Health / Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by NubianQ(f): 10:44am On Jul 10, 2009
Hi Doc its been ages wink

I suffer from killer headaches and it’s so bad I can’t stand light and noise. My TV is turned down all the time, I had to completely reduce the brightness of my PC and TV and it hurts when my phone rings.

I am beginning to think it’s a migraine but I am not too sure. I am practically addicted to pain killers cuz I am popping them all day everyday. Nowadays I squint a lot. Any ideas on how to get rid of this thing, Does being a smoker have anything to do with it?

well, some people are born that way, or should i say, messed up that way. leave them be. its nice to read about how they get of on being hateful. its good for a laugh, and believe me its a good Long Laugh! cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

I guess its something in the head i guess cool God help them though. but on a lighter note i think some nairalanders are just joking around when they pass some comments. some comments are worrying sometimes, but hopefully, they will get better with Medication/prayer/ or time.

Who cares anyway grin grin

Culture / Re: Child Marriages In Nigeria. by NubianQ(f): 7:27pm On Nov 25, 2008
well what has to shown on air has to be shown on air.

Nigeria has its issues but the Western world forgets that their kids have sex early without needind the consent of their parents.

I might film my own programme titled "A Tale of Morals gone lost" The western example,  grin

Seriously, they need to stop this child marrying thing in nigeria its really silly and for a country like ours we can do better than making children go through this hell. i feel bad for alot of them. this people that encourage marriages should be smacked senseless. its stupid and shameful.
Religion / Re: Speaking In Tongues by NubianQ(f): 7:20pm On Nov 25, 2008
well, As the saying goes, Practice what you preach. to be Honest if she decides to speak in tongues or not its her business. I guess we all cant be perfect but, cant judge, i hope she doesnt pretend to live alone though. that wont be nice.

As for speaking in tongues, havent gotten to that stage but we all dont have to. God sees it all. in the End we all have to take responsibility.
Religion / Re: Stop & Think: Did God Create Any Religion? by NubianQ(f): 7:07pm On Nov 25, 2008
Yeah Good Question but i think the fact that as Human beings we need to find peace in what we can relate to. i currently am reading a book called the Purpose Driven life and its a good book to reflect with as it gives the opportunity to ask your self what you are on earth for.

Personally, i think God made us aware that we could find that place where we could relate to. it came in the form of religion. I do think God created religion and i believe that he made it diverse so we can all arrive at a certain point and agree on a single purpose which would be love and the rest comes after.

for me Being without a purpose for a long time, i can say that i doubted the existence of God but now i believe that he is and will always be, because of the Changes he has made in my life. We as human beings ignore it sometimes but we are, because he is.

so dear Poster, think God created a religion and it happen to be in diffrent ways. hopefully one day we all will find out  if we took the right path.

well, well, well, deep stuff. Just get over it and move on. Anger is a waste of emotion and letting it stay in you is not the best. personally, i think he did what he felt was convenient for him and he has to take responsibility on his own. getting back @ him is a waste of time. sometimes we cnt win em all. 2 years is a long time but its better u let go n find a better man

Religion / Leaving The Old And Becoming New, How Does That Really Work? by NubianQ(f): 12:01am On Oct 03, 2008
I wonder if someone can answer this Questions for me.

When you decide to take a step and be closer to God how easy is it to forget your past and Move on? or do you live with your past and just deal with it?  I have actually wondered how one can move from living in sin to not living in sin, does that mean your past never haunts you or how do you deal with it. I just Wonder because there is always this saying of old things have passed away,  how does that work seriously, i want to know and as this is a Christian thread i thought that diffrent people with different ideas can tell me.

Never been on the religious thread as such but i have been reading whats posted lately and doing some work of my own. Sincere answers plz and please NubianQ haters let it go! wink

a nice christian answer would be nice!

p.s if you can respond via email or via Nland that would be great!
