it up.”

He continued: “If you are Vladimir Putin you would have to be a suicidal slowpoke to blow up your own energy pipeline—that’s one thing you would never do...Natural gas pipelines are the main source of your power and wealth. And most critically, your leverage over other countries.”

Despite those remarks, Russia had already stopped gas supplies to Europe and had been operating Nord Stream 1 and 2 at very limited capacity before the leaks occurred, amid sanctions placed on Russia for the war and other retaliations by European governments.

Russia, which Mr Carlson suggested could cut undersea power cables between the US and Europe to cause an economic crisis and “third world” conditions – amid other possible acts of retaliation – said that it would call a United Nations Security Council meeting over the damage.

In the UK, defence sources told The Times that the most likely cause of the leaks were a Russian drone used to detonate holes in the pipes, which are now leaking gas into the Baltic Sea. That remains to be confirmed however.
Mr Carlson’s comments on Russia and Ukraine were not the first to appear sympathetic to, or in line with, Russian president Vladimir Putin after he called Western support for Ukraine “the largest political flashmob in American history” in March.

Clips of Mr Carlson’s Fox News show are meanwhile used on Russian-state owned television to prove Russia’s point over its invasion of Ukraine, which has dragged on for seven months.

PoliticsGunmen Attack, Kill Five Soldiers, Others In Anambra by Noneroone(op): 6:30pm On Sep 28, 2022
Unidentified gunmen have allegedly killed five soldiers, injuring many others in Anambra State.

A source said the incident happened in Umunze community, a suburban town located around the boundary of the state with Abia State.

The source said: “I was told the Military men were moving in their vehicle at Umunze, when the assailants struck along that Umunze -Umunneochi road around 1 pm.

“Nobody saw any sign of the presence of those criminals, what we heard was gunshots like a war zone.

“Some of us who were close to the Zenith Bank where the attack happened ran for our dear lives. The criminals took the soldiers unawares, the reason they got all of them,” the source said.

Already, there are fears in the community as it is believed that the soldiers may come for a reprisal attack on innocent members of the community.

When DAILY POST contacted the State Police Public Relations Officer, Ikenga Tochukwu, he confirmed the incident, saying that it happened at about 1pm on Wednesday.

He, however, said the details of the attack were still sketchy, as he did not say the number of casualties.

“The details had not been received, but we know there was an incident at Umunze, which happened between 12-1.30pm today.”

PoliticsArmy Invade Imo Market, Kill Two Artisans, Elderly Man In His Shop by Noneroone(op): 9:28pm On Aug 31, 2022
This contradicts the statement from the Nigerian Army

Some soldiers of the Nigerian Army have reportedly gone on a shooting spree, killing two workers at a block industry and an elderly man in his shop located at Ekeututu market area, along Ohukabia road in Orsu-Ihitte-Ukwa, Orsu Local Government of Imo State.

The incident, SaharaReporters reliably gathered, happened on Tuesday afternoon.

Sources, who spoke to SaharaReporters, gave the names of the two block moulders shot dead as Ugochukwu Obianeli and Nonso Oga.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, also revealed that the soldiers came from Obinze Artillery Brigade, Imo State.

The source said "Nigerian Soldiers invaded Ekeututu Market yesterday, August 30, 2022 and shot two persons dead. The deceased are Ugochukwu Obianeli and his colleague, Oga Nonso. The incident happened around noon at a block industry site in the Ekeututu market area along the road to Ohukabia.

"Soldiers invaded the market area and when the people got the information, they started running away for safety. Still, these two young men who were at the block industry site molding blocks which was part of what they did to earn a living were unlucky as they were shot by the invading soldiers from the Nigerian Army, Obinze.

"Information also has it that one elderly man from Ubahaorsu who deals on electrical materials in the said Ekeututu market was shot on his two legs by the trigger-happy soldiers who caught him in his shop where he was taking refuge as he could not run like other younger ones.

"The soldiers brought him out of his shop and upon realising he was an old man instead of killing him, they shot him on both legs and abandoned him to his fate.

"The report has it that the man had also died."

Efforts to speak with the Director, Army Public Relations, Brig Gen Onyema Nwachukwu, were on successful as he did not take his calls and had yet to respond to a text message sent to his line.
