EDUECO: This is like a scam. I won't call it a scam, I just think the management tried to cash in on the hype about palm oil. If you look at it from that perspective they kind of succeeded. |

EDUECO: I can never buy it for 50 Kobo! The company has a lot of value. The management just needs to shut up and focus on running their business. Too much financial engineering going on and not enough actual palm oil business |

megawealth01: What's your target entry abi re-entry price? I might consider a topup like I did fur OANDO after done sells I would be guided by the numbers I see. From the loan conversion to the money wasted on the public offer, a lot of money has been wasted and the numbers for the firm have obviously changed. I need to see the new numbers before I can get an idea as to what the firm is worth. |

mikeapollo: This could be a huge opportunity for young investors who have some solid patient funds. Just buy Ellah at its lowest price POSSIBLE (e.g. N0.5 - N1) then wait for the company to turn around in a couple of years. People are now openly mentioning N1 for this stock..... how sentiments change |

BabsO2: So buy Ellah greedily now when others are fearful I plan to buy a lot of Ellah lakes but not yet. Dust needs to settle on the stock and reality needs to set in for the general market. It will take a long time for the company to become profitable so I am very very patient |

emmanuelewumi: Then the price should be fixed , NGX should know the quantity they want to sell to the public.
The stock should be sold to investors on a first come, first serve basis and no investor can buy more than a certain quantity during the period of the listing by introduction.
I definitely know that SEC and NGX will come with stricter rules I agree there might be a need to review the rules but I don't agree they should scrap listing by introduction. |

emmanuelewumi: It is a scam.
If you want to come to the market come through an Initial Public Offer or an Offer for Sale I'm sure they have reasons for allowing introduction. I think it's cheaper |

emmanuelewumi: HNI are very smart people, except for politicians who are mostly money miss road.
What is the size of the business done for Ellah Lakes to ask for a bond of N200 billion for the acquisition?
What is the credit rating of Ellah Lakes?
The best thing is for Ellah Lakes to grow organically for the next 3 years, generate reasonable revenue, become profitable, improve their credit rating, convert the current debts to equity, then try to pay a dividend
After this they can try a N50 billion right offer.
The problem with Ellah Lakes is that majority of the current shareholders were waiting for the next maga.
I doubt if 20% of the shareholders actually participated in the public offer. Thank you for this. I was beginning to think I am going crazy |

KarlTom: There are several options before ELLAH mgt right now:
- reach out to some HNI investors who subscribed to the PO for private placement - borrow internally to fund the acquisition. Then convert the debt to equity later on at a discount. - issue CP or BONDS to fund the acquisition. - come back to the market with a RI (after all the EGM has given approval for the fund raising).
Frankly speaking, the only thing that can save the SP from total decline are successful acquisition + verifiable commencement of milling operations...
Every mallam to his kettle Why is the option of focusing on running the business that currently exists and getting that profitable not on the table? Anyway na siddon look mode I dey |

Right now we are in the middle of a strong bull market and people are just giving high valuations to nonsense companies. FOMO has set in, people are irrationally exuberant but they cant see it. These numbers that seem shocking will be very normal when fear kicks in. And the irony of it all is that people who are chasing at these high prices will be too scared to buy when that time comes. |

I personally believe Japaul is a dud but then again I believed bitcoin was a dud at $600 and I don't regret that belief. For me capital preservation is king. I would not make an investment unless I can explain it to my lizard brain |

So let's wait for their 2026 full year results though along the line they will raise FRESH FUND (500billion) via PO @t circa #20

Another subsidiary, CHAMSCORP PLC just created to conduct biz in artificial intelligence, data centre design, intelligence system, etc.
All these I blvd will boost revenue, boost gains and affect shareholders positively over time.

faoogoke: United Bank for Africa (UBA), Zenith Bank and Access Corp are projected to deliver the strongest risk-adjusted returns among Tier-1 lenders in 2026, driven by capital appreciation and dividend strength.
This is according to analysts at CardinalStone Research in their latest “CardinalStone Banking Strategy Report,” published on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
The report outlines projected total returns across major Nigerian banks, highlighting earnings recovery, valuation gaps and improving balance sheets as key drivers of performance, while also identifying underperformers within both Tier-1 and Tier-2 segments. Access bank will still be cheap at N40. Just relax and be sipping your wine, let the analysts be doing tombolo tombolo up and down. na now dem dey wake up |
