ositadima1: You’re right—that gives me 5.39. I think NGX website is "wrong". Latest report shows Issued share capital is 2,753,786,788. I believe they have more shares that have not been issued and i think that is what is on NGX website |

ositadima1: I don't think this is correct—it should be around 1.7, and that refers to the book value per share. Book value is approximately equal to equity, which is about 20.79 billion naira, while the number of shares is around 12.2 billion. So, the book value per share comes out to roughly 1.7. But I might be wrong. Outstanding share is 3,858,173,678 on NGX website. Do the maths again You are mistaking market cap with outstanding share |

HesInMe: It's not "investing." You're throwing money into a bottomless well you don't even control. Tell us what the "book value" of this cash-burning company is. N7+. The majority of this is in land value. Palm tree assets stand at about 0.28k |

Streetinvestor2: You could be right bro.I have known you for some moon now. You have always been strict with fundamentals when picking stocks which you even showed before picking gtbank stocks. I guess you have you reasons for not sticking to that in this one.I know you have been a practical farmer ones in nigeria too.I pray time proves your decision right on this one. For me I will take them serious when I get reliable information on person who has visited the farm concerning palm fruits. The second option is i take the pain to go thr myself if I get the proper address once on business trip to the state So you're right, it is still very risky. I plan on selling a property in Ajah to buy this stock. Once the property is sold I will visit the company office and ask to go see the farm myself. Right now I have some and I am still buying, however I have not yet deployed serious funds into it. I planned to start a palm oil business and to me investing that money into this is a better play. Assuming the numbers are true, and I feel they are, then buying at below book value is actually better than starting my own business myself. This is my rationale |

Sha no run like you did in NEM Let's hope price doesn't run up and I can raise the money. I've asked several respected people from SMN to look at the company to give me their opinions and every single one of them has either bought, is buying or will buy. Right now we are witnessing people take position tactically. We may all be wrong Sha. |

crownprince2017: For the sake of people who have tried so hard to be objective on ellahlakes, based on my friend seen n confirmed, ellahlakes 75-80% of ellahlakes palm are at fruiting level.
This doesn't mean you should buy hold or sell.
Mind you the visitation was very recent.

Those that are bearish should not care, after all their money is not on the line. |

Agbalowomeri: My first red flag with ELLAH was the management and stockbrokers photograph. It screams Oando from a distance
Why is a business concerned with stock price unless they want to raise funds. It's all too fishy. Technically though, there is a long term signal for price appreciation. But there are just too many coys with certainty, at least in the near term, than to be running after deadbones. I leave that one for Elijah This is the first intelligent comment I have seen on this company in the last few pages. And to be honest, I agree. |

Agbalowomeri: It's a correlation that he is referring to Ok. I dont see the relevance. This business is in the startup stage so its understandable that revenue should be nil or next to nil. How people dont see this is mind boggling. Or maybe those that do just dont post about it. |

Locotrader: Our review on Ellah lakes will go viral this weekend. I believe their will be press lease next week by the mgt. This is the only way we can help ourselves not praising a company you don't know the plans they have for shareholders and shareholders are holding unto palm trees and fruits as okomu and presco are known for that.
Why is okomu and presco not practicing digital Agriculture
Audio and real are not same.Let them release corporate announcements on their farms let's review and know our stand on it.
One of the cheapest stock tempting investors at the floor now is Ellah lakes but traders are the one to use it and dump while my brother Nosa is having an investment mind. Investing is not a team sport. When I wanted to discuss with you, you decided to troll. Now I don't get why you care |

Streetinvestor2: That revenue in that statement na 18 million plus or billion. I hope it is not million Then thr is no business happening over thr Presco is trading at a Price to Book value of 4.9. Ellah Lakes is trading at a Price to Book value of 0.44. Depending on the stage at which you think the company is, you will see different things. If you see it as a palm oil start-up, you’ll note that its palm plantation assets grew by 82.1% in the past year alone — from ₦320.57 million in January 2024 to ₦583.85 million in January 2025. That kind of growth suggests it’s still in the development and asset-building phase, possibly undervalued if you believe in its long-term execution. If you think it’s a mature business, the current numbers might raise red flags — particularly when compared to a more established peer like Presco. If you believe the audited report is unreliable, then none of the numbers really matter — and your entire thesis will hinge on whether management is credible and transparent. At the end of the day, we are all here to make money. The lens through which you view Ellah Lakes will determine whether you see opportunity, risk, or a bit of both. |

I no send other farm crops or animal farm. The person go do video and pictures come give me. I once took the stress to go to alhaji sugar farm in numan, adamawa If you find someone that is willing to do this I do not mind adding some funds to facilitate the trip |

Shareholders should investigate this Telluria and Ellah if they want to see light Did you physically go to the plantation? |

Locotrader: Businesses in Nigeria is all about insiders. If truly Ellah lakes is real, insiders should have pushed the stock above 10 by now.Look at presco and okomu.I pity our shareholders who are comparing Antelope with Lions.
They have a plan B with the palm trees while presenting piggery farms to shareholders. How much are people making in pig? 500 pigs for a company quoted at the exchange.
I will start trading when I see the numbers. This is a very valid strategy, Less rewarding but also less risky |
