They raised money to pay off debt. Paying off this debt would free up interest expense. This money is going straight to the bottom line. Yes, issued shares will go up but when you do the math it is positive. Aside from this, the rights issue was oversubscribed by over 100%, I think about 140% (not too sure).

This market is expensive. There is certainly growth but for a lot of companies that growth has been priced in.

Access and ETI have similar valuations based on released results. I Just split my money between the two. I still have faith in Access but on NGX delay can be dangerous

The company desperately needs to raise cash and I expect them to do a rights issue. I also expect the liquidity issue to improve when that happens

Because of the liquidity I have had to be buying at the highest price of the day. Quoted price is currently 9.7 but if I want to buy today I will have to bid at 10.65. Ive been doing this since the highest bid price was 13+.

My priority is not entry price (due to lack of liquidity) but rather just getting some shares
