Please i need your advice because it will go along way in modelling my career path. I just finished my undergraduate studies from the department of Mining Engineering in FUTA. I'm due for NYSC this March. I want to build my career in oil and gas sector expecially in drilling and production. But my problem is how to go about it expecially in this period when you are require to have alot of certifications and experience.

These reasons have made me conclude to influence my posting to PH because its one of the hub of oil and gas operations in Nigeria. Please which relevant certification can i register for during my service year and how can i get experience by working in any oil and gas company, i dont mind not being paid.

P.S. I graduated as the third best in my department with a CGPA closer to 4.5. Thanks
I got your PM friend. I'm so proud of you. Congrats. You've been given alot of advices on this thread, make use of them. Don't worry, with determination and hardwork, you will get there.

Music/Radio2face Idibia's Brother ' Charly Idibia' Drops 'rock U Tonight' by NoQualms1(op): 7:47pm On Jan 10, 2013
Charly has been singing all his life. Well,
almost. But since the singer
came across music in his early days on
earth, there’s been no looking back.
****
Perhaps greatly influenced by the music genes, Charles Oche Idibia a.k.a
CHARLY lived all his early life in the capital city of Abuja, itching for
music and trying to convince his parents to allow him pursue his dream.
Born in Benue State, Nigeria, in the late
eighties(a region noted for its
passion for farming), to the Idibias`, and a close blood relation to
Nigeria`s pride and singing sensation 2face, Charly and his immediate
family could never have imagined the fame and fortune music would bring
their way few decades later.****
****
Today, barely some years after he finished his tertiary education,
Charly decided to focus on his first love - music writing songs under
the supervision of 2face Idibia, who gave him an opportunity to even write
one of his songs in the recent album.****
****
Since the release of his debut solo effort, it has rekindled fading hopes
and refreshed the fading patronage of
music loving ladies for local Nigerian music, thanks to his monster hit,
ROCK U TONIGHT which eulogies the
strength and beauty of the act of being in love. “It’s a general song and
not directed at any particular person – I can sing it to my mum, sing it to
my sister, sing it to anybody. The song is just my own way of paying my
tribute and respect to how I understand the term”.****

lalaosky: for me, nothing pays like being oneself!!.don't try to be like other girls.don't be desperate and you don't have to order a bottle of water to please a guy.even a pretender can do such and still go ahead to make a bad wife at the end of the day.just be who you are and try to change some of the bad charatcers that might chase away potential suitors permanently
Just what I have in mind. Why pretend to be who you are not?

BusinessRe: SCAM ALERT!!!Chibuzor Eze IS A SCAM!!! www.biz4naija.info his site. by NoQualms1(f):
wow, finished reading the thread at last. 34 pages.

Well, it's very obvious that Chibuzor is not straightforward with his dealings. He refunded the 30k when the pressure became too much. For those that read every post, you will notice that he agreed to pay back when his details and pictures were pasted on the thread.

Now back to Donziko, I checked his profile few seconds ago and he was last seen by 8:05am today. How come he has refused to say something since Friday? The money was refunded on Friday now. Something is definitely fishy here. Donziko update us o. The wait is killing.

Kudos to the NL secret service agents, you guys are the bomb. Seriously, it got to a stage that my heart was beating faster than normal.

I hope with our help every other person that has been 'scammed' by Chibuzor get justice. I rest my case.

Merry Christmas in advance to all Nairalanders.

I always wonder why people turn Christmas to xmas. Why change the Christ in the word to x? Why not shorten another part of the word?

rozayx5: very bad mentality cry
you know that cannot happen, it all starts with you, there are thousands of unemployed Graduates out there, kicking the dusts searching for jobs and your busy reasoning like, this.
Just do what you can. huh
What's wrong with my mentality? Who told you corruption cannot be eliminated? Did I go to school to start selling popcorn under my papa's corridor?
PoliticsRe: FG To Conduct Census Of Jobless Nigerians In 2013... by NoQualms1(f): 10:38am On Dec 20, 2012
Emmy9ite: Nigerian are always praying and waiting for jobs. No one wants to be creative enough to give other people jobs. Assuming they were no industries, who will employ the unemployed. We should act and think like entrepreneurs.
Not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur. If everyone create jobs, who will they employ? Who will be left to buy their goods and services?

The government should create employment, this scheme will not work IMO. We have a lot of dead governmental companies in Nigeria like that steel mill company (I've forgotten it's name). If they can resurrect such companies and build new ones, employment rate in the country will reduce. The govenment knows what to do, they are just not doing it.

I really wish corruption can be eliminated in this country, I sincerely wish so.

delors: Getting a First class will only open wide doors of opportunities for one but it could be frustrating if it is not put to better use. I had a first class from OAU and Omole was my project supervisor back then before he became the VC...First class could be a problem if not properly handled especially in a crazy country like Nigeria...the expectations, the burden, the anxiety etc could be killing...(from personal expi) grin
You could not have said it better. This country is really messed up.

Did you say 'dumb assumptions'? You must be dumb then.
