APC is dead in South East, even Jesus can't change our mind.

Jesus doesn't change people's mind. The power of choice rests with humans and seat of judgement is with God.

Remember that Jesus did not call back that rich young man who failed to sell his possessions and give to the poor as advised.

If you've ever been depressed and bored in your life, you will have to behave like a child to ever come out of it.

I praise the man for doing what he's doing. Pregnant women are highly prone to depression and hypertension. Make them feel like a child and......problem solved!

one extra month. But most employers terminate appointments without paying such too.
Except in cases of dismissal for criminal reasons, you must be paid one month in lieu. It's because they know most employees don't know how to enforce their rights.

Ok let's say I want to resign from a job and I give my employer a month's notice prior to the date I am leaving, am I entitled to my salary for that last month?

that's what I mean. He will resign and forfeit his salary for that month
You don't forfeit...you return salary for the ONE month you are yet to spend since you can not wait. That's the LAW.

Forfeit your salary.
Don't try nonsense. You will be sued for damages in millions your generations may not be able to pay.
I have an experience.

Just approach your employer with your resignation letter and return one month salary in lieu. Then you are as free as a bird.

I read through sarrki's reason for wanting buhari to win the 2019 election and i couldn't help but laugh. Sarrki hopes that if buhari does 8 years then a yoruba person will replace him in 2023. Why i find it funny is because these afonjas still think they will win a presidential election anymore in nigeria. Where will they get the vote to win? For instance, lets say tinubu or osinbajo or any yoruba candidate runs against maybe atiku or tambuwal or any other hausa candidate, how will the yoruba person win? We all know the north will always vote for a northerner, the only reason now an igbo man will vote for a yoruba candidate is if the yoruba person is running against buhari. The se/ss will never vote a yoruba person in the next 200 years so where will the afonjas get the vote to win in 2023 against a northerner? In their dreams?

Backyard political (mis)calculation.
You no sabi nothing for politics. Well, let me not waste my time flogging dead horse because your views are laced with hate and extremism.

Family / Re: My Brother Is Addicted To Weed And Now Tutolin, HELP! by Nuezha(m): 9:08pm On Jan 04, 2018
mssrosa:
Hello Fam!

This is something I wish I wouldn't have to do but I am left with no option as I am at the crossroads.

My brother started smoking lets say about 6-5 years ago, I only got to find out 3 years. He is my immediate elder brother so we are pretty much close, we are also from a Christian family and I can assure you that we were brought up very well. We have other elder siblings (boys).

From his story, I found out he started smoking when he got into University. He got into the federal university in my state and since we weren't based there, he lived alone in the family house.

This is someone who got into school and for his first year studying engineering, he had a very strong 2.1 and bagged Agbami scholarship. Fast forward to 3 years later, he dropped to a 2.2(which he later graduated with) and lost his Agbami scholarship. This same year he came home for hols and started being all by himself. One way or the other, my parents caught him smoking one day, dad scolded him, mum did same but later on went to plead with him to stop. He promised he would but still went back to smoking.

Right now before he goes to someone's house to maybe spend few days he would ask questions like: is there a backyard, is there a lone time in the house? Privacy etc, just so he would smoke.

He smokes weed EVERY single DAY!!!
And now he is getting really slim, anytime I try to talk to him about it he gets angry and walks away.

Just few days ago I noticed he has been drinking something he calls "purple"(he mixes it with maybe coke or ChiExotic). I went into his room and saw a bottle of tutolin which is obviously his "purple". I asked him why he was drinking it, he said he felt like and I told him I was gonna tell someone in the family.

NOW TO MY QUESTION

Should I go ahead and tell a family member/all or I should keep talking to him?

...please do anything you can to nip it in the bud before it gets out of hand. Even if it take seizing and bundling him into a REHAB. My distant cousin also loved his WEED. His father was rich so he had money to play around with. Unfortunately, he has been dutifully mad since 2003. He dropped out of school as a result. 15 years after, no remedy.

Politics / Re: Why Are Well Meaning Nigerians Silent On Fulani Herdsmen Attacks? by Nuezha(m): 9:45pm On Jan 02, 2018
FortifiedCity:
I'm so pained seeing people run away from their fatherland because some group of people who carry sophisiticated weapons to tend cows attack them in their villages. Honestly I wish there is something I could do now to physically defend those guys no matter how costly.

Worst of it all is that the President is indifferent about this. The governors and local government authorities look so incapacitated. Well-meaning Nigerians feel less concerned because it hasn't gotten to their estates, mansions and houses. Everybody is sitting akimbo.

How long is this onslaught going to continue? Are we going to fold our hands and watch defenseless people being slaughtered like goats in their own lands?
The first gift creation gave to man was land. The bitterest of wars you'll ever fight is over your land.

But right here, we keep silent and watch people being killed and their lands being taken over by strangers including cows.

Guys don't you think this is a strategic genocide, be it religious or ethnic?
Don't you think there are wicked ulterior motives behind these attacks?

The primary reason why you have a neighbor is, to hAve someone speak up for you when you have no voice, to have someone fight for you when you are defenseless. If your neighbor keeps silent while you're being attacked, after you might have been dealt with, it will get to his turn. It is a chain reaction people!!!!!

We are all disappointing humanity by standing neutral in time of moral and human atrocities. Those guys being attacked need someone to speak up for them at least.

Guys we have to speak up so that our diversity remains intact. Agatu comes to mind. That village is a complete shadow now. It's also happening in Southern Kaduna and Adamawa. Lineages, tribes, generations, nations are gradually being exterminated.

We can't let this continue, guys we can't. My heart bleeds now. If there is anything you can do to make the cries of these people heard, please do.

...taking their grievance to the ballot and settling it once and for all. Underg' campaign going on in churches and among minorities I tell you. People are fed up already.

I just don't know why it's only Igbo people that are willing tools in the hands of spoilers and mischief makers to spearhead matters of controversies such as this. Is there anything an Igbo cannot do for money?!

This is the same way one Onyinye Ikeagwuonu was used to destabilise the registration of APC using one fake politically sponsored APC acronym until the courts intervened.

"Another political association, which shares the same acronym, the African People’s Congress has commenced an action at the Federal High Court, Abuja in Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/224/2013 challenging INEC’s refusal to register it as a political party, and one of the reliefs it is seeking before the court is an order prohibiting the registration of any other association known as and called African Peoples Congress or having the acronym, APC, as a political party pending the determination of the suit. INEC‘ll register APC if it meets registration"
