Good day house. I have been a silent reader of this thread and I read through from inception till date. I have gathered all required documents and intend to proceed with a tourist visa application for my family and I (hubby and son) as we intend to visit Canada during the Christmas season. My son doesnt need a visa though so it's basically for hubby and I. My question is when it comes to choosing a sponsor am a bit conflicted as both of us intend sponsoring the trip ourselves since we both earn OK. How do we go about this? must it be one person sponsoring the trip?
Both of you can sponsor.

For online: You can select that you have a job and you don't depend on anyone for financial support, both of you can submit your financial documents together. Explain or highlight this in client information section.

If the space won't be enough, you can select that you work and still depend on someone for financial support. This will create a new upload section called "proof of financial resource supporter" Your spouse can upload his documents there including letter of sponsorship. Highlight this in the client information section.

Ok bro, so do you suggest he lodges money back to his salary account? Like he said he, does not like leaving money there.

And what do you suggest?
No. He should submit the salary account along with the savings account even if the salary account has little funds in it. That way the VO can follow the money.

I have submitted the application already...yet to go for biometrics

do they start the processing now or till when my biometrics are in?
Yes they start processing it now. However the time you take to submit your biometrics isn't included in the processing times so your application could take longer.

@supernatural198. They took the words right out of mouth. The reasons are many. I think you should sort it out with the GCMS before reapplying.

Medically, your girlfriend can't be pregnant and still be releasing eggs; so there's nothing to worry over.
Those sperm cells you released in her will just die from not fulfilling their ambition.

After this, she has like one or two cycles for friendly matches before her new season begins.
I'd advice you use them to improve on your pull-out game.
Welcome. Thats how people turned OP thread to welcome back party for you cheesy

Suicide should be a personal thing. No need to drag other people into it.

Yeah, and that is wrong in my opinion. Very soon they will also be advising B2 applicant whose parents or siblings are based in the US to apply for F2 Visa.
That was a case specific scenario. It was an option given to her because of limited B1/B2 issuance. The officer was being helpful.

It was after I received the procedural fairness letter a family member advised I check the hotels policy and ensure there was no prepayment plan, cancellation or refund in my next reservation.

About the funds it was a lot of money and thankfully i didn't have up the expected amount or half of it when the transaction initiated.
I suspected as much but wanted to confirm from you.

I think it is fraud/misreprensation(at their end) vs honest mistake(at your end).

It is up to them now. Good luck.

Thank you.

I attached the previous hotel booking and mentioned that I was unaware they ran a prepayment and non refundable policy.

Then I attached a new reservation with a latter date.
it means the hotel actually followed their policy so it's not their fault. This means that you are actually owing the hotel money as per the agreement.

If you used your card to pay, and you agreed, albeit unknowingly, for a non-refundable prepayment to be made, the transaction should have gone through.

How did you manage to block the funds?

Hello Everyone,

On 24 April, 2019 i had my bio metrics done after i had submitted my application via the online route.

On June 6, 2019 We got a response for procedural fairness regarding the hotel we booked, their concern was that there was no booking. We immediately responded informing them that a reservation was made but after we noticed attempts by the hotel to deduct the booking cost from our bank card, we cancelled the booking.

This response a day after on June 7, 2019 and till now our profile hasn't been updated we haven't had any response from them.

Is this normal, what do you advise we do or who do we contact.
You can use the webform to find out about the status of your application if it has exceeded processing times.

Can I ask if you attached proof of the hotel booking agreements and the attempts to deduct the funds?

Las Las, it is one's decision and the outcome is hers to bear. We just have to bear in mind that not everyone will get visa.
No please.

The outcome is borne by all. This is why I am very upset at the rate of people not declaring. It is a very selfish spirit. A very terrible "As long as I don get wetin I want, anything when happen after nor concern me" mentality.

See the United States now. So bad as to stop Dropbox. I dey vex oh. Really really upset with this senseless act.
