TheGoodJoe: What did we learn from this game by Goldleaf: - We should have finished with a clean sheet. - Onazi and Echejiele pass the ball far, far too often slowing our game down and reducing our chances of forward forays. - Raheem Lawal is far better than Onazi in that he always looks forward for the opportunity. His long range passing is also far better. - Brown Ideye is a more clinical finisher than Odion Ighalo. - Ndidi is a potential great. He hassles, hurries, closes down. - Michael Babatunde drives the ball forward. We saw that at the WC 2014 and he still does it. - Kele is the best through passer we have right now. He just needs that No. 9 to finish all the time. All in all, not bad. I had doubted Ighalo's style before now, maybe Iheanacho will help him out. |

"Again, we want to build the team gradually by playing some big football nations as well as some weak football nations. We are not going to allow them get bashed anyhow by top teams, they need to get some results to boost their confidence and progress. Nigerians will appreciate what we are doing now very soon". I agree with FA on this point. We are introducing new players into the team, and we need to build their confidence for the assignments ahead. |

I defeated many forces to watch the match in the comfort of my home. Nepa took light. but i got fuel. To My Surprise, the gen proved difficult to start for the first time ever, but managed to survive that, only for me to discover that the wire from the gen to the change over was off. I quickly connected directly into one of sockets in the house, yet i missed 9mins of d match |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Why 'Carrying Placards In Search Of Jobs' Is Wrong by nonjebose(m): 12:08pm On May 29, 2016 |
matrix199: Now why would a full baked graduate carry a placard, standing at a roadside like women of easy virtue do, in search of job? It doesn't tell good of them. It only shows frustration, desperation, and depicts zero entrepreneurial tendency.
Now why would sensible employers pay attention to such a low wit idea? Why not invite every qualified job seeker to an assessment and employ the ones with true ingenuity, rather than pay attention to some placard carrying un-innovative job seekers?!
With all due respect, I think Tony Elumelue, and VP Osinbanjo, are not helping matters by paying attention to these placard carriers. There are over a hundred thousand job seekers out there who are likely more qualified than these placard carriers. Attention should be paid to all, and not to one, or two.
....Create jobs for all, not job for one! They should brace up for many placard carriers, signpost carriers, billboard advertisment and others. |

ronald4lif: About 6years ago I had mad love for football than my then girlfriend and nothing could prevent me from watching man utd play. I followed football matches religiously and was a die-hard fan. No one, lady or whoever can stop me watching man utd play.
But all that has changed since about 4years now and I rarely watch the game. In the last one year, I haven't watch a complete match and don't know when I'll have the drive to really watch one. Don't know what happened and how I lost passion for the game. Alex Ferguson Left, leaving instability behind. Join Newcastle Utd now and see your passion ignited again! |
