Oil Palm Biological Assets are just multiplying at the rate of growth of seedlings.

If Ellah currently has a book value of N6 from last quarter you can project what that book value will be in a year or two if their palms have started fruiting. Presco's market price is about x6 its book value. That should help you with projected market value for Ellah if things go well as planned. If I use x4 current book value then Ellah is a N24 stock some months ago

Word of Caution:
OKOMU book values have not risen like that of PRESCO, Perhaps PRESCO has a larger stock of trees at that are maturing while OKOMO has older stock of trees in steady state growth.

You are spot on. Now between now and then do you really think there won't be an opportunity to buy at a discount to book value?

Book value is just one metric. From an earnings perspective Ellah still has a long way to go. I like the company, I'll most likely still get in, but I will work at my own pace and not FOMO into any investment.

The thing is that a lot of the members from SMN are a lot older and richer. As such they may not see the need for a web forum as much as they did 15 years ago.

SMN was life changing for a lot of us, myself inclusive. However whats the incentive for a lot of the OGs to be on a web forum right now. I know horlads, oga pegi and a few of the OGs are on there but due to their much busier schedules they may not be so active

Caverton : bargain price lies between N4.5 and N5.20
Veritas- strong bullish close above the stubborn N1.80 level. Any price below N2.00 is bae...
Universal Insurance: huge volume breakout above the N1 level. Any price below N1.20 is good.
Omatek: bulls defended the N1.15 breakout level upon retest. Further upside expected. Sharpen your cutlass...
UPDC: seems out of range now for bargain hunters but still got some gas to run.
Transcorp: nice build up. Smart money loading.
NSLTECH: is getting the deserved attention and gathering momentum again.
Ellah Lakes: oh, so sweet. To suffocate the nay sayers...
C&I leasing: enter upon retest below N8.
GTCO: a close below N96 rejected. Imminent breakout above N103 expected.

In as much as we are not expecting a good 2024 result from Ellah Baby for the reason that we all know.

People like us has secured fund and sharpen our knife to load more of Ellah baby at a discount when the result is released.
Because that is the only thing holding kilometre 20.

However, dont be surprise after the release of the result, the next day news of commissioning of the mill might surface.
So dont be in a hurry to sell.

Try not to run faster than your legs, ellahlakes never start refining so you can't see something like this now but surely you will start seeing it soon after the mill is commissioned.
